Hi, I have been following up for a small refund of Rs 1300 with lenskart R T Nagar Branch, Bangalore. Store staff and manager are not at all supportive. They never reflond true facts. They never call back post their confirmation of callback. Never spoken to the store manager. Not sure how they are operating from so many days here. They have pathetic customer care prior to this complaint.

Now the manager comes from couch and updates me, they cannot refund me the amount in credit card.

    I ordered a set of computer glasses on 4.10.2022. But i received my first computer glass on 8.10.2022 and another on 22.10.2022. after i received my product i didn't like the product so i returned the product within the 14days. But i got rejected twice time after i gave two times for return/exchange. When i contact the helpline number of Lenskart, they didn't gave any proper response to me.

      I ordered 3 packs of contact lenses from lenscart worth Rs 6000₹ paying full money in advance on 16 October. I was assured that product would be delivered on 19 October and my app was showing the same. I received the message giving Otp telling that product will be delivered today. No call came, no body came and I got a message saying product has been delivered on 19 October. Since then I am on line with lenscart but they are just dillydallying asking 3 days every time without giving any proper answer. I therefore request you to please understand the problem and kindly help me sort this out and give me my order or refund me my paid amount as early as possible.

        I have visited the lenskart store in Rajkilpakkam, Chennai on 21st Oct 2022, and i purchased a product in store.I have used my debit card to purchase, the amount was debited and transaction was successful and i received the receipt for the same.
        Due to some issue in Lenskart they couldn't take my order and they assured me for a refund in 24hrs. But its been 48hrs now and i didnt receive any refund.
        From the store they provided me a ticket number 17910858, and i called the customer care, they don't have proper information on this ticket.

          This is the second order I’ve placed on 21 October and the same history is being repeated. They are intentionally delaying my order like last time when they kept it in process for 10 days and then suddenly cancelled it and sent refund coupon.

          Now I’ve used the same coupon since my money is stuck. Raised an order for glasses. Submitted power details and PD value image but it’s been 2 days that it again stuck. And not getting processed.

          They intentionally harass customers. And no resolution is being provided by their customer executive.

          Please help me.

            I order 2 glasses online by the help of sales representative(ADITI GAUR) for my daughter which she has a multifocal glasses and she is wearing from 2yrs.while ordering online i sent her my daughters power prescription. she said that this is single vision glasses not a multifocal glasses. i was shocked and i said that can you please check. i know that she has no knowledge to read the prescription. then i select 2 glasses and order online. after 5mins i check that she add the wrong power. so i called her and cancle it straight away and asked for store credit so i can use that for multifocal glasses. and i called 3times within a 2days and keep telling them that dont send a parcle here as i am living in melbourne AUSTRALIA.
            GUESS WHAT they sent it here even i cant use those glasses and cant send it back either which one is expensive from here. now the thing is that was not my fault and clearly told them to give me store credit. but now they are not giving me store credit. I need my money back.

              I ordered a specs form Lenskart on 27th of september and returned but Refund not Reflecting, Its almost 16 Days they say silly reasons but no correct reason and each say each reason when called for help. ₹3108 is at stake. they say the refund is initiated on 4th of october but now its 19th the fund is not reflecting

                Plz help me. My flexible frame was broken within a month. How can i claim the warranty? What a poor frame quality!

                Because I went to the shop and they told me you should buy a new frame, which costs 2, 500.

                    1. Iam susheel dhyani. I had ordered a frame with eyeglasses from lenskart on 08 Oct 22. I paid for the same but did not receive the glasses as per the date mentioned in the app that is 17 Oct 22. Additionally, your firm has not even bothered to give me a call and tell me the issue. On calling customer service i was told that the the frame is not available in stock.

                    2. I would like to mention that this is an absolutely unprofessional attitude from your firm. Once a product is ordered and paid for, there is no reason for you to say that the stock has ended.

                    3. Moreover, there is no way to contact your reps as everything on the app is chat based. It is extremely inconvenient.

                    4. I have been waiting for my specs. I request you to look into the matter and get back to me on my number [protected].

                    5. Non communication from your end would mean that you are not interested in customer satisfaction and no delivery of item will force me to believe that a fraud has been done by your firm. Consequently, i will be forced to raise a complaint in the consumer court

                      Hello, i have been receiving spam calls from Lenskart on repeat and even I ask them to remove my number from promotional calls that doesn’t seem to resolve anything.After blocking around 10 different numbers I still regularly get calls from them from new numbers like [protected] and so on.

                        It's been 2 months I buyed a spect from you it's John jacobs ultimateflex the frame with the lens costs me ₹9000. I used the product and handle it with care and also keep it in the case then too the black colour of the spect has shredded the spects are getting loose to my face. Even caring too much scratches are getting on the lens. I want these issues to be fixed.

                          Myself Neeraj Batra, visited Lenskart Outlet in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi (F-4 & 5, Vikas Marg, Vijay Block, Block E, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110092) on 25th SEP 2022 and ordered Specs for myself and mother worth 15K.

                          After finishing the ordering formalities, I was told to pay full amount (15K) which I did and i was asked that I would get the product delivered at my residence by 6th OCT 2022.

                          Today is 11th OCT, and Lenskart has no idea by when they will deliver it and just saying we will try to deliver as soon as possible.

                          Need help in this matter else despite paying well in advance and waiting for specs to be delivered and getting no hope despite making several reminders to Lenskart Team

                            Dear Sir/Mam,
                            A few days before on 4th/10/22, I have ordered new lens for my existing frame (also own make Vincent chase) with latest vision specs to lenskart and fully paid (Rs.1960), on 8/10/22 received a message saying my order is ready and asked me to collect the glasses from Ambattur store (Chennai, TN). At the time of taking delivery, I found that the lens is chipped off on right eye lens, and the store personal said they will replace and asked me to collect after two days, and yesterday I have called the store to confirm for collection, but they are replying they have sent a mail to Customer care yet to get reply from them for replacement. Since I have only one reading glass, kindly look into this issue and expedite soon for replacement of lens.

                            All I now want is to get my lens replaced and handed over to me ASAP.

                              I went to Lenskart Sector -7, Rohini showroom on 07.10.2022 to get fitting of my specs done. The staff there told me that it cannot be done & will be covered in insurance. They raised my claim. I received a message from the insurance company that my claim has been rejected for: "Reason: REQUEST FROM VSM ".
                              I tried calling their helpline number but my call was unanswered for over 15 minutes & then suddenly it got disconnected.
                              I regret my decision of visiting their store and spending over 40k in last 4 years.

                                  My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM'.
                                  I had a very bad experience with lenskart, I need a solution for this problem.

                                  I think purchasing 4000rs specs from this company is worthless. They take extra money from you in the name of insurance and when you go for claim they give you lame excuses and don't give you any claim.

                                    I made a payment of Rs 3, 024 rs for my order, the same got debited from my account at the same time. All this happened on 27th Sept, 2022. The problem started when their server had issues and they did not receive the amount. I was told that the refund will be initiated within 48 hours and I vl b receiving a link or a message, nothing happened as such till date, today being 2nd Oct, I again followed up, and to my surprise the person at the outlet which was till now giving me assurance of my refund initiation told me that the Backend TEAM Is not co co operating. I hav not received any bill, any receipt, any message, any link or any damn confirmation from their end. I have waited enough now and I urge that my order reaches me with a complete 50% compensation due to the trouble this brand has given me.

                                      We visited lenskart store in Manjalpur Vadodara on 29th September but since there was some software glitch related to offers and to our surprise they asked us to leave and said will fix the problem and call back within 24 hours but it has since been more than 48 hours without any return call.

                                      I guess this is what is called arrogance and monopolistic attitude.

                                        My order id is [protected] as on 7.9.22
                                        Soon after I cancelled it and I was promised refund within 14 days.
                                        They failed in doing so.
                                        The customer care has a bunch o[censored]seless brainless people who literally have no idea how to deal with this.
                                        They are asking me to wait for 24-48 hours each time I am trying to contact them with this issue.
