[Resolved]  Lenskart — issue with the power of the lenses/eye-test conducted by the lenskart team

I took my life's first eye-test from lenskart store in sector-18, noida store in the year 2015 or 2016. After the guy identified my power, all the members started convincing me to take the glasses, which i later took from the same store. I paid rs. 2000 for a frame less specs with lenses after all sorts of offers and discounts. I did not like wearing glasses (And moreover it was only for computer use), so i used it less frequently. Later, in march 2018, the lenskart team visited our office for free eye check-up. They checked the power of the lenses and the power of my eyes. They told me your eye-power is completely the opposite of the specs you are using. That means, since the last two years i was wearing my right eye powered lenses on my left eye and my left eye powered lenses on my right eye. After which i took 2 more eye-tests, which further confirmed this that i am wearing wrong lenses in my eyes. Presently i do not have any bills/invoices of the purchase of the lenkart frameless specs of 2015/2016. I only have the power cards provided by the team during the eye-test (Attached).

This kind of careless mistake can actually de-stabilize somebody's eyesight. So, the team should take care of this small silly mistakes.
