Instead of fixing the half rim glasses nylon thread, the store is suggested me to buy new glasses. How come the store forgot to make service a priority than sales. very pathetic behaviour by the store in charge.

    I Bought a computer glass from lenskart dated on 10/03/2021
    Abhishek was the eye wear expert direct me for the purchase as a lenskark representative.
    after several discussion i bought a computer glass with order ID [protected].
    Then I payed particular amount through online.
    4 days later the product received (14/10/2021)
    After received I realize the trap behind marketing, they were added golden membership card without my Knowledge.

    I didn't expect from lenskart.
    It is non recommendable purchaser

      I had purchased two progressives glasses under gold membership of buy one get one free. I was told it has blue block. I was not satisfied and exchanged the glasses with one for far vision and one for near. I was asked to change one of my selection of frames by the Lenskart executive who gave a technical reason for the same. However, I was not happy with the clarity of lens and returned both to Lenskart but I haven’t got the money back. The frame which I was asked to choose by the Lenskart executive does not come under refund. On contacting the customer care, I was assured of prompt refunds for both the glasses but haven’t got it yet. I almost write daily to Lenskart and call them but to no avail. My ticket number is 12526493

      Lenskart has still not resolved the issue. They keep on calling me saying that they need 24 hours to look into the matter which has been happening since I lodged the complaint. Now they do not even acknowledge the receipt of the 2nd glass that i have returned though i have given all the proofs that I had of the link sent for refund ( which of course did not work) after they received the 2nd pair. It is very frustrating to have lost the money as well as the glasses.

        I order 2 spectacles on 23rd april i have already done the payment on 23rd at 3pm..its been almost 48 hours still it shows payment is pending. and i just check the bank they said amount got debited...i contacted to lenskart support system still the issue is not solved yet!

            Lens power change

            I have ordered 2 john jacobs specs from lenskart, I correctly add the 2 power, after nigh i just check the order the power they mention in the specs is wrong and it changed, at night i can't contact customer care then morning i contact them, they says the product is shipped they can't do anything, after says they will recall the product and wait for 6 days, actually i don't have time, it makes irresponsibility form your side, even they don't...

            John Jacob Frames

            I had purchased 2 specs of John Jacob from M2K rohini from - Dheeraj [protected]. After sometime accidentally sticks of one frame was damaged. Rohini Store Staff was totally rude & said we don't repair the frame and can't do anything. I have to go to local shop for repairing. But sorry to say I had purchased a Branded Comfortable frame now it become local & totally uncomfortable. Attached photos of Original & Changed stick Frame.

            I have purchased a Air LA glasses with frame from lenskart online worth 2500₹ in Jan 3.within weeks frame started to get loosen, one of that frame broken.they have mentioned that frame will always maitain its shape but it is loosing its shape while using and they have mentioned it is highly flexibile and durable all this are false promises cheating conaumer

              During Home visit, the technician gave only spherical power and said the cylindrical number does not matter. trusting got the progressive and distant vision package and got gold membership activated without asking .After receiving the single vision started facing issues and got replaced but not to satisfaction so got the number checked from a Eye doctor and to my surprise the power difference was there which was causing issues . Got single vision power corrected and need the progressive spectacles also changed to the doctors prescribed power which is much lesser than lenskart tested power and also with the cylindrical power with axis

                This is regarding my order Number ; [protected]. I had picked a frame from store along with glasses, however the final product is very very loose and gets bended very easily causing harm to the eyes. I would request you to exchange this product with better services.

                  I ordered 2 glasses from Lenskart yesterday in a sale where I was able to order them for 0 rupees.The orders also got confirmed yesterday and were preparing for dispatch but today I got message that my order have been cancelled by lenskart..When I tried to contact the customer care they gave a silly reason that all this happened due to technical issue please order again..I would request lenskart to either process my orders or to provide me with vouchers via which I can order the same glasses again.As I put so much efforts in ordering the products, if you accepted the orders at first place then you should also deliver the product on time.

                    I had bought 2 pair of lenses from Lenskart in December with order ID [protected], intially i did not notice anything but when i started feeling uncomfortable wearing and get headache i noticed that the lenses are of different thickness. I checked my old lenses and they were of same thinckness, When i went and checked with Lenskart shop where i purchased they were casual and and said it is due to different power that it is of different thickness. I raised online complaint, but they just close the ticket saying the same reason and asking me to order new lenses. They have said that they provide 1 year warranty on lenses but i don't understand on what they are giving warranty. Really Pathetic service from lenskart. Please intervene and provide a solution.

                    The replacement lenses provided also was with different thickness, now with left lens being thicker whereas in the complaint i mentioned the issue with right eye lens.

                      I ordered 1 on 1 specs under gold membership on 25th match. Order delivery date was on 29th march and i have given my home address for delivery as i am not there at lenskart shop location. Lenskart executive placed my order in front of me by giving home address but my both specs delivered at lenskart store on 2nd april. Since then i am calling everyday at lenskart store to deliver my specs at my hone location but first they lied that delivery boy has picked up your order on 4th april so i asked for tracking id and delivery boy number but they told that delivery boy’s phone number is off they will give me on next day. I called again but they said the same thing. I am calling daily twice a day and they are lying and yesterday they said specs are yet at store.
                      Pathetic service by lenskart, they don’t even know how to manage the customer service. I will not going to use lenskart after this pathetic service and never recommend any of my family, friends to use lenskart.

                            Very unprofessional and casual approach from Lenskart representatives. I had ordered 4 pairs of glasses on 3rd March. 2 for myself and 2 for my mom who is a senior citizen. The order was delivered on time. My glasses seem to be OK. However my mom complained that there was something amiss with the glasses. Since the representative who had visited Mr. Gaurav Sinha had prescribed that her power had increased, I asked her to try the glasses for some more time to adjust. The same problem persisted and on Tuesday she complained of throbbing pain in her right eye. Mr. Gaurav Sinha had called me up after delivery to give him a good rating on customer feedback, which I did, and had told me that he would be the 1st point of contact if there were any issues. I informed him, and he said he would turn up yesterday in the evening. No phone call nothing, he just doesn't turn up. My mom had severe pain and had to be given ice pack for relief. Mr. Gaurav Sinha said he would come 18th March morning. Which again he did not. I had luckily whatsapped on the feedback number and booked an appointment. Mr. Tubai Maity came today and tried to convince that nothing was wrong and all was hunky dory. However maybe seeing a senior citizen he decided to go a step further and took the glasses to the warehouse for checking. He returned after a week. and one glass seemed to be fine. the glass had been changed. however with one frame, the problem persisted. they took it back and after 2 weeks came back today on 5th April with the same frame. My mom could understand the moment she wore it that the glass had not been changed. such poor service from Lenskart, when i had payed them in advance.

                              Placed order and got confirmed on 23rd March 21. It was supposed to be delivered by 27th March 21. Delayed due to unknown reasons till 31st March 21. Now further delayed till 09th April 21 and again due to unknown reasons.
                              No proper response from support team as tried contacting them multiple times over chat as well as phone.
                              Pathetic service from lenskart. Highly disappointed. If some shame left, kindly process the order asap and update about the same.

                                Frame broken

                                Bought this john jacobs frame from lenskart 17 days ago and now they’re saying it’s non repairable and trying to sell me new eyeglasses. So i buy one frame it break in few days and you want me to invest again by trusting you guys? Really have a good refund/exchange policy and atleast repair frames if they break in time span of 6 months...
