Hello sir i start with starting first i ordered glasses on store on 25 feb i get it but glasses is uncomfortable so i call for return refund but he gives me store credit so i have to a place a new order of vincent chase eyeglasses of same price on 12 march by my store credit this order placed by support of customer care all details is filled by customer care i save pic of that on WhatsApp. He entered wrong city pincode and when i ask for refund his customer care not giving good response and says i transferring your call to our senior executive and reinitiate chat and next one says same i try so much to solve it from lenskart by chat and call but I didn't so i am here . If you read this and understand what's matter so help me otherwise i will lose my money and never get it back help me and report it for wasting my time and not giving good service and making fraud . I want my money back on [protected]@paytm .

    I bought Spectacles from Lenskart on 12th March 2023 and made the full payment receiving confirmation message for the same. The specs were supposed to be delivered at my office address Ithink Lodha Techno Campus Building A Off Pokhran Road 2 Thane 400 607.
    However the same was delivered at 8:00 pm after I had left for the day and a message was delivered CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE pls contact [protected]. The number [protected] is non contactable. On calling the customer care number [protected] the executive was rude and asked to make additonal payment on a link to be shared by him. On telling him that for security purposes I wont make payment on any link would rather pay cash the executive denied and refused to deliver the order and disconnected the call. On calling multiple times the calls are being disconnected. Why should i pay additonal payment when the courier was delivered at 8 pm without any intimation call or message prior to coming. Utterly rude behavior and no cooperation being given by Velex logisitics. KINDLY RESOLVE.

      At forst the lenskart store got my power mixed up with another customer's eye power... They sent me the wrong prescription amd therefore the two specs I ordered were a waste of time... I had to return them and again check my eye power and then again order a new specs... Isn't my time precious?? Ohh and the insurance I bought with the two specs at first is a waste now... That money is not refunded... Who will take responsibility for that money loss and also all this time loss??? Am I supposed to face such things by trusting the employees??? Why did they send me wrong power?? Just because their money isn't getting wasted and their time isn't getti g wasted they don't care?? The service at khardah store is much better than this barrackpore store... Some of the employees at barrackpore store are rude and not well-behaved... They are careless too to have misplaced my power with someone else's... No responsibility at all

        My question to Lenskart is that how can you take order for the products which are out of stock? its your responsibility to update in your database and inform your online/offline stores. Its not like lets take the order first then will see it is available or not. It doesn't suits to such a company like you.

        I has placed the order in last week from offline store with full advance payment which was supposed to be delivered by 13/14th but it was not yet delivered so i requested a call back. The executive said that it is out of stock so will be cancelled and refunded. Here also there is cheap tactics. I had ordered 2 products having same price but after this issue when one product is delivered, its price is increased by 200/300 Rs and the same amt is reduced from the nondelivered products as it is going to cancelled and refunded. Also, I had not added any cleanser in my order so how it is added?

        Do you really think the CUSTOMERs are ###? it this the way you treat your CUSTOMERs??

        You are selling such essential product and using such cheap tactics, shame! at least think how will a person work without the specs when is must required. Who will be the responsible for the damage or problems being faced by the person who is waiting for the specs?

        It has been already delayed so please look into it and provide me the product on top priority basis within this week and also provide me the useful compensation for such inconvenience caused.

        This is not the way how it is done, you must understand that!!

          I am Yash Agarwal and i have bought spects from your store in siliguri sf road before 6 months today the side frame broke and i went their for repair but the workers out there were too lazy or they just want us to buy new product for their sale i am very very dissatisfied with lenskart service i am not blaming the lenskart but the worker in the place because he don't have manners to talk and he don't want to do any work and just want to sale their product.the same spects got repaired in another shop why can't it be repaired in lenskart

            I am yash Agarwal and i have bought a spects from lenskart siliguri in sf road..Today my spects broke and i took for getting it repaired in the store but the workers in the shop diffused to repair it and was saying me to buy the new pair of glasses.But unfortunately i repaired it from another shop and went back to lenskart to show it to them but they didn't have any words for it..And they said you can complaint in customer care so i did..

            I am very much unsatisfied with the service of lenskart please if you can help me get justice i will be grateful to your company

              I bought a power yellow hustle eyewear on March 5 from ernakulam. During the purchase the staff checked my power if it's changed or not as i was already using a eyewear. as there was no change they issued me the glass even after knowing that my one eye has power of more than 2. They did not informed me or the person who accompanied me before buying the eyewear that it will get loose or it cannot be adjusted .it was an irresponsible behaviour from the staff. As i am person who is using the glasses for more than 15 years . Hustle eyewear has certain limitations is not informed to the customer. I experienced it in two shops.

                With reference to above subject matter, I have ordered product Hustlr Lenskart Air Classic LA, product ID - 208956 on 04/03/2023 and i am really very disappointed to purchase your product first time in my life. Other service providers are providing good services to the customers...i heard lenskart is providing very good services to customer so i have decided to purchase product from lenskart but got damage product at the time of delivery from store located at sama area, vadodara city.

                I wanted to order that product to my dear once on Holi as per your delivery schedule but due to damage piece i was not gifted that product to my dear one and i have lost that precious moment too.

                Therefore, request you to please look in to seriously to maintain good brand image in market.

                  Lens kart customer executive has called me multiple times and asked for membership and purchasing of eye wear.
                  customer executive and me both were selected the frame and payment was done for both frame and membership.
                  after payment, till time order has not created and after that saying that one frame is not suitable for provided power. in this case why there executive are insisting to take frames and taken money.
                  i approached through mail for order issue. one time they responded but later on no response for my order.

                    Hi, I ordered for 1 pair of spec for my parents on 27th Feb, from Naktala Branch Kolkata with Order No - [protected] .. The specs were required ASAP as there was change in power for one of the patient..

                    It was promised to me that the specs would be delivered by 5th March and i also requested to fastrack if feasible understanding the criticality of the situation..

                    To my surprise when on 4th March I called to check the status, one of the sales representative said one of the spec is ready. And for the other one there is no track... I insisted to check and get back with some update on the same..

                    Next day on 5th March, I called and this time manager said still no update and more importantly he can't do anything and also mentioned he would not take any responsibility.. He also added to either take refund or wait until they have any update on the second spec.. And they can't confirm any date as of now..

                    Now, I really want to understand what kind of service Lenskart is providing when they are dealing in such sensitive business.. It's not an apparel business that seller can be such reluctant post sell...

                    Now my parents needs to wait till the time Lenskart is able to track the order..
                    I requested them to deliver the one ready and refund for the second one.. Or confirm some specific timeline to deliver the second...

                    But no luck.. They have completely raised their hand and trying to disown the concern I m putting up..

                    Just imagine my parents one senior citizen and one with age 55+ would suffer for such casualness and irresponsibility of Lenskart

                    Request support and justice please for the harrasment...

                      I went to the Lenskart City Centre 2 store in Kolkata to buy a pair of lenses for two existing frames. I am a Gold member of Lenskart and the lenses I selected was going through on their tablets but they did not process the order because it was going to their central workshop and apparently they did not want to send it to central probably because the price of the lenses were not very high. My point is if the system has those lenses as options and it going through in the system why would the store not process it.

                        One Lenskart executive (Shivam) calls me and told me that I have wasted his time as I refused to accept the service he is offering. I have not registered or applied for that service anywhere. He himself called me and talks rudely.

                          It started with the order - [protected] along with the insurance cover paid additionally. Products were sold stating that its very flexible and good for kids. As the products were not as promised and with multiple conversations, both were finally returned with amount credited to my Lenskart Wallet, but not the amount paid for the insurance. With the money in the wallet, reordered the different products (Order id - [protected]), but there was no insurance cover in this order, which was then again raised with the customer care. I didn't want to pay for the insurance because I already paid during order [protected]. Customer care officer - Name : Abhishek Agnihotri, very much supportive obliged to the request and assured that any issue with regard to the product like breakage or scratch, they would try to resolve.

                          Now one of the products in the order - [protected] is broken and when reached to the customer care, they are not honouring the commitment provided by one of their own customer service representatives. Screenshot of the email was shared, but still, they are not honoring to provide a replacement. They are claiming that, scratches or breakage is not covered in their warranty, but the commitment provided by Abhishke Agnihotri to compensate the loss that would have got covered with the insurance I had taken in the earlier order. They claim that they are the escalation department. Whom should I now approach?

                          They replaced with the same piece and model. But it was huge inconvenience caused for the delay. Do they expect the kids to not wear specs for 1 month due the delay?

                            I wanted to order a spectacle and was told that it will be Rs.3752/- and if opt for Lenskart Gold membership paying additional Rs.600/- I will get another spectacle completely free. I repeated asked if it is of the same quality and I was told yes - 2 at the price of one for additional Rs. 600/-.

                            As it sounded like a good offer, I chose that. Then the person said as it is progressive lens which is preferred the amount will...

                            Request your urgent help as I have lost both the Clip on glasses I have ordered on 5 Nov 2022. I need a clip on glasses for both the glasses I had ordered.

                            I am scheduled to travel next week from 6 March and I need my clip-ons to be delivered / suggest me to go to Bhandup West store to collect them . I hope this service is free of cost.                               I had orrderred a Sunglass Frame on Lesnkart App and the same was delivered as per expectation. After receiving the frame, I wanted to use the same as my power glass and hence I went to their Store at Subedari, Warangal.
                              At first, they refused to provide the services. After a long discussion, they agreed to get the work done and informed me that it would take 6-7 days. I was ready to make the payment through a Credit card, but they refused to accept payment through a Credit card and insisted on payment through Paytm. Again after a long discussion, they agreed to get the work done and then I would be asked to pay.
                              However after 6 days, today I got a call to make the payment to start the work at their end.

                              My two questions to Lenskart are:
                              1. Why you wasted 6 days and then again insisting the payment before starting the work?
                              2. Why you refused to take payment through a credit card.

                                I've ordered one frame online on your Mobile App vide order Id [protected]. After receipt of the frame, I wanted to convert it into power glass and I came to your shop at Sundari, Warangal. At first, the service was refused. After lot of discussion, later they agreed to provide the service and told me that it will take 6-7 days (more than required) as they had to send the frame to Hyderabad. I was ready to make the payment through credit card. But they insisted for payment through Paytm. Again after lot of discussion, they agreed to send the frame to Hyderabad telling me that once frame would come, I should make payment.
                                Today after 6 days, I got a call to make the payment. When I enquired about the status, I was informed that the work will start only after payment.
                                My question are
                                1. Why 6 days wasted to clarify that the work will start only after payment?
                                2. Why it took 46 hours for Lens kary to contact me for payment after delivery of frame at Hyderabad
                                2. Whether Lenskart does not take payment through Credit Card.

                                Pathetic is the moderate word to describe your service. Mr Piyush Bansal talks about vision on TV but is this the vision you people envisaging ??

                                  1. First I was given a wrong power glasses. I was finding it difficult to see that more than 5 feet further and would have met with an accident
                                  2. When I went for an exchanged, I requested if I could one of them till the time I get one, I was told that is not company policy. I had to be without glasses for all these days.
                                  3. I received a message stating that I can go pick up from the store between 12:00 and 5:00. When I went I was told you have placed only one order and that has not come. Customer service refused to look into and was told we'll get it delivered.
                                  4. When the glasses was received, I asked them to send it as promised and the person said, the manager is not around we'll let you know when we can do and blocked my call.

                                  One of the most horrible experience and will never ever suggest anyone. Also, will put all these points I faced on the internet

                                      Eyeglasses of poor quality

                                      As per my order no [protected], ( get one free offer ) two products were delivered one on 7/2/2023 and the other on 13/2/2023.
                                      The original product ordered and recived on 13/2/2023 is of poor quality and was returned to the store at stadium road Palakkad Kerala on 22/2/2023.
                                      The way my grievance was addressed by the manager was offending and he could not offer a satisfactory solution to get the product repaired or refunded considering...
