Kindly forward this mail to your gm... Lenskart service are very poor and this is my last order from lenskart. Its better i will order my eyeglass through local vendor (Note if i order my eyeglass through local shop right know im wearing it) but i lose my mind and listen to my friend and order... Lenskart.

If any product return to lenskart they check their quality (Are you kidding) why not you check their quality before to send to the costumers. Very very poor service totaly waste of time. Now im wating for my order... Till that time what i wear

    Order is expected to deliver on 3-1-19 post several mail i got one executive on chat, who confirmed that the order got cancelled as on 2nd and i have to accept store credit. When i said no mail, no message or call has been made regarding this. He said due to power cut order cancelled by mistake. Why will i accept their stupid store credit? Doesn't it clearly reflect they are taking consumer money and putting in their pocket. I want my money in actual payment mode and compensation for the mental harassment caused on priority.

        The day i ordered my specs i had to spend 500 extra to go to a far off store to get my eye sight checked all because for 3 days the machine in the store near me wasn't functioning. Moreover on the day of delivery i was out of station so the staff told me to give them a call whenever i'll be back and they will deliver my package on the same day by hand but today when i need the spec's they are telling me they will poste it which will take upto 3 days

        But stocked out...
        Horrible service and if I don't get the specs on time I will not buy any product in future from lenskart..

          Lenskart gives me a very low quality lenses. After few months it starts to get many scratches even after anti scratch coating and also the visibility of the lenses is vey low. Sometimes they give me problem in night light and in artificial light. I spent a lot of money in lenskart lenses to apply all the coatings but this gives me a very bad result. And now they are ignoring the complaint too.

          Its barely been 2 months and the frane that bought from lenskart.com has broken from the hinges.Though my first order with lenskart it turned out to be really bad.It broke when i was the folding the specs to keep it in its box.I think lenskart is not good when it comes to quality.My money got wasted ordering with lenskart.

            Ordered bi-focal lens photochromatic coating (Vincent chase) along with a vincent chase sunglass on 11th dec which was supposed to be delivered on 20th dec. I have paid 3980/- in advance at sector 12 dwarka, new delhi store.
            When i have contacted the store for the status of delivery on 20th dec, i have been informed that because of some technical issue, the order couldnt be processed. Its very disappointing as i had checked with the executives many times before the order was made. They were very confident and convinced me for the timely delivery.

            Anyways, since that time, i had been calling the lenskart store regarding the settlement of the issue. Most of the times, they take my number and assure me to call back again. But i dont get any call back. I have also visited the store and talked to the manager. He assured me of the refund of the entire amount and said that i would receive a link for the same. Again i didnt get back any link and again i have been calling regarding the same. And i am getting the same response again. No call backs after giving word.

              Hi,
              I had purchased a lenskart blu since past 2-3 months. To my surprise, the has broken all of a sudden even while cleaning gently. I use lenskart's lens cleaning cloth and lens cleaning spray though.

              While buying they told me that i will get a frame and glasses for free if something happens within a year from the date of delivery.

              Now, they are saying that the frame itself will cost us rs.1680/- even though i'm eligible for getting replaced as it's a internal crakes while manufacturing.

              I highly recommend other's to get full details while purchasing anything from lenskart.

              By the way,
              When i checked the frames on amazon the prize was rs.199/-
              It was blu smartphone cat eye full frame by vincent chase.
              I didn't get a proper guidance by the shop keepers.
              They just tell lie in front of you for selling their products that's it.

              Here i meant to ask one thing to lenskart authorities.
              What will you do when you get a internal cracked piece of frame and when it gets broken just while cleaning the lens?

              I will inform about this to higher authorities if i didn't get replacement of frame for sure.

              Why would customers do if the manufacturing itself is not good?

              It's regarding spectacles and I have a power glasses. It's not something that I can wait till months together for your response and proper practical actions.

              I request you to escalate the issue and pick up the broken frame along with glasses by your courier service and return the quality product of the same within 24 hours.

              Note:

              If the stock is not available then refund me the full amount, so that I can buy from other best trusted & branded company.

              Please respond me with an acceptable reason for my few of my simple questions:

              1.I can't see the condition which says it's a mandatory to take a gold membership if we want to buy spectacles under buy 1 & get 1 offer.

              2.In any kind of business, customer satisfaction is important.
              Customer gets satisfaction if the product solves their problems.

              3.What kind of responsibility will lenskart takes for the existing customer who faces eye strains caused due to the defected products wear and tear and in case of product which we want goes out of stock?

              4.Where do you think that customers would go if the store persons are not co-operative in selecting and guiding in selection?

              5. At last, why would a customer think of buying again in the untrustworthy products?

              As a consequences of your behavior and services, customer gets irritated due to many reasons so they will think of getting out of it and let's buy somewhere else.

              7.What if a customer don't want to buy anything or don't want to go for gold membership for a reason and experience he faced in first time purchase?

              8.Why would customers pays money when they don't want to buy anything as a consequences of first time purchase itself?

              I suggest you to UPDATE YOUR T&C, REFUND POLICY, PRIVACY POLICY in a precise manner in favour of customers satisfaction without getting into a lose of money.

              By the time of my order nothing was included in the T&C and Even now also etc..

              Remember,

              No one expects breaking of the products while cleaning and

              No one will start thinking about asking refund for the product if they are satisfied.

              I'm simply wasting my time in discussion.

              Most of the products which I wanna buy were out of stock.

              It doesn't looks nice for me if I discuss these things with Founder and Manager directly. I know them before buying my spectacles I guess over LinkedIn.

              At least,
              They should know how to manage stocks and all.

              What action your manager took till now I'm not getting?

              First fulfil the stock of the products.

              So, that I can tell you the product ID number.

              Or else,

              tell your manager to keep the change as a tip for giving Gold membership which is useless for me.

              I don't want to be rude in further communication, in fact.

              Note:
              I'm experience the problem of eye strain and reddishness, inspite of that all these non-sense. Who will tolerate these things even after prepaying?

              I can't text anymore..
              I'm loosing my patience & time here..!

                Hi,

                I ordered 2 pair of eyes glasses a year back. Their executive came n check the eye sight. I order my glasses on the basis of their checkup report. After some time i got the glasses n started using it. After an year it started raining my eyes. When i got my glasses checked, i found that they did not make my glasses on the basis of my specifications. They changed it n after complain they even refused to listen to me by saying that it's out of warranty now.

                My point is eye glasses power can not be checked by normal person, specially when it is first time o[censored]sing glasses.

                My point is, if you are selling something which is technical n found your mistake even after warranty, one should come forward n provide some solution rather then refusing bluntly.

                It was the last time i ordered from lenskart. I will share my experience with my circle so that others can beware of this cheap n cheater company.

I have place order for two specticles on 8 th of deember and it was expected to arrive on showroom at 15th december but today is 18th december but or is still not received by showroom guysand they have no any answer how much time more will arrive the courier which is very bad on your part.. Poor services are giving by tou and you are charging alot from us. The matter will be taken on legal bases as you have charged us the membership fee also but it is difficult to manage relation with you as your commitments are not ture and are not in time. Kindly refund our payment and a legal action will be taken agaist the order no on the jusrisdictional consumer court..

                    Hi team,

                    I had purchased two specs in the month of may 2018 (John jacob) and one of it turns out to be defective as the frame got loose from the front hinge of a rimless model.
                    We had submitted the item to the local lenskart store in wakad which they said they will replace with the next 5 days. Submitted it on 1st december and after that we are following up with them and they don't have a definite response.
                    This is really irritating as they don't have any timeline.
                    Please look into this issue and this is a very bad experience that we are having after trusting lenskart to be best in its area.

                      I ordered spectacles in Lenskart store at Phoenix Mall, Chennai on 29th-Sep-2018. I eventually had to check my eye power in the store. During power checkup, the respective person had tested my eyes with various combination of lenses. I felt dizzy and uncomfortable with it and I had mentioned to him too. But he convinced me that, It adaptability issue of my eyes and it would take time. I obliged and paid for order and left the store. After a week time, I collected the product from store, and told him, I feel uncomfortable with the lens. But he convinced me to wear that specs for 1 week, resulting in Eye irritation and Red eye. I had to visit the store to exchange it. After long explanations, they accepted to exchange it and wanted to re-check my eye power. Its only after the second eye check up, they realized about the wrongly recorded eye power. They kept my specs in shelf and promised me for an earlier exchange, which would last for 2 weeks. I agreed and left.

                      Next week, incidentally I visited the mall, and I decided to check up on the updates of the exchange process. That's when I found out, they completely forgot about this and the specs is still there, where it was placed earlier. I was upset and the manager promised me to process it that day and would make sure, I would get my product ready in 1 week. Nothing happened. From there every week, I had to call the store to check on it, and every time, they have the same reply stating, "Its in progress". One day, I lost patience and I called the Store again, where Store manager gave his personal number to enquire and know about the order status, which was an utter waste. Because, whenever I call him, either he would be out of office on personal work or he would be busy.

                      After 40 days, On 18-Nov-2018, I got the call from Vinoth (lenskart employee), informing me that, they have lost the latest power card. He further asked me to visit the nearest Lenskart store, get and eye check up done and share the pic of the power card. I was upset and I had done what he asked me for. I shared the power card to him over whatsapp to his number on the same day. Then next two consecutive weeks, I again called to enquire on the status, and I was not given and appreciable response.

                      On 30-Nov-2018, I got pissed off. I called and enquired details for escalating the whole store. Then they found the seriousness of this, and promised me to deliver the product in 3 days. I obliged and accepted it. I checked on him on 3rd and 6th of December, still no valid information. I got pissed off, and I was intimated that my product is ready on Dec 8th. I already lost my patience. I gave the product for return on 7-Oct-18 and I get my product back on 12-Dec-18. It took approx. of 60 days, only after multiple visits and phone calls. I am totally disappointed with their reckless service. I want to escalate the higher management and se through this.

                      To summarize,

                      1. The eye check up was done by inexperienced guy, who recorded the wrong eye power.
                      2. I was forced to wear the defective glasses for 1 week, that resulted in eye irritation and red eye.
                      3. Product was given for exchange on 7-Oct-18 and the exchange process was initiated on 18-Nov-18.
                      4. Lost of Eye power card, as I had to visit the store again for power checkup
                      5. No proper communication, and had to call 4-5 times, for someone to pick up a call
                      6. I was promised with compensation and earlier delivery, and I was cheated.
                      7. Worst management and Customer care. highly reckless and no process followed.

                        issue with the power of the lenses/eye-test conducted by the lenskart team

                        I took my life's first eye-test from lenskart store in sector-18, noida store in the year 2015 or 2016. After the guy identified my power, all the members started convincing me to take the glasses, which i later took from the same store. I paid rs. 2000 for a frame less specs with lenses after all sorts of offers and discounts. I did not like wearing glasses (And moreover it was only for computer use), so i used it less frequently.                         On 22 nov i have placed order for eye glasses. And it got delivered later after 5 days i received a defective product hence i have returned the product. After again 6 day when i reached lenskart they said they have received the product and quality check is also succeeded we are taking your request for refund. I was waiting for the refund suddenly i got anothercall and they said we are not processing your refund and the reason was we have received a different product. This is unfair how come a product which is qc check passed will become a qc check failed. I want my refund tobe processed against the order # [protected].

                        am upset the way you guys are bluffing by giving wrong and inaccurate updates when ever I contact you harneet a customer experience executive with whom am contacted with is not giving accurate details she initially said she will take the request for refund and work towards it however my refund is not processed and she is just trying to get away from this case without processing the refund . I heard enough from them and waited so long but since lenskart was unable to fix things from their end and making customers liable . I want my refund to be processed At the earliest .

                        lenskart is not responding to me properly they are not processing the refund even after returning the correct product . its been last 30 days I have been frequently getting in touch with them in order to get an update regarding the refund . however they are too inaccurate and intentionally not processing the refund . am really upset with the way they are handling the queries . my suggestion is to ban this website . as they do no not have a proper customer support and they sell all defective products . kindly take a severe action against this fraud company .

                          I have ordered for two spects one for me and one for my wife. While wearing the spects i am not comfort with progressive glass. For distance glass is ok but for near i can not read comfortably, so i am requesting them since last eight days to solve my problem, but they are not giving proper response.

                            I have placed order for power glasses with lenskart. I have received a damaged product. I requested for return. I have handed over the product to the courier partner shadowfax and while accepting the product they have thoroughly checked the brand descriptions and all dimensions of the product then they picked up from me. After waiting for so many days till product reach warehouse of lenskart initially they confirmed they are processing refund later they denied for processing refund. I have call recordings that the executive has confirmed the product has passed quality check and he is processing refund later they kept hold on it. I need help i resolving this case.

                              Sorry to say that sr nagar showroom team not properly responded and when i explain the problem he suddenly went out to other people. Actually i'm ready to book new spects but he diverse me and i observed that so many people visit and left the showroom because of behavior and last month oct'18 i purchased new spects with 4000/- but that is not set to me and i am facing vision issue and i use my old one vision is good but this one vision is not good that problem i explaining him but suddenly went to some other people and i prepare to buy new glasses but your team not answered..

                                facing problem in frame... it is under warranty... but lenskart is now not solving the problem..

                                I have bought a frame in aug 2018 from lenskart... Some days back one arm of the frame was loose... I tightened it.. But then there was problem in alignment.. It was under warranty.. So i visited the store.. There they said me to sign some bond.. Stating that if the frame breaks they are not responsible... I then called the customer care.. They said to send me pics... I sent them... But i havent received any help from them... Its been days......

                                I've placed an order of 2specs (Order: #[protected]) on 29th november 2018. Initially i got 1specs, but it's power was wrong. I had given it for replacement and was told that i will get it by 6th... But it was delayed. The second specs was supposed to be delivered before 8th december, but i haven't received it yet. Everyday since last 3days the store is telling me that it will be on the store within a few hours, but it has not yet arrived. Today they told me it will be delivered at my home (Even took the home address) but even now it is not delivered. This is really unprofessional behaviour by lenskart and its staff and i need someone to look into this asap. Also, i'm getting messages of getting rs2001.18 money back in my lenskart wallet due to delay, but i want this money back in my bank account as i would not be using lenskart ever again, so i do not need lenskart cash. Please deliver my specs asap and return this rs2001 to my bank account.

                                  My name is anurag and i bought your gold membership and 2 frames with blue ray lenses on a single day with order number - [protected] on date 05 aug 2018. From the second month i am facing issue with the lenses. My eyes were paining while working on a system but i ignored that. And now on the lens there are number of scratch marks however the executive told me that it was scragtchproof, dust proof and your advertisement shows the same. Now i am now satisfied with the product and want to return or change the lenses with some sort of quality.
                                  This is my first ever purchase of spectacles from a brand and i am disappointed. Request you to take necessary action on my complaint

                                    I have booked an appointment of eye checkup at home on 4 the december timing of my home eye checkup is on 5th december 3 p. M to 5 p. M i waited till 4:30 p. M and called the lenskart agent for my home eye checkup he told me that we don't have any service on your area and i'm right now 30kms far from your area. I shocked and told if there is no service in my area then why my order is booked so and so. Then after i received a call from haryana, faridabad that sorry sir for your time wasting i agree that you what you are saying is right but i called your agent and he told that we doesn't have any service to your area i will refund your money back in 3-4 days 😣😣😡
