Wrong product delivered and now not giving the corrected one

Address:Upper ground floor, empire mall, near sharekhan SDM law college, mangalore

I am dr neha. I placed an order for two specs. They noted down wrong power in the left eye and gave me the wrong one. I complained and returned both the specs for correction. They have taken it back and its been more than a week. They have not reverted nor updated me regarding the same. When i called they replied that it was out of stock whereas all they had to do was to correct the left eye power and give it back. Please help me its been...

Why no refund policy for store bought sunglass

I had bought a Vincent chase sunglass from nearby sunglass store on 30th March.
Anyhow, after a day or so when I tried the sunglass I found it a bit misfit for my face, and wanted to exchange, but the store did not allow it, saying it's the company policy.
I really want to know the logic why a store bought Sunglass can not be exchanged within 7 days even if it's unharmed.
Even in the clothing store we get some return...

Payment against above mentioned order has been made for two no's of eyglasses on committment to be delivered on 22 March, 2022. Surprisingly one has been delivered on time and for other made another committment for delay excuses. Now there is no update available on site/app. There have been two complaints have been registered on customer care number, but there is no any positive response...

Buy 1 get 1 scam

I ordered a frame with lens and they said the price for that is 5600 rs but i also get 1 more frame and lens for free. However when i saw the bill, the amount was split into 2800 rs for each frame.
Request you to look into these scammers otherwise social media is always there for every one to know....

Product & Replacement service

I complained the LenskartShop in Iyappanthangal with in a two hours my replacement approved .

Even after 21 days over i visited the branch, they said the system not updated the status

worst service and bad quality...

Misleading customers and not refunding the money

I placed my order on 10th March and it should be delivered by 17th March but i didn't got it nor the delivery agent contacted but you guys claiming it been delivered.I have waited for three working days now u guys are not responding. Wrong eye test

I went to my nearby lenskart store and get my eye test done and ordered a specs as per that but I find it difficult to see properly with it.So I went to my local optician and he tested my eyes and found a huge difference in both the power i e., the actual one and the one tested by the lenskart staff on the store. Lenskart Store

I visited the Dhanori, Pune store yesterday. I wanted to buy contact lens. I stood there up for 15 minutes yet none of the employee cared to assist. When asked about the contact lens the employee just told me to ask other employee, and when I asked the other employee, he told me to wait for 2 mins and and went home without assisting. It was only around 8 pm . I was not addressed. I had to go all way to viman nagar store to purchase the lens....

I had submitted spectacles for refund in Ram maruti road store, Thane West.
I had returned the product the day after I recieved the spectacles because the size was large for me. Due to which i chosed to return it, they gave option to go in a physical store and return it. Regarding Refund of the spectacles

Lenskart air eyeglasses

The screws for this particular eyeglasses are not available at the stores.

A few days ago I lost a screw from my specs Went to the nearest store in Chembur for the repair and after searching for nearly half an hour the guy at the store told they don't have such screws available with them since they haven't been supplied by the company it self.
Good thing the guy at the store managed to fix it with the on-display specs...
