On 22 nov i have placed order for eye glasses. And it got delivered later after 5 days i received a defective product hence i have returned the product. After again 6 day when i reached lenskart they said they have received the product and quality check is also succeeded we are taking your request for refund. I was waiting for the refund suddenly i got anothercall and they said we are not processing your refund and the reason was we have received a different product. This is unfair how come a product which is qc check passed will become a qc check failed. I want my refund tobe processed against the order # [protected].

The relevant person who is handling this case is not giving me accurate details and hence my refund is delayed and I cannot keep asking you or wait for your updates . I flagged this concern long back and still team is in the process of looking in to the query and am tired of lethargic behavior . I request you please process the refund ASAP .

am upset the way you guys are bluffing by giving wrong and inaccurate updates when ever I contact you harneet a customer experience executive with whom am contacted with is not giving accurate details she initially said she will take the request for refund and work towards it however my refund is not processed and she is just trying to get away from this case without processing the refund . I heard enough from them and waited so long but since lenskart was unable to fix things from their end and making customers liable . I want my refund to be processed At the earliest .

lenskart is not responding to me properly they are not processing the refund even after returning the correct product . its been last 30 days I have been frequently getting in touch with them in order to get an update regarding the refund . however they are too inaccurate and intentionally not processing the refund . am really upset with the way they are handling the queries . my suggestion is to ban this website . as they do no not have a proper customer support and they sell all defective products . kindly take a severe action against this fraud company .

    I have ordered for two spects one for me and one for my wife. While wearing the spects i am not comfort with progressive glass. For distance glass is ok but for near i can not read comfortably, so i am requesting them since last eight days to solve my problem, but they are not giving proper response.

      I have placed order for power glasses with lenskart. I have received a damaged product. I requested for return. I have handed over the product to the courier partner shadowfax and while accepting the product they have thoroughly checked the brand descriptions and all dimensions of the product then they picked up from me. After waiting for so many days till product reach warehouse of lenskart initially they confirmed they are processing refund later they denied for processing refund. I have call recordings that the executive has confirmed the product has passed quality check and he is processing refund later they kept hold on it. I need help i resolving this case.

        Sorry to say that sr nagar showroom team not properly responded and when i explain the problem he suddenly went out to other people. Actually i'm ready to book new spects but he diverse me and i observed that so many people visit and left the showroom because of behavior and last month oct'18 i purchased new spects with 4000/- but that is not set to me and i am facing vision issue and i use my old one vision is good but this one vision is not good that problem i explaining him but suddenly went to some other people and i prepare to buy new glasses but your team not answered..

          facing problem in frame... it is under warranty... but lenskart is now not solving the problem..

          I have bought a frame in aug 2018 from lenskart... Some days back one arm of the frame was loose... I tightened it.. But then there was problem in alignment.. It was under warranty.. So i visited the store.. There they said me to sign some bond.. Stating that if the frame breaks they are not responsible... I then called the customer care.. They said to send me pics... I sent them... But i havent received any help from them... Its been days......

          I've placed an order of 2specs (Order: #[protected]) on 29th november 2018. Initially i got 1specs, but it's power was wrong. I had given it for replacement and was told that i will get it by 6th... But it was delayed. The second specs was supposed to be delivered before 8th december, but i haven't received it yet. Everyday since last 3days the store is telling me that it will be on the store within a few hours, but it has not yet arrived. Today they told me it will be delivered at my home (Even took the home address) but even now it is not delivered. This is really unprofessional behaviour by lenskart and its staff and i need someone to look into this asap. Also, i'm getting messages of getting rs2001.18 money back in my lenskart wallet due to delay, but i want this money back in my bank account as i would not be using lenskart ever again, so i do not need lenskart cash. Please deliver my specs asap and return this rs2001 to my bank account.

            Good evening,

            My name is anurag and i bought your gold membership and 2 frames with blue ray lenses on a single day with order number - [protected] on date 05 aug 2018. From the second month i am facing issue with the lenses. My eyes were paining while working on a system but i ignored that. And now on the lens there are number of scratch marks however the executive told me that it was scragtchproof, dust proof and your advertisement shows the same. Now i am now satisfied with the product and want to return or change the lenses with some sort of quality.
            This is my first ever purchase of spectacles from a brand and i am disappointed. Request you to take necessary action on my complaint

              I have booked an appointment of eye checkup at home on 4 the december timing of my home eye checkup is on 5th december 3 p. M to 5 p. M i waited till 4:30 p. M and called the lenskart agent for my home eye checkup he told me that we don't have any service on your area and i'm right now 30kms far from your area. I shocked and told if there is no service in my area then why my order is booked so and so. Then after i received a call from haryana, faridabad that sorry sir for your time wasting i agree that you what you are saying is right but i called your agent and he told that we doesn't have any service to your area i will refund your money back in 3-4 days 😣😣😡

                I am not getting refund for my order despite follow up with sec. 12 dwarka, new delhi showroom and customer care team

                They are cheating customers by taking advance payments and delivering poor quality products. Infact, the specs got rejected twice in quality check

                If we request for email id of their md for necessary escalation, they divert the issue.

                Its almost 15 days and they are still blaming either accounts team or technical team for delay in refund.

                Dear, I received call from your office yesterday. And it is the same response that refund amount would get credited in next 24-48 hours. Its almost 10 days now but your 24- 48 hours still to come!!

                Also, please explain why you are not sharing email ID of your MD & CEO.

                I purchased an eyeglass and got a coupon code on myntra for the purchase of 2990 and 1799 but it's not applicable...so how can I use those coupon codes
                On 29 of November ideposit my specs for replacing the glasses but till date I have not received any call or my specs
                I was purchased a frame with glasses from your store located in Elante Mall Chandigarh. But it is regretted to point out that the product given to me is very worst as one of the glass has been removed which was very ashamed and irritating matter.

                  I purchased two items from your lenskart.com ahmednagar store dated 01.09.2018
                  I. E. Spectacles 1 & goggle 1
                  At the cost of rs. 8990/- your order details is lenskart.com serial no is: 500 (24.08.2018).
                  I tried spectacles & goggle four to five days in that goggle is ok but spectacles is faulty after that i can’t see properly from your spectacles.
                  Then i went to ahmednagar to your showroom but unfortunately your lenskart branch has closed then i asked there, what can i do? Then he saw my spectacles then he adjusted by bending the frame of spectacles and told me that you will adjust it in two to four days, after then i tried it for two to four days again there but same problem is came.in case of my busy schedule i can’t come to the ahmednagar.
                  Note :- kindly suggest best way for solve my spectacles problem & also kindly call me urgently.

                    I have a power of -3 (myopia) and i used lenskart glasses for my eyesight, my frame got a bit loose, so i went to the nearest showroom of lenskart at supela, bhilai, raipur.The staff member asked me to leave my glasses the whole day&come the next day, i left them as said. The next day, i called them before going to the showroom, they told tat my glasses arent fixed (which just takes 2 mins). The next day i sent my friend to take the glasses, the staff again denied saying your glasses arent fixed yet, and they require another 24 hours . Glasses play an imp. for a student, i havent been to class since 3 days without glasses and i have been roaming around the showroom since past 2 days . If it was all about the money im ready to pay for the good service, dont do it for free and waste my time. I better not like to use the services or glasses from lenskart further . Please take an action .

                      Hi lenskart,
                      I placed the order of two product, but received only one. Please let me know who's mistake here..? To resolve this issue we need to call customer care and have to waste our time. I called and they took 35 minute for just listening and said we will investigate, this mean is am culprit here. 35 minute waste of time, take photos, need to fill farm again scanning, have to write mail to them.. This all activity i have to do without my mistake or placing the order in lenskart is my mistake. This all happen on 27th.

                      Today is 29th, still didn't get any reply from lenskart even after sending all photos and form. Is this way of treating customer. Now they are telling that they dint received any photos or any details. Simply they are dragging.

                      Very worst service.

                      Final word to lenskart, all ready decided to no more order in lenskart.

                        I visited your unit no. Ug 2, upper ground floor, darshan mall, race cource road, indore outlet, and i have bought spects and pay 4510/-. I have given my personal spects for cleaning, but your sales person name kaushik has broken the right lens and gave back to me. When i spoken to him for the repair he denied for it, my concern is, i[censored] r not able to do such kind of thing then u should not take the responsibility, we expect these kind of thing, because we expect that your staff is professional.
                        I need to raise a complain agaist this guy who broken my original lens and need a satisfactory justice.

                          I went to my nearest lenskart store in powai and ordered 2 specs, my order id is [protected]
                          I ordered it on 6th nov 2018. I received my one of my ordered specs but haven't received the second one yet. Even my first spec i didn't receive on time, that too got delivered when i called them several times. When i called for second specs they informed me that they have lost the frame and told me that they would deliver it as soon as they get it. Now it has been 20 days but i haven't received my second spec yet.
                          Kindly look into the matter urgently and i expect a legit and worthy compensation in default because the company couldn't abide by its mentioned policy. If not i'll not get any second thoughts before putting it on social media about the insincerity and irresponsibility of lenskart.

                          Kindly escalate the matter.

At the time of purchase i was told by the salesman name mr. Prakash that it will be delivered to me on 15 nov but till date 19th nov i am not received any order.                               I have purchased a power progressive glass with a rayban frame from lenskart’s chandkheda store, ahmedabad district, gujarat on 10/11/18 and the very next day i approached the store and expressed my discomfort with the new glass as i am not getting a clear vision and the temple of the frame is not properly set and the alignment is not proper and they said that it will take three to four days for settng a new glass to anybody and the alignment will be done at their shop by their technician. On 12.11.18 i made my first complaint to lenskart and got a reply in the evening asking me to visit their store for solution. I visited their store on 13.11.18 and explain my problem and the person manning the store told me that their technical person is coming to the store and ask me to wait or wait at my residence and they will inform me the arrival of their technician at chandkheda store. I have not received any call from the store till date.
                              I made repeated complaints to their site but lenskart not responding to my complaint and i am complling to lodge the complaint to this site. I purchased the glass with rayban frame for 6131 plus tax and i am feeling tremendous pain due to the sharpnes of the nose pad and also not getting a clear vision due to the misalignment of the frame.

                              I got a message from Lenskart on 20/11/18 to deposit the defective glass at their showroom. I deposited the same on 20/11/18 evening and every day I got a call from Lenskart informing the progress of the work and I got a new glass on 25/11/18 evening. Most of the problems are solved but I still facing slight blur vision and may be the same will be clear after some time. Any way I am satisfied with the exchange process of Lenskart and this may be the complaint was moved through Indian consumer complaints forum.

                              On 20/11/18 I got a message from Lenskart to deposit the glass to the showroom for replacement. I deposited the same on 20/11/18 evening and got the replacement on 25/11/18 after correcting most of the problems but still I feeling little bit problem and may be the same will reduce after some time.
                              Any way I am satisfied with the speedy replacement work of Lenskart due to the interference of Indian consumer complaint forum.

                                On 4th nov i placed an order for 1 power sunglass and 1 sunglass. At the time of purchase i was told by the salesman that it will be delivered to me on or before 10 the nov. From past 4 days i am chasing my power sunglass and everytime i am getting same response that they are still in the process of preparing it. Lenskart is offering me 30% of my purchase amount coupon. It's my humble request to expedite my order and provide me compensation in form of monetary aspect. Looking forward on this reply.

                                  Hello,
                                  I had returned the product received from lenskart but have not received any refund yet. The product was returned on 3rd november and its been 9-10 days. I also received the acknowledge slip from courier for successful return pickup and call from lenskart warehouse. Moreover there was a misunderstanding regarding the pick up as well. Please take an action regarding my concern.

                                      I purchased 2 john jacobs frame with blue coating from lenskart showroom. One of the frame had a alignment problem from the start. I went to the lenskart showroom 2-3 times bt they couldn't do it. Recently i gave it to different lenskart showroom and they bend the side to allign the spectacles and due to which it got worsen so after my complaint they sent that spects to nearby service centre bt just after 2 days the stick which they bended again got broken. Lenskart claim high quality of their frames but this is what they provide.
                                      Its really sad i put 5500 rs down the drain. The service centre dont know how to repair the frame.
