[Resolved]  Lenskart — lens power issue

Today on 1-1/2020, i visited lv prasad eye institute for regular eye check-up. There upon diagnosis, doctor said that left eye glass has incorrect power than what is there in the prescription. It has sph -1.00 and axis 160, but the glass has sph:+0.50 and axis 75. To my shock when doctor asked me to see only with my left see, i can't see anything. This is complete blunder my lenskart. Soon after i went to lenskart shop where i ordered my spectacles, they said we can't do anything now as it is almost an year.

To my surprise i have following questions:
1) i have given prescription and paid amount for it, why you guys have done it wrong???
2) i am not demanding anything extra, i am asking you to do the correct thing for which i paid an amount.
3) i can't catch any difference when i see with both eyes, i came to know the issue when i consulted doctor again.

Because of the wrong doing from your end, my power has increased and you are saying we can't do anything now. It is like falling into trouble by paying money.
