I had placed an order of computer glasses and sunglasses on 27 April, Order ID: [protected]. The two glasses were under buy 1 get 1, and I had informed the store that I want the billing to be done for computer glasses. On receiving the glasses, the bill was split between the two glasses. I went to the store and inquired about this, and they mentioned this is the policy. On asking them to change the billing to reflect the offer correctly, they refused. Based on the invoice, I've purchased two separate glasses, which isn't correct, and I want to have an invoice that reflects my purchase accurately.

Same thing for my order they are giving 2 invoices of 1 which is not correct way to do the customers and Lenskart is not following the invoice rules.

    I stay in Andheri Mumbai. I went to the lenskart physical store on 28th May in colaba and placed order for two spectacles wherein i chose two frames and asked for the lenses costing 2700/- after proper checkup. And, I was assured that the spectacles will be delivered within 3 days to your home with proper fitting.
    The spectacles got delivered on the 2nd day that was yesterday but the fitting of the lenses to the right side of frame is not proper on both of my spectacles.
    I would urge you to please either do the proper fitting or exchange both of my specs.

      I have paid my friend's order from Lenskar due to network issues payment was done twice. I asked the delivery boy for a refund and at the same time, he told me that the extra money will be refunded in a few days back to you. Now it's been over a month but I didn't my refund. Please look into it.

        Lenskart - poor quality/ services of eyeglasses

        I have received eyeglasses but it is not correct, i m not able to read anything. I have made the complaint and requested many times for refund of glasses, but nobody has come to pick up. Also on daily basis I'm receiving call that person will come and check glasses, but nobody has come till today. Very poor services of lens cart. Daily they give me new date of pickup or visit of their executive, but no one come. I need my full money back...

        I ordered John Jacobs glasses from Lenskart. They sent me a defective product multiple times and wasted a few months by doing this. Then they finally sent me the product in an acceptable form. But now, when I need to claim a warranty, they are considering the warranty period start date from the first order I received. The warranty of the item I am using should start from the date I purchased the item, not the date I purchased the one which was returned in exchange for another one which was exchanged for yet another one which was exchanged to get the one I am currently using. (lot more times than I mentioned here)

          Dear [Lenskart Customer Service],

          I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. Approximately a month ago, I purchased a pair of glasses from your outlet, and unfortunately, one of the legs of the frame was accidentally broken. I visited the store to replace the frame and was met with a less-than-professional attitude from one of your representatives.

          Initially, the representative seemed unwilling to assist me, suggesting that the frame was not purchased from your store. However, after explaining that I had indeed purchased the frame from your outlet, I offered to pay for a new frame. The representative proceeded to "self-engineer" a solution by attempting to fit the lenses onto another frame. Despite my reassurance that there was no hurry, the representative persisted and ultimately scratched my new lenses in the process.

          Unfortunately, when I brought this to his attention, the representative denied responsibility and suggested that I pay for a warranty extension to receive a new pair of glasses. This behavior was not in line with the professionalism I have come to expect from Lenskart.

          I am writing to raise a formal complaint about this incident and to request that the matter be investigated thoroughly. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is concerning that the representative in question denied responsibility for the damage caused to my glasses. I would like to emphasize that my main priority is to have my glasses fixed promptly, and I hope that this can be arranged as soon as possible.

          Furthermore, I would like to request that the representative in question be informed of the importance of taking responsibility for their actions and upholding the professional standards expected of Lenskart employees. While I do not wish for this individual to lose their job, it is important that they are made aware of the severity of their actions and take steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

            Lenskart - Buy 1 Get 1 Free scam with Gold membership

            I ordered a spectacle and was told that it will be Rs.2700/- and if opt for Lenskart Gold membership paying additional Rs.600/- I will get another spectacle completely free. I asked him can i buy sunglasses if possible, he said u can buy with the same price I repeated asked if it is of the same quality and I was told yes at the price of one for additional Rs. 600/- .

            Hi On 18th September 2022 I took Lenskart Blu lenses from Lenskart store which is located in Suncity. After few months o[censored]sing I was facing issue with my Lenskart Blu lenses so yesterday i.e. 12/04/2023 I complained to Lenskart customer care regarding my spectacles issue so customer care person told me to visit nearby store where I have purchased and claim the warranty because still my product is under warranty so after the conversation I went to the store I returned my lenses to the store persons as my exchange status was successfully approved by Lenskart store customer care.
            So I have returned for the exchange and store persons took my lenses and applied for new product for exchange and they tried to order but they wer unable to order
            Till now it's been more than 24 hours my exchange approval link was sent to me by sms but I am unable to place the exchange request.
            Now if I contact the Lenskart customer care they are telling still it will take 3 days to process .
            So I want my new exchange lenses as soon as possible because I am facing issue with my eyes.
            So I want my product as soon as possible.

              Lenskart is not refunding my money

              I cancelled my order on 7/03/2023 and the refund of ₹2714 was supposed to be credited on my account by 21/03/2023. When I didn't receive my order even after 21st of March I contacted the customer service of Lenskart. As per their request I provided them my bank statement and they assured me that they will keep in update in minimum time. I never received a call from their side. It was always me who calls them and explain my whole problem...

              My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM' I don't know why it is so and I am contacting the customer care but there is no response...I had a very bad experience with lens kart, I need a solution for this problem.

              The email sent to me was stated as below,

                I was mislead and cheated by your outlet in kolkata situated in Jora Mandir baguiati.
                Firstly I was not made aware of any insurance policy for the specs I bought.
                Secondly when accidentally my 7 years old daughter broke the leg of the frame which was repairable I was given the wrong information that it would not be possible to get it repaired and that I had to purchase another pair of glasses which I did.

                    I had purchased a progressive Lens with photo chrome transition feature from your Good Earth Mall outlet on 30th March with a Frame.
                    The store attendant broke the lens during fitting. The lens was reordered on 2nd April and when I got it on 6th, it got again broken during fitting by the same person.
                    This was again ordered on 6th and was promised to be delivered on 9th morning.
                    Today when I am connecting with the shop, there is no response.
                    I am somehow managing with my old specs where the power is not okay.
                    Never expected such a poor response from Lenskart.
                    I will not recommend Lenskart to any of my known people going forward.

                        I am one of the happy customers of Lenskart. We have recommended Lenskart products to a lot of my friends and family. I had the worst in-store experience at Lenskart store - Nexus vijaya mall - Chennai. The employees were rude and compelling. One of my friends who was in the store invited me to choose frames for him. On entering the store, one of the employees questioned me on my purpose of visiting the store. Even though I was informed about the reason, he stopped me from entering. The experience was so embarrassing.

                        I almost lost interest in purchasing anything at the store. I am not sure whether all the customers are facing the same issue in this store or a discriminating behavior by the employees. The experience still haunts me. I urge Lenskart team to look into this matter.

                            I ordered lenskart eyeglass when I opened the product i found that one hinge was totally unaligned and was tight to open and close when I Scrutinized it i found their is a crack and bend which eventually lead the hinge to break and they are not providing replacement for it.

                              In store Sales Representatives are Highly misleading customers to purchase Insurance policy on every order with a false commitment that any accidental damage will be taken care for 1 year and you will be assured for replacement.. In last 1 year I had purchased glasses for my complete family from lenskart approx to value 40k - 50K. These purchases were done in 3 different stores of different places (chennai, Hyderabad, pondicherry). I have availed insurance in most of my order due to above false commitment. Today spare glass which was in its case for long time found to be broken. I am not sure whether it was quality issue or Accident. So I had taken it to lenskart to avail the insurance for the first time. But I came to know many things which shocked me and not said during sale.

                              1. Insurance not provided by Lenskart and its third party (Not a major issue)
                              2. It is subjected to rejection (not said during sale)
                              3. Claim will be given only for partial amount and it might vary. (Completely opposite to what said to me during sale)

                              All three sales executives misleaded / scamming me to sell insurance saying only below conditions
                              1. Insurance can be claimed only once in 1 year
                              2. It is applicable on either of 1 product in a order, whichever breaks early within a year

                              Only this is what is said. For claim of 800 I spent 400. Now additional minimum 800 I need to pay to replace this specs. I hope for 1200 I could have got a new frame itself (my glass not broke and it can be used again). No use of availing insurance.

                                Actually, I just purchased the computer glasses a few days ago. I have the bill and also after purchasing the another day it fell down and it was so delicate that after falling the frame got broke and then when I visited Store Sir, they told me it won’t be repaired. You will have to purchase a new one again in order to use it and I just purchased it with my gold membership. If the action is not taken, I will make sure that every thing as fair by approaching social media, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc Because this was not the behaviour expected from well-known company lens card and also I haven’t seen any kind of spectacles that can’t be repaired and if it can very well, they wouldn’t have been existing only So please see to the matter mentioned above also I am attaching some pictures and you can see that no particular part is broke. I need can be repaired if wanted to be repaired.

They took insurance fees and now they are telling that the insurance has been rejected. kindly take strict action. This spectacle belonged to my daughter aged 11 yrs and she cant read properly without spectacles. kindly take strict action against this.
