I have order 3 Speck of Rs 15900

First time I have purchased 3 Speck from Lenskart and I am literally Disappointed from the Making of Lenskart because because I have get best service from Supriya madam

She had Explained us very well

I have taken Computer Eye Bluecut, Progressive, and Bifocal Specks

I am using other Brand Product us Kodak from Long time never get any Scattered Problem uptill now

But Number vision have taken correctly and Slightly number had increased of me and parents after eye testing we 3 person having problems in the Speck I can't see Computer language the words are getting Scattered and even my Dad also

One Speck I have given to store rest 2 Speck are with me kept aside by Dad have knee problem while purchasing time and collecting time we have went

We can't able to visit multiple times

It is humble request to all High authorities PREETI GUPTA, JAYESH TULSIDAS MERCHANT, NEHA BANSAL, PEYUSH BANSAL, SARTHAK MISRA, ANANT GUPTA and HARESH BALANI PRIBHU Please do the needful and Give us Correct Vision of Specks because this 3 Specks is not useful to us

All vision of me and parents are getting shattered and my Head is having pain after viewing the Words

            On 31 August 2024 I ordered pair of eyeglasses from Jhansi royal city whose order ID is [protected]. After couple of days I got a call from one of the Jhansi store agent saying that one of the eyeglass is defective and we need to order a new one for you so your order will be delayed
            I said okay no problem. After few days I received my order and found one of them was very loose and another was very very tight and they were very very uncomfortable and not of my size. So I complained this to lenskart customer service and they suggested me to return the eye glasses to near by store
            I went to Sushant Lok Vyapar Kendra lenskart Gurgaon and returned both of these. After couple of days I ordered new pair of eyeglasses for myself from noida DLF store for which order I’d is [protected]. Now after a couple of days I got call from lenskart saying that since you’ve already exchanged one of the glass once we couldn’t refund it to you and so we’ve refunded the amount for one eye glass which is 900 and denied refund for another one after me explaining the whole situation to multiple people in lenskart. This is going on since more than couple of weeks. Daily one of their customer agent calls me ask me to recite whole story again and again
            Now after 10 days they have declined my refund request saying the deadline to refund has passed away even though my both eyeglasses are already there in lenskart Gurgaon
            The order I’d of the request cancelled one is [protected]

            Shame on you @Lenskart_com Very very poor service.

              I visited to local store, eyesight tested, placed order for spare. unfortunately, eyeglasses delivered not as per bifocal eyesight 10y history.
              As I'm comfortable with my old glasses I continued wearing them and kept new one as spare. After a month are so I felt uncomfortable while wearing new glasses and visited stores 45-60days after delivery day.
              Store manager replied as it to wear 10days continuously to adjust the eye vision. I left store unhappy.
              After 08 months once again, I visited to same store for eye testing and glasses, they confirmed the fitted glass is not bifocal. it is blundering mistake from eye store staff. Then I asked to staff/ store manager, lenskart support, customer grievance to replace the glasses for free.

              as usual they are educating the draft policy terms posted on their website. The policy is not covering the eye history of the customer, refunds or free replacement terms.

              I had a frustrating experience with the store.

                I personally went to the showroom of lenskart in my hometown and ordered eyeglasses on 19th june, status of delivery was expected to be 25th june but still not received, lenskart has taken advance payment as well with no return policy, company like lenskart whose owner talks about this and that cannot manage to deliver a product on time, i order many things from amazon and they never dissatisfied me, this is the reason why indian companies faces competition because lack of discipline. Order id is [protected].in fact there is not customer care number by which i can talk to a representative i mean what kind of service they are providing it's matter of someone medical conditions and they doing like i've ordered a toy, such a shame.

                  I bought online, specs cleaner from lenskart online store, but due to delivery time issue it had to be cancelled. The item was cancelled on 17th April and till date lenskart has not provided refund for the same. I have tried enquiring about the refund multiple times since it's getting delayed, they stated refund initiated on 17th April, but it has not credited to my wallet till date. Either they assume they are clever or customer is a fool. I request consumer forum to do the needful.

                    I purchased two eyeglasses, one for myself and another for my child vide order nos. [protected] dated 26.11.2023. Both the items delivered on 29.11.2023. The eye glass did not suit the face of my child means it falls when he lean down as its frame is big size and not as per child's face requirement. I also visited nearest store of Lens Cart. They repaired twice but the problem still persisting. They also told that the frame is not for the child.
                    Now I feel that the person from LENSCART has cheated me and so I need permanent solution of it.

                      Before he could start, I asked him, after finishing the eye check up, he will provide me the written note for the numbers of my eyes.
                      Hey refuse to give any written note and left away.

                      So this is the type of people you are sending here with no responsibility but to harass us and waste our valuable time, leaving a black spot on the reputation and image of your lenskart.

                        The way of talking of lenskart's employees at store is to bad towards me.
                        They nothing know about the process what they work at store, the complaint is regarding I purchased a product on lenskart online and their is fitting issue in product so I returned it and their is option regarding return is at offline store or online, I choosen offline because that is near to me also one reason it is taking time. So when I visit the store the process going on they tell me the return process is only available after 24 hr the product is purchased, that is not point if you unable to perform than just say excuses after some time one employee came to me and asking what's the problem regarding you I told him the size is not fitted on me so I return it then he told why you not check the online fitting. Just you purchase the product online and return offline then i told him if the services are giving to me then i used it to claim you are not authorised to do what you say.
                        Lastly i call coustomer care to told the problem regarding me that the behaviour of employees towards me and then she talk to him (employees at lenskart) employees just told opposite and further talk going on.

                          I have ordered two glasses from lenskart and it is showing it will deliver these products on 24th Feb 2024 but today date is 25th feb 2024... The order is not delivered yet and we have already paid for the order...And No customer care support is available...I am really disappointed from lenskart andi am soon gonna report this on twitter and i will tag lenskart.

                          Please let me know when will my order reach...!

                            My Order Number is [protected] I order 4 spectacles out of which 2 was very mandatory since my glasses are broken and I had some some important ceremony to attend. 6th Feb 2024 was given as delivery date, however they are promising delivery within 3 days for metro cities like Mumbai, but never mind even after 6th Feb they did not deliver the product as promised date it is very difficult to react their customer service as everything phone number is answered by IVR calls also all chat helpline is answered by chat bots, I tried to write them a mail did not even got reply on that. I do not know when can I aspect deliver. While ordering they asked for payment first. Now I am stuck with payment as well as with my order. Hoping for the quick resolution

                              I bought two hustler glasses with lenskart store located on ( Ground Floor, Shop No 7, Privera Complex, Nehru Nagar Cir, Patel Colony, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382210, India)

                              First when i wore that, i find an issue with fitting and the glasses were so big that can not fitted on my eyes properly as I move head or look down the glasses automatically coming out. I explained this to the store associate and they asked me that we can take this in repair section and will fit the according glasses frame for you as it was really loose fit.

                              Today I went there to pickup my glasses and I found out that they did not exactly repair anything with glasses. They just give me back glasses the exactly which was before. It is the same, so much loose and unfit frame. I explained this to them and they made excuse that they can not do anything with this.!

                              This is completely unacceptable and disappointing behaviour! I wore lenskart from almost three years and this is the first time I have to face this kind pf behaviour and unacceptable issue with them.

                              I hope this message helps you to understand that I am not able to wear that glasses because of fitting issue.

                                My order No. [protected]. This order had two glasses, two boxes of Contact lenses and a bottle of lens solution.
                                They marked it as delivered on 12th Jan while only glasses were delivered and contact lenses were still not delivered. Tried reaching customer care multiple times, they raised a complaint request and then closed it saying Item is delivered.

                                Asking them to provide me any proof of delivery but no response, I have CCTV at the main gate and they can verify nothing was delivered.

                                Never thought would have such a bad experience with no resolution.

                                  On 21/12/2023 -wednesday-12.40pm i recived a call from the executive of customer care as I have made a complaint of my order being returned to warehouse without my information and wasn’t having specs for days .He assured me that since my order was returned to warehouse without my information and the product which I wanted was also out of stock, he said me to purchase any of product as of now, as a compensation I can the exchange the product before January 31 2024 and can purchase any specs of John and Jacob’s worth 5000+2000(lens).Now when iam connecting to the customer care they are saying it is out of warrant we cannot help.when u cannot help then why did the executive of customer care gave assurance that i can exchange the product before 31 january 2024 even when it was out of warrant .NONE OF THE CUSTOMER CARE ARE CONNECTING ME TO THE EXECUTIVE NOR THE ASSISTANT PRAGYA JAIN .From past 3 days they are just comfirming the order ID and telling pragya jain is not available, she is having problem in her system and variety of reasons.It was the executive who said me the order will be exchanged with full 100% guarrantee and said me to contact customer care.NOW TEHER IS NO RESPONSE. VERY DISAPPOINTED to make a purchase from lenskart i have been a gold membership for past 4-5 years and it is proved that it is not WORTH.

                                    Actually I placed an order on 3rd January, 2024. Its delivery date was 6th January, 2024 but it is not delivered yet. I am waiting for it very much. My order id is [protected].

                                      With great with on Lenskart, I entered the stall. Rate of reamless frame : Rs.4, 200/-. Rate of power lens : Rs.10, 000/-.

                                      Date of Incident : 15th December 2022.

                                      1) Lenskart, first and foremost, snatched away 100% full payment of Rs.14, 200/- (Rupees fourteen thousand two hundred). When I asked for the proof of slip with seal/stamp, they gave.

                                      2) As I was new to power lenses, only later on, I began enquires. Then only I came to know no Bluray, no U/V, no antiglare, nothing. They were just most ordinary progressive lenses.

                                      3) Then I checked up the slip which I had received from Lenskart. The seal/stamp was not Lenskart at all. It was DEALSKART seal.

                                      4) The frame lost all its glaze within 3-4 months of purchase.

                                      My most humble request : My dear friends, you should never ever venture into any Lenskart Stall. Else you may also land up in the same suit.

                                        Hello lenskart, my name is santhosh D, I paid 1, 000 rupees for Dhanaraj who is working in HTO lenskart home try on. He took 1000 for spec and didn't return and even raised the mail to lenskart and informed ragavendra ZSM of lenskart in Bangalore till now they is any update and they didn't resolve my issue. Even that cheater is not responding to my call. This issue has to been taken seriously who is cheating the peoples.
