[Resolved] Lenskart — Lens power change | |
I have ordered 2 john jacobs specs from lenskart, I correctly add the 2 power, after nigh i just check the order the power they mention in the specs is wrong and it changed, at night i can't contact customer care then morning i contact them, they says the product is shipped they can't do anything, after says they will recall the product and wait for 6 days, actually i don't have time, it makes irresponsibility form your side, even they don't call me for power conformation, 24hr before i contact them to cancel for reorder I need to order the specs urgently so i need the lk cash, one of your representative says they will transfer the lk cash before 24 hr for reorder please make sure ASAP Please kindly help me ORDER ID: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
