Lenskart — Kothagudem Lenskart outlet/ worst service

I purchased 2 sets of spects 6 months back worth Rs.15000 at Kothagudem, Bhadradri kothagudem(dt), Telangana vide Order No.[protected] and my mobile no: [protected]. My spects lens coating got peel of and scratches on glasses.. I handed over in store on 18.1.2022 for replacement. They promised that it will be get it donw with in a week. But not yet recieved yet. Every time they are saying two more days with very irresoponsble attitude and some times not at all answering. Please look after this issue on priority.. Thank you!
