Refund rejected

I bought eyeglasses on may 2nd from lenskart and went to the store on may 6ht statung the fit of one glasses is not good and i want an exchange or refund they said it cannot be done as I have high power then I made a refund request from the app today as Iam getting pimples on my cheeks as the frame falls onto it . But they rejected my refund...

I recently buy a pair of eyeglasses from your showroom in kerala Kozhikode on jan 27. In that time they told both lens are scratch resistant and dust resistant. After few months there are scratches lens. I am glad that your team as give warrenty exchange on the product.and scheduled a pickup (return ) on today.the delivery boy came and pickup was successfull.
Now I have a issue with exchange order....

I'm a Lenskart Gold Member. I would like to make a complaint for Discrimination, Abuse and Harassment incident at the Lenskart Store that happened with my family at following Lenskart store.

We reached the store around 11am and the only employee there was Bharat who informed us that there is no eye checking person until noon...

Warranty and unprofessional conduct

The frame that i bought in Jan 2023, cracked for no reason. There's no physical damage that has been done to the frame. When i visited the store and asked them to exchange it. As it comes under warranty they instead of looking for an exchange straight away asked us to buy new pair of glasses. I am a gold member and the sales person didn't even bothered to login my ID and look for the prescription....

Invoice is not Correct. no resolution from customer care

Claim Rejected

I have purchase 2 Glassed from the Lenskart, bopal ahmedabad and also make the payment of the insurance approve 8 to 10 month back.

Few days ago some problem in 1 glasses so went to lenskart bopal ahmedabad and they resolved within week.

Again 2 days back same problem comes and i went again to the shop now they told me now this will not resolved and should be go in claim side so they requested for the claim.br...

Eye wear delivery issue

Product complaint

Refund is not initiated yet

I ordered a product from Lenskart online, and there was a fitting issue. So, I choose the option of returning via the offline store of lenskart. Lenskart store assured me that I would get a refund and the form regarding the refund will be sent to me.

But it has been a month and I haven't received a form. On visiting the store, the person denies that they have received the product and asked me to connect with Lenskart support....

Lenses are not fitted properly to the frames.

I stay in Andheri Mumbai. I went to the lenskart physical store on 28th May in colaba and placed order for two spectacles wherein i chose two frames and asked for the lenses costing 2700/- after proper checkup. And, I was assured that the spectacles will be delivered within 3 days to your home with proper fitting.
The spectacles got delivered on the 2nd day that was yesterday but the fitting of the lenses to the right side of frame...

I paid twice due to network issue
