[Resolved]  Lenskart — Invoice not provided

I purchased a pair of contact lens from lenskart physical store in nanganallur, Chennai on 17-Jun. I received the product and the store did not provide an invoice stating that it can be downloaded from the app, The app doesn't have an option to download invoice and i have contacted customer case for 2 times for this simple utility and they are not providing me a way forward. I had already mentioned that i need the invoice for a reimbursement and on top of that it is extremely unethical for a business to thrive when they lack the support to generate me an invoice. Pls provide a resolution ASAP
