Lenskart — Late delivery of glasses since the order.

I had ordered glasses from lenskart store at city centre, guwahati since the 18th July 2023 but I'm yet to recieve all the two frames. I had received one frame on the 31st july and the other frame is still pending for dispatch. I tried reaching the store through the customer support but i did not have a chance to even register my enquiry. I also chatted via watsapp to customer support and had for requested for urgent delivery in which reply was that my order will be delivered by 24th July 2023 even though it is already the 3rd August today which is more than 15 days since the order date. I have also track my order in which status is order created and yet to change it's status to preparing for dispatch. Since, I am dependent on eye glasses for work and for my daily activities and since i don't have spare glasses it really becomes difficult for me. Please do the needful *ASAP*.
