This is the third time i had bitter experience with lenskart. I had visited their store in gip, sec-18 for new specs and ordered 1 but the product i chose and the product delivered was different in size and it is so lose that i can't even wear them for 10sec.. I tried to get it fixed but no use.. I even tried to check with the person in the store but they denied about having delivered wrong product. What should i do now?? I am not even able to wear the glasses.. They just waste customer's money. Pls lenskart expecting some response to it.

    Description of incident: since there wasn't any problem with my previous spectacles i gave them my old spectacles for the number.
    They manufactured my new spectacles with the same number but different axis.
    This is lead to a lot of distress as they refused to change it since it wasn't in the guarantee period which was 14 days.
    Now i cant wear those spectacles since they give me a throbbing headache whenever i wear them.

      I brought pair of glasses for myself. The eye Test was done wrongly at LensKart. They told to wear 1.00 right eye and Left eye 1.25 for left eye.
      But when they uploaded they did once again mistake. They have done it as right eye +1.25 and Left eye +1.50. Because of this I am getting severe Headache. When I did testing recently I came to know this.
      How can one be so irresponsible?
      Can you please replace the glasses. It is not my mistake but when called customer care not getting proper response.

        Order id [protected] was placed on 23-sep-18, after having multiple communication and commitments from the shop, still i have not got me eyeglasses.
        It was an urgent order placed on medical ground and that was mentioned at the time of placing order. There was an assurance from the shop to get it by 29-sep-18.in lenskart portal it is showing expected delivery date is 01-oct-18. I am suffering from chronic headache due to this. I had a talk with lenskart support personnel today (Contact no got in the portal) and they are not in a position to commit any delivery date now. I expect some sound steps would be taken against lenskart for this delay and medical hazards which i am suffering now.

          Hi,

          Lenskart, being such a professional online optical store, has now grown up to such a level that, they fail to listen to their customers complaints. After referred by brother i had gone to lenskart for ordering eyeglasses for me. But it is my bitter experience and it is better to go to a small shop rather than booking online without knowing and checking the quality of the product and paying in advance. But if you buy from the local shops, you can check the quality and then pay and even in case of any defect they repair or replace the product/accessories. But in case of lenskart, you have to pay beforehand without knowing the quality of the product and after that nobody will listen to you to address any complaints at all.

          In fact, i had ordered “ black sea green full rim cat eye, medium (Size-54) vincent chase evil eye vc 6982-c12 eyeglasses-product id:119206 hsn code:"9004" order : # 6557718 order date: 06/05/2018 and it has been hardly a month that spring/frame of both the side are almost big. You are providing service for specs..., but still don’t understand the importance of specs for those who wear the specs full day. This was for me is suffering a lot as the frame has got broaden and slip-away from my nose. Still issue is following. Very bad response from lenskart. I never expect this from lenskart.

          This is your customer support, you guys know only to sell and attract customers by giving first frame free offer and never bother about the quality of products and we the consumers are the victim of your fraud business eventually.

          I just want to change some other frames or give me my money back. And in the name of change i will not give any extra money, i need a second frame in same cost.

          Dear Srestha,

          My Specs is not broken, it's still in brand new condition. When the specs were bought then they were very tight but in 15 days they were very loose, and slip-away from my nose. And every 15-20 days I go to fix it. Still issue is following. Your product is faulty and I do not want any discount coupons from you. I think you do not do after sales service. You simply sell the product to the customer and then do not do any solution to the customer's compliant. Very bad response from lenskart. I never expect this from lenskart. I also have a mail ID of peyush bansal, that is CEO of your company. But I do not want to go to them for such a small problem.

          And if you do not have a solution to my problem then I will throw these specs. And I will not shop in lenskart in my life.

            After 8 times of calling you guys finally picked up the frame for repairing and after repairing what i got is the deformed frame which was shown to delivery guy. He told it will be replaced with the new one. I have called already 9 times for replacement, escalation was done several times for the same but till now no pickup came for replacement. What should i do now??

              I would like to bring into your kind notice the blunder done by the lenskart store at Bhoothnath Market, Indira Nagar, Lucknow.
              We went to Lucknow to our family at Lucknow where my then 5 and half year old child's specs broke for which I went to the nearby Lenskart store in Bhootnath market, B-4 & 5, Krishna Bazaar, Faizabad Road, Indira Nagar to make specs of the same power as the previous one. The lenses were checked by an executive at the store and the optometrist who further noted down the power and agreed upon making the highest quality glass in the store.It was delivered on time but my child had a discomfort wearing those specs. I went back to the store, where the executive showeed me written on the bill that it may take 10 days to adjust to the new pair of glasses. I agreed and returned with teh faith that Lenkart being a national chain, will resplve my issue across the country if need be. Many days later while we returned to our workplace Hyderabad, when the school teacher also complained about him having the same discomfort we thought of getting him checked by the doctor and thus we went to a Center for Sight, Kukatpally, Hyderabad where the his doctor, Dr. Manav Khera diagnosed and told us that the power for the right eye has been in the left eye and vice versa. He also told that my child was about to develop squint because of the regular flexing of eyes and trying to get a clear vision by positioning his eyes differently. Also his eye power increased during this period due to wearing defective spectacles.
              While we wrote to lenskart about the issue, we received only scripted responses without giving a thought to the pain, irreparable damage and trauma that we have gone through.
              Finally when I took this up with their social media team, they have offered me to replace the lenses and give a refund of the amount I paid for the glasses.
              Is a meagre amout of some 3000 rupees sufficient for all the pain a child 6 years of age has gone through and the irreparable damage his vision has suffered at this tender age? Is this a sufficient punishment for a player that deals with Vital organs of the body? These mistakes have'nt happened in isolation and I request the court to ensue strict punishment, enforce laws so that such mistakes do not happen again and businesses like these think 5000 times before making a mistake. Attached are the prescriptions and t eh details.

                My experience about Lenskart is that, it's just like any other fraud online agent, which is looting the customers and I decided to spread the message through social media so that the other buyers will be careful before purchasing any item directly from the online portal.

                In fact, I had ordered “ Black Orange Full Rim Round Small (Size-48) Vincent Chase URBANE ACETATE VC E11259 -C4 Eyeglasses-Product Id:128542 HSN Code:"9004" Order : # 7853078 Order Date: 22/08/2018 and It has been hardly a month that spring/rubber of both the side are almost damaged. This was for my daughter and she is suffering a lot as the frame has got broaden and slip-away from her nose.

                This shows the quality of frames Lenskart sold to its customers and when I contacted LENSKART, Plot no:516/1810/4268, Patia, Bhubaneswar, for servicing, the executive told they cannot do anything as it has been broken and parts are missing. I have requested several times to repair the frame for which I will pay the charges but they denied to repair or replace the frame.

                This is your customer support, you guys know only to sell and attract customers by giving first frame free offer and never bother about the quality of products and we the consumers are the victim of your fraud business eventually.

                  I recently purchased a 6 thousand rupee lense from lenskart store Kolkata. The product got scratch with in 2 days of purchase. I was told a lot about the lense quality during the purchase, that it has a very high scratch resistance and the warranty. But what actually happened was they won’t repair the product and kept saying if i would have put a complaint a few days back they woukd have done something. My order number from lenskart is [protected].
                  I have been using crizal lenses for past 4 years which is much cheaper than their tukai lutina lenses but the quality is much much better.
                  Please look into this matter. I tried to put complaint with lenskart twice but got no solution for my problem.

                    I ordered 2 frames with lenses from lenskart two months ago and today morning one of the frame broke while I was putting it on my eyes without any mistake of mine. I went to a lenskart store nearby me for a replacement but they refused to replace it as they said brokage of the frame doesn't come in warranty which doesn't really make sense if the frame broke because of no fault of mine.

                      I have attached some more images of the glasses however i am not very sure whether you will be able to spot the issues since its a scratches and colour is peeled off on the side part of the frame.

                      You may send some customer service person who can physically verify this and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                      You may confirm this from your team that i told them that even if you are providing me the same product of mine after repairing the worn out part i will not have any issue. Because the product i returned was in a very good condition (I used it only for couple of times) but lenkskart told me that they are issuing me brand new product for replacement.
                      Now when the product is delivered to me i can see that its not a brand new product rather a used one which totally unacceptable.

                      I would request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        I booked a home eye test on sat 22nd sep. My money got deducted at 19:17 pm but i didn't get any confirmation of my slot (Which was mon, 24th sep). Because of this i called on the same day. He assured my slot will be same. My purpose of calling was to know whether i need to do something but he assured me that it will get confirmed and slot will remain same.
                        When i called in today to check, they told it will not be possible today as money got confirmed late. I talked to 4 customer care executives everyone of whom gave me a different time when i asked when did they receive my payment.
                        One of those customer care executives told me that they have a policy that in case they don't receive payment within 4-5 hours of scheduling, they send a sms/mail (Which i didn't get) otherwise they send a confirmation mail of my slot (Neither did i get this).
                        I got a sms on 24th september 19:01 pm saying:
                        Your [protected]@home appt no * has been booked for 24 sep 2018 at 03:00 pm-05:00 pm. I guess they can do time travel.

                        I have all the audio recordings of my chat with customer care executive which i'll provide.

                          I have ordered pair of glasses & frame with lenskart on 18/04/2018 but soon the colour of one of the spectacles started to fade which i have purchased from the lenskart store. I raised a complain to the store on 15/09/2018 but received no response until i have raised helpline ticket (On [protected]) on 21/09/2018 so i got message on from the store on 23/09/2018 asking me to give the faulty spectacles and since the frame which i ordered was out of stock they asked me to choose another frame. But now i have received message to pay 1882.71, why should i pay when i have already paid 4420/- on my previous order further that includes please hep with issue.

                            I have purchased a pair of spectacular in the beginning of 2018 or during last month of 2017. But due to bad quality of the specs, polish of the spectacular got erased. Second time around 20 days back, i have returned the old spec for replacement. But officer in charge of the showroom said golden spec are not in stock.

                            I told him, since the golden frames are out of stock, if by paying some marginal amount, i can purchase jj specs as well. Then he revert i have to pay rs. 6250/-.
                            I told j have already paid for the lenses as well as frame of vc and since product is not available at lenskart end... This is very hefty amount.
                            You are requested to please intervene and resolve the issue.

                              I purchased almost 4 to 5 set of glass. I had issue for 2 pieces of glasses with very bad quality frame were provided.

                              Despite of one year guarantee specified while purchase, i am still not happy with your service at vasai outlet.

                              It is not even one year completion that the frame was broken. I am truly disappointed as its not value for money.

                              Moreover, when i tried to raise a complain to fix it, the service center replied "this particular frame has no replacement or repair".

                              Due to such bad experience, its for sure that i wont be henceforth purchasing such brand.

                              I hope you will take my request and look into such issue ahead of time.

                                The eye glasses i got from lenskart broke within a week and even when i have the warranty it was not replaced. They said that we do the free service or replacement for 1year when i bought it. But within a week it broke and it wasnt replaced. And no politeness by the shanthi colony lenskart store staff.
                                They asked us to get new glasses if required and we should pay for the new glasses.
                                One of the most worst experience and peoducts i have ever seen. They only show off with technology and not in quality.

                                  Recently i ordered for a product from lenskart black full rim wayfarer shape medium (Size-52) vincent chase vagabond vc e10463-c1 with order id : [protected]. The tracking is showing delivered in the courier partner portal fedex and also on lenskart with tracking details number:[protected] but i have not received the product.

                                  I received a call from the courier partner that the product cant be delivered to your address so i asked for the address of local courier hub. The address has been provided by some lenskart agent and even i contacted the courier hub that i will be coming to take the product from the hub as i won't be available in my home from 2 pm due to my office. And the courier hub supervisor told me it's fine i can come any time to collect the courier. So on 20th september at 21:57 pm, i got a mail that the product has been delivered at 19: 45 pm.

                                  I asked everyone in my house and locality whether they got any courier or not but they have not.

                                  My biggest question is that how can a courier guy deliver a product without verifying my identity?

                                  Either you guys will deliver the product to me to my address or refund back the money that i have spent on it.

                                  I cant trust the courier partners any more. I am very disappointed.

                                  It's better to make glasses from local stores itself.

                                  And i need a quick response for it.

                                  I lost the trust on online shopping from lenskart.

                                    I have purchased the lenskart product a month ago [Vincent Chase Eyeglasses - 2 #[protected]]. The frame for rim-less glass is very very bad in terms of quality. Both screws are coming out of the frame very frequently [2 times in a month]. So i have given to the service center many times. Still issue is following. Very bad response from lenskart. I never expect this from lenskart.
                                    This is a BOOKMARK for my life. Why i'm telling here ??. Experience is much valuable than anything. Think before give your money to Lenskart.

                                      I had ordered specs and i was given the frame with wrong power. This is not a small thing. How can u ppl play with vital organ "eye". Regarding this i called the customer care and filed complaint they said they would get back to me. But they never did. This shows how irresponsible they are. The power which i mentioned during placing order is different in what i got. I really had too much good hopes and came to lenskart but i'm really fedup with lenskart.
                                      It is lenskart kammanahalli branch in bangalore. It has the most irresponsible employees. Till u make payment they will be very good. But once u tell them complaints they neglect as if it is not concerned to them. There is doorstep delivery for orders, but the store ppl make sure you go to the store and collect the product to save the delivery charges. So cheap!!!

                                      I'm attaching the order summary below so that u get full info. Out of those two frames, the one with higher power is faulty (Improper power). I had complained to the customer care also regarding this but i didn't get to hear back from lenskart instead i got this automated mail

                                        I had bought frame for my child in dec 2017 which has no issue the other one bought in jan 2018 had started damaging with in month and issue was rubber on frame breaking from both sides which was the replaced in march but the another frame i got in replacement is started giving same problem with in six months and issue when i complained about same they said i broke it with teeth... How rediclous it is... And my frame follws under warranty of one year... When product was sold it has been informed about warranty but when ask for replacement they blame us...
