Lenskart — Incorrect Number for my Progressive Lenses

I had gotten a pair of glasses made with Progressive Lenses at Lenskart on 29th Sep 2021. Screenshot of order # attached.

The glasses weren't comfortable, and hence were returned twice in October 2021 for refixing. Copy of sms attached.

After the glasses were returned to me the second time and I was assured that the lenses are remade and the number is corrected I took the same.

Inspite of the discomfort in day to day wear I wore it for a long time, thinking that as its a new number my eyes will eventually get adjusted to the new glasses. After using it for nearly a year, I got fed up and gave up.

I went back to my eye doctor and showed him the glasses, and he informed that the glasses are incorrectly made and the number on the lens is not accurate.

I want Lenskart to correct the number on the lenses. Attached is the doctors prescription with the numbers and the screenshot of the numbers Lenskart has put on my glasses.
