[Resolved] Lenskart — ive brought premium tokai lens (order no:[protected]) but within 1.5 months the lens is broken which has 2x more scratch protection

I've ordered tokai lens which are premium lens offered by lenskart with approximately 7k value inr for one unit, which has many features like 2x more scratch protection, e. T. C has broken on edges. Which are plastic lens just broken when it fell from just 70 cms height. I'm totally disappointed with lenskart beacuse if we pay for around 7k for premium lens.

I have used unbranded normal lens which cost around 1k which didn't broken even after 1year o[censored]sage still it is in good condition.

Updated by arcot.manju hi Thanks for calling as you said 50% should be paid by me for lens only, i've one valid point over here mainly the quality of product isnt good when it fell from just small height how these branded fiber glass will broke, where generic unbranded which just cost 1k wont break ??

so if i took again same product which doesnt have quality than this unbranded normal glasses is good right

Updated by arcot.manju Details : I've brought premium tokai lenses from lenskart which has many features like 1.76index, 2x more scratch resistant, uv protection e.t.c but in invoice they didnt mentioned anything regarding it however the quality of the fiber lenses is worst, than these premium lenses for which overall i paid 6700rs doesnt have a quality of normal 1000rs unbranded fiber lenses, this premium lenses was delivered to me on sept 1st but within 56days the lenses were broken on edges because it fell from just 50-70 cm height just basic height, it cannot withstand even for 40cms where as general or previous unbranded local optical can withstand.my previous one fell many times from much heights than this but it didnt broked because it was fiber lenses.coming to this ive brought these fiber lenses for approx 6700rs which will break like glass even it fell from 40cms of height, so finally lenskart are selling products which doesnt have good quality than local brand but they charge you more for that which cannot within stand at least 2months, even they didnt sent me invoice along with product upon delivery again ive called customer care and got the invoice too, so i request for complete replacement of glasses with good quality one.how fiber will broke.?
