My order number is [protected]. I paid from upi. But due to some reason i cancel it. Why the refund process in store credit. I want my money to my original payment method.. i want my money back to my bank. Lenskart company does not answer me at all in this issue.Please solve this as soon as possible.

    Today, I have visited at Lenkart Chandkheda, and feel that sell execute response is not proper.
    Or u can say attentiveness of customer is very poor and rude.
    Even that behavior is not so good and realized me uncomfortable.
    Require action on this employee for rude and unapproachable behavior.
    I hope this will not happen again with any customer.

      I placed my order on 5/02/2022 on john jacob store they told me order will be placed by lenskart, i said ok.

      order no 60157694.
      ticket no. 14383084.

      i got sms confirmation from john jacobs and emails from lenskart. lenskart app is only showing gold membership, no details about my order.

      now when i want to enquire about my order lenskart told me talk to john jacobs and john jacobs told me to contact lenskart.

      lenskart said they have nothing to do with my order, john jacobs will be handling your order.

      then why was gold membership of lenskart was offerred?

      i told them connect me to supervisor he said sorry i can`t thats how they treat gold members.

      now where do i enquire about my order?

        Order id - [protected]
        I had ordered an eye glass of Rs 1210/- and payment of it was failed from my side twice, but third time i have paid them sucessfully but still they are telling payment is not recieved and were not placing my order
        So I decided to cancel the order and get the refund
        But again they are not processing the refund amount
        I have also shared my bank statement
        But still nothing has happened
        Very very poor experience from Lenskart👎👎

          I have bought John Jacobs eyeglasses with dirt resistant eyeglasses with Order Id [protected]. But these are not of good quality at all. I am working from home and still I have to clean these again and again.

            Refund not credited even after waiting for given given timeline

            I have returned my order [protected] on 25yh January and they said that refund is initiated from their side on 27th January and wait for 48 hours to receive money but more than 4 days have passed and money is not credited in my upi account till now...

            My order is showing as delivered. But I didn't recieve item. I contacted customer care. They are not solving the issue, they are telling its delivered.

            How can I prove that its not delivered? They need to prove me that its delivered to correct address.

              HORAMAVU outlet attenders and store manager Fahad did not even have the courtesy to come and help us in buying 2 pairs of glasses because we spoke to them in Kannada later came to know they did not know our language i spoke to them in English and asked them to help us in buying the glasses but in vain, i had to leave the store, and they were least bothered, finally i bought glasses from BANASWADI outlet where subash attended us.

                I purchased 2 sets of spects 6 months back worth Rs.15000 at Kothagudem, Bhadradri kothagudem(dt), Telangana vide Order No.[protected] and my mobile no: [protected]. My spects lens coating got peel of and scratches on glasses.. I handed over in store on 18.1.2022 for replacement. They promised that it will be get it donw with in a week. But not yet recieved yet.                 Hi,

                I Am balaji Udhayakumar

                Initially i ordered a power sun glass in lenskart app and my order I'd is [protected].

                After placing the order and power details entered I got a call from lenskart team and has been informed the particular glass won't support with high cylindrical power.

                So their sales person Ms. Bhawna Meena, (Emp no 69222) contacted me and shown some ranges of power sunglasses which will support this cylindrical power.

                Also she convinced me to go for two glasses instead of one.

                I agreed and cancelled the previous order and placed a new order for 2 spec.
                order I'd :[protected] - this was supposed to delivered to me by 21.01.2021

                But today 24.01.2021, after communicated with lenskart team I had been informed that power is not possible in this frames also and i surprised to know still now my order has not been initiated.

                I am highly disappointed with their support and need a proper reply from lenskart

                I have been asked to cancel the order again today 24.01.2021, which is so irresponsible.

                Will look forward for your earliest reply..

                  Hi, I bought 2 specs from u outlet in Perambur, Papermills Road (Order no: [protected]) paying Rs. 6308. The one with Black full rim Rectangle frame seems to be bit uneasy to wear since i get pain in my nose & Ear lobes. So i approached ur outlet from where i purchased this and asked how much it will cost to change the frame, since it was just one month old and the lens seems to be costly. But ur person in the store said that it will take 1 week time & we need to pay again for both frame & lens. When i asked if that is the case is there any option i can make a query about this issue, that time ur person raised a question to me whether i bought this specs from LENSKART. I m not that much fool to buy a specs from somewhere else in a local shop and requesting for a replacement from ur shop, infact i made the enquiry by showing him the invoice mail. I m worrying about the money but ur peoples customer service is really pathetic. Infact at the time of purchase itself i saw an other customer had a some issue with the specs bought from the same branch but the store person was very lethagic in answering him. So i just want to know whether Lenskart executives were trained ONLY for SALES oriented & not SERVICE oriented. I will make sure none of my friends buy specs from Lenskart or not even Walkin to ur outlets at any cost. Huge applause to your executive, recruit more number of persons like him so that they can earn u more money. ALL THE VERY BEST.

                      Felt like being cheated and literally fooled by the team lenskart at their store in Sec. 15, Faridabad who showed their inability to rectify Lenskart 1+1 (buy one and get one) gimmicky offer.

                      Firstly:
                      - they didn't explain the offer appropriately during demo or payment and
                      - when came to collect the glasses, went clueless and blamed lenskart latest policy.
                      In a whole both company and store seems to fool customers with their non transparent schemes and make money.

                      1) They give two separate invoices for 1+1 offer without mentioning anything about the offer/2nd item as free or with equivalent deducted charge. This two invoices anyone would get without having the offer also, so nothing special.
                      2) Moreover they are unwilling to provide a single invoice against the item mentioning about the offer (electronically or manually) and claim that single Order ID means that other purchased item came as free.

                      Could you please post a public notification why for gold member ship 1 + 1 offer comes up with two different bill and that should need to pay even if we but the same brand (Vincent chase)

                          I being regular customer from past 3-4 years for sunglasses/computer zero power blue cut for me & my family members. Last year because of covid and continues work from home for long hrs, when I too had eye check-up, Dr suggested to use multifocal lenses as long hrs exposure to screen. So now I also started for first time power lenses. I bought power lense + blue cut glass & frames worth Rs 5600 for that I bought gold membership separately....

                          I am from Andhra Pradesh. I have mentioned my address clearly. While mentioning the address i mentioned clearly with pin code and place, but state was shown as karnataka. i had shown to lenskart store near by me they said that this will not be problem mention pincode and phone number. i had mentioned clear address. but i got message like " delivery attempt is failed" i tried to contact with lenskart store but they are not responding.

                            Ordered single vision lens online on 14 January 2022 with lenskart online. Delivery was on 19th January But product not received. I requested them to Deliver the order as early as possible but Each time I contact, different cc attends and asks to wait for 24hrs as order not synced. Almost waited for more than 6 days. I am contacting them daily, but same response every time. I request lenskart to please deliver my product ASAP.

                              This order was supposed to be received by 18th Jan 2022. During the time of placing this order, I had made it very clear that I should receive the order within the time limit specified by Lenskart which was 18-Jan-2022 as I'll be flying out to the US on 19-Jan-2022.

                              I didn't get any updates from Lenskart nor did the status on the website change to notify me that the order won't be received by the promised date. Only after making a call on 19-Jan-2022 to Lenskart, I was notified that the order has not been processed yet and the agent promised to get this order in 24-48 hrs for which he'll make a special request. This is special request is absolutely useless to me as I won't get the glasses.

                              My request to Lenskart is that this order should be shipped to me to the USA as this is a mistake on Lenskart's end.

                                Hello, i had bought 2 frames from Lenskart Patna under the lenskart gold scheme. (ORDER ID: [protected]) While one fit perfectly the other (PID : 131272, item no.[protected] had a technical issue due to which I couldn’t wear it. I got it checked from the store and had complained about it within the warranty period itself. However, the store person kept my frame for a long period of time and returned it to me after a month without correcting my issue and even went to the extent of saying that i had addressed my issue after a period of one year which is incorrect as i later showed him the receipt which clearly stated that that wasnt the case. Now, the issue’s still not dealt with and it’s really terrible on the store’s part as even after several attempts they too understood that there was a manufacturing defect which could be not be corrected. I demand that my frame be changed at the earliest as it’s causing me a lot of difficulty. I had to make several rounds to the store and it’s been an inconvenient journey.
