Suffered because of irresponsible staff of Lens kart Indirapuram Habitat Center, also misleaded to customer

I being regular customer from past 3-4 years for sunglasses/computer zero power blue cut for me & my family members. Last year because of covid and continues work from home for long hrs, when I too had eye check-up, Dr suggested to use multifocal lenses as long hrs exposure to screen. So now I also started for first time power lenses. I bought power lense + blue cut glass & frames worth Rs 5600 for that I bought gold membership separately....

Invoice related complaint

Wrong Power of Glasses received, Refund not being provided

We ordered 4 pairs of glasses in November 1st 2021. They had both spherical, cylindrical powers and was progressive. Order placed in Lenskart Store Durgapur. Upon receiving the glasses we found out that the power was wrong, The store suggested we apply for exchange to get it corrected. We exchanged the glasses twice. All three times the powers were wrong for all 4 of them. We raised a complaint with the store team that we need a refund since...

We visited 3 branches of Lenskart, 1st one in Kolathur 2nd in Shanthi colony & 3rd is Kolathur again.
Buy 1 Get 1 for gold membership (whtas the use)
For my mom the Eye check up was done in Kolathur Lenskart for the power & frame was also choosen.
They asked us to select another frame, since kids size wasn't available we went to Shanthi colony branch. Size wasn't available that's fine & understandable.

Contact lenses - Incorrect power - Order Id - 1252359915

I have ordered contact lenses from Lenskart and the cylindrical value has not been added. Only the spherical value has been added due to which my vision is blur and cannot see crystal clear. I had uploaded a prescription for this order and had the power confirmed with your customer care right after I placed the order. Regarding eye glasses insurance

I have ordered two eye glasses from lens kart store Pheionx mall Bangalore on 22 feb 2021 with order of - [protected], with insurance of Rs99 from Bajaj ..after receiving product I found product was not good then immediately I placed order for exchange of product, after few days I have received new product and I was under impression insurance which I had taken for old product will also be transferred to new one because I have paid the money...

No warranty claim

Hi, I recently purchased the specs from Lenskart august.I opted for the premium bifocal Lens which has 1 year warranty and in the selection page they are claiming it to be scratch, crack resistant lens.
But lens got a crack while playing . Lenskart is not helping with the issue. They said this doesn't come under any warranty.
If so, the do they mention it as crack resistant in the lens selection page. And it is not crack resistant...

Misbehavior by t salesman

Today I visited the lens kart showroom located at 3b2 Mohali...wanted to buy a computer glass for my husband...and asked for an assistance in choosing not received a response even after waiting for 15 mins...then also asked that we want to go for eye test so as to be precise as we wanted to avail the one on one free offer...the salesboy did not tell us that we need to book an appointment and we kept sitting in the store for atleast 10-15...

Regarding Anti-Scratch Lie of Lenskart

I had bought a glass (with blue cut lens) and it has many visible scratches. I was going through Lenskart website regarding their warranty cover for it. I found that they are not providing warranty for the same. My question is, If you don't cover this in the warranty than why you provide it as a feature of any Article?
P.S I am looking for alternatives, You guys fooled me......

I ordered eyeglasses from lenskart on 10 August 2021 for Rs. 420. The product I received had problem with the itsu frame so I returned it purchased a replacement by paying Rs.112 extra, Total Rs.532. The replacement product which I received was different from the one I ordered. So I requested for return on 2nd sept, the return was done on 3rd sept at 9am. Pure scammers - fake brand

I have ordered 2 glasses from Lenskart. Tbh the executive from Lenskart keep on calling & texting me always and trying to push me to order from them, they’ll literally irritate you and insist you to buy from them anyway. Regarding refund

I bought glasses from lenskart on 2nd September from lenskart. Order id:[protected] from lenskart store of Rs 4032.
The shopkeeper messed up the whole thing. The address, the power, everything was incorrect though I told him to check thrice. That order was cancelled and I opted for refund. I got cashfree link on 7th September (one of Rs 2520 and the other one of Rs 1512).
I gave my UPI details n got the refund of Rs 2520. But...

Rude employees at lenskart store

I wanna replace/repair my Eyeglasses
