[Resolved]  Lenskart — Invoice is not Correct. no resolution from customer care

Hi

I have placed the order on 23rd April Delivered on 29th April and i have received the invoice after placing a request to customer service.

Bye 1 product and Get 1
Order ID: [protected]
Frame Cost is Rs.2700 + Tax
Lens Cost Rs. 6500 + Tax

Total Amount : Rs.9273.6

I have received 2 invoice copies by breaking the amount to 50:50 instead of 1 single invoice as per the order.
There is no Break up for Frame and Lens together it was updated when i ask the break up the company will follow the same they don't have the break up.

Questions:

1. Why 2 invoices why the price is reduced to 50% which means the product cost is not as per government why it is changed when it comes to invoice?
2. Why the invoice is not clear about the products like Frame cost + lens Cost are you hiding any information to avoid more taxes?
