broken specs

I purchased spectacles from lenskart one month ago. It got broke so i went to the lenskart store to check if it is replaceable, they asked me submit specs and told me that they will revert back by mail as soon as possible. It's about 1.5 weeks i haven't got any email and i call them everyday they just simply that we'll connect back to you in 10 to 15 minutes....

coupon code not working

I had purchased two lenskart products on 9th december 2017. I had agreed to return my old set of glasses for which i was given a coupon code with 50% off on my next purchase worth rs 2798 or above and valid for 90 days from the day i received the mail (22nd jan 2018).

I tried to purchase two more products on 4th march 2018 worth rs 3471 and tried entering the coupon code. It was rejected and the offer didn't apply. I called...

buy 1 get 1 free fraud

Hello,

I had placed an order for vc e 10210-c4 eye glasses on 14th january 2018 (Order no. [protected]) and was supposed to get another frame (Vc 5882-c1) free. Accordingly i was charged 4816 for one frame (With lens) and the other one (With lens) was free. But when they sent the invoice, they have split the bill amount into two and charged for both the frames. This shows that i have paid 2744 for one frame and 2072 for another...

problem with the lenses and no help by the company

I have problem with the contact lenses, i have purchased it from lenskart store from ludhiana. Your online consumer helpline said that please contact the store & when i contacted the store he always tell that the query is raised and i am awaiting for the reply from the company. I have visited the store 4 to 5 times. But there is no solution for me....

different eye power prescription in 2 different lenskart stores

I wanna get my broken frame repaired or replaced...

Hello sir/ma'am,

A few months before i bought specs from lenskart from malviya nagar store (Bhopal). At the time of delivery too i could easily make out how delicate and prone to damage the full rim frame appeared to be. But then the sales man assured me that it will work out fine but, unfortunately it didn't.

When it broke the very next day i got to the store to get it repaired while the salesman then refused...

late delivery of product

I had ordered 2 sets of spectacles, one for my daughter and one for myself from company's outlet at vikas marg, delhi on 4th nov'17- order no [protected]. It was promised that it will be delivered within one week. The tracking on website also showed delivery date as 11th nov, till 11th nov.
But it wasn't delivered. Std answer on follow up was that it will be delivered within 24th to 48 hrs.

wrong eye test done and wrongly made specs

I had ordered two specs and i was told that i had power of -0.5 in left eye and -0.25 in right eye one had cylindrical power and the other eye had spherical power. The delivery i recieved had wrong power in the lens. I was given store credit for the amount of ₹3920 and eye test was done again and power increased to -0.5 in both eyes in just a course of 10 days. eyeglasses with progressive lens given duplicate brand

Dear sir/madam, i here by informing you that lenskart a well known eye glass brand has been cheating people with a promotion of free frame.

I booked a fcuk brand frame with progressive lens on 20/06/2017 for a price of 9975/-.

But the frame was very low quality and i had to return it after using for few days. Their bhubaneswar store does not have much stock so they asked me to choose a frame online as replacement...

cracked and then broken frame, warranty not honoured.

I purchased a spec with glasses from lenskart, uttarahalli, bangalore on april 4th with order number [protected]. Within 3 month the frame cracked and broke apart, when taken to the store, the person at the store refused to honor the warranty though it was not a physical damage as there were no scratch mark nor any tear marks or any marks of abuse.
The frame are of bad quality and after sales service is also bad. Kindly help me....

Scratches in lens

I have purchased spectacles (Both frame and lens) from lenskart from malleshwaram branch, bangalore - 560003 and order number is 948898. They sais the lens are scratch less proof. Now with in 10 month there are many scratches. I called the showroon guy and they are saying, they have not promised this. This guys will spoke politely till we buy product from them, then after they won't care this. Can some one can look into this, replace my lens...

My Oakley frame got rust.

My Oakley frame got rust. I showed at vizag local lenskart center 6 months back. They asked me to submit the frame for 1 week which is not possible to me at that time. Again in December I complained regarding this rust, they spoke to area manager and in a week they're going to exchange the frame. After 1 week I approached and I was told that area manager will come and see the frame, they will inform me at the time of his visit. But still...

Progressive lens glasses

One year warranty specified on lens and now they say no warranty (Tokai lens)

I have purchased spects from lenskart and paid a good amount to buy Tokai lens which they say are world's thinnest lens. The page clearly mentions about warranty and even engineer who visited my home(his name is Eshwar) sold it to me saying that it will cover breakage.

When I reach them last weak over lens breakage, they say it is not covered under warranty while web page clearly calls out for 1 year warranty..

I placed my order in person, in a store on the 31st of July. I got a text with the OTP for receiving the delivery on the 1st of August. However, I was not contacted for the delivery, I simply got a message on the 2nd of August saying that my order has been delivered.

    I had ordered a spec and got message that ' order is out for delivery' from DTDC (with a OTP) and after sometimes got another message that LENSKART order V98543281 is delivered though no one contacted me from yesterday (22nd March, 2025) . Even in Lenskart order status is showing 'delivered'. There is no way to complain about delivery agency in the order status. Till now 23rd March, 4.58pm, it has not been delivered or no one from either LENSKART or DTDC contacted me about this shipment.

      I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Lenskart, Maninagar branch (Shop No. 1, Shreekar Avenue, Bairavnath Road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, 380008).

      On March 15, 2025, I visited the store for an eye checkup and placed an order for Aqualens contact lenses worth ₹598. I was assured that my order would be ready for pickup on March 17. However, on March 18, I received a call informing me that due to an internal mistake (not the store's fault, as per the caller), a liquid solution had been received instead of my lenses. I was then given the option to place a new order, which would arrive within 2-3 days.

      To my frustration, today I received another call asking whether I wanted a refund or a fresh order. When I questioned the repeated delays, the representative was disinterested in resolving my issue and insisted on processing a refund instead of fulfilling my original order. When I asked for his name, he simply said "Maninagar branch" and nothing more. Worse, when I expressed my frustration over this delay and inconvenience, he laughed over the phone, which I found highly unprofessional.

      I expect a response from your team regarding this matter. Looking forward to your prompt resolution.

        I purchased 2 spectacles (Vincent Chase Glasses and Polarized sunglasses Ref #[protected]) from Lenskart Chinthamani store in Chennai in July 2024 which are of inferior vision quality due to manufacturing defects.
        I had got progressive lenses made for both by paying almost 20, 000 rupees. I had taken a doctor’s prescription while purchasing and was assured that all the quality control will be done and will receive high precision glasses for my daily use. However that was not the case. I was supplied with glasses which my eyes could never adjust with. The staff have very poor knowledge about progressive glass requirements and they just sell by over promising and under delivering.
        Inspite of trying multiple times to use and get adjusted to new glasses and sunglasses, every time I use them, I get severe eye pain, headache and nausea. I cannot keep either of them on for more than 10 mins. This is after paying 20, 000 which is not easy money.
        As I was away travelling, I was unable to go back to the store and am using my old specs till now. The Lenskart glasses are unused and in new pristine condition. I have now visited the store to complain about them. When I gave them to Deepika your store employee with the details of my issues, she readily accepted both the glasses and said they will remedied asap and asked me to come back the next day.
        I went again next day and this time she changed the narrative totally - she took them both and said as its beyond 30 days, she will now lodge a warranty claim request but cannot guarantee action as their team will decide if it can be changed or not. The glasses are with the store and I was told not to wait but will receive resolution in watsapp.
        The same day the claims were notified as rejected, much to my dismay after all the false promises made when I purchased as well as when I revisited to complain.
        I want to express how disappointed I am with the quality of specs which are of no use to me at all. I understand there will be adjustment issues with new pair of specs but NEVER in my 30 years of wearing specs have I had severe eye pain, headache and nausea.
        The staff are not knowledgeable about anything else other than to sell and make profit for the store. They do not know how to handle specific customer issues or needs like progressive lenses. I feel I have been cheated to use inferior glasses even after being out of pocket for upto 20000 rupees.
        The store employee is still having both my specs and sunglasses and neither have they bother to call me to return or to update. This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever encountered.
        As the glasses are totally new, unused and an absolute waste to me, I want my money to be refunded to me asap.

          I visited the store at Sector 15, Faridabad, Haryana with my family.
          We entered the store at 9:30 PM, and the second we entered, your staff member named RAM SAHU said “ma’am close ho gya”.
          None of your staff member addressed us. And the same guy after while said “ma’am maine yeh sab arrange kr diyaa, ise disturb mt kro…hume bhi ghar janaa hota..humari bhi family aap kyaa chahte ho hum ghar naa jaaye.”
          On requesting…he added “theek h ma’am 10 bjte hi hum light off kr denge, aap dekhte rhene”.

          It was so disrespectful, and i need a strict action to be taken.
