Hello. I had ordered for a pair of contact lens from flipkart. After placing the order and waiting for about a week. Now the status is marked as stocked out. Like seriously. Whats this. You people are so irresponsible about this.

You people will seriously lose your customers if it goes on this way. How long do you want us to wait. It's better to order it through flipkart or other online websites.

I am based in uae and for very first time i opted to purchase frames online and chose lenskart for the way they have projected themselves as a reputable company with good value for money products.

item stocked out after confirmation

I placed an order on Lenskart. My order was confirmed and after 2-3 hours they mentioned it as "Stocked Out". What sense does it make. It means you make the product out of stock after confirming it and getting the payment. If stocking out means something else then you should clearing mention it on the Website. If it means what the actual meaning of "stocked out" is, then Lenskart is just messing with us.

On 30 june, 2019 from lenskart outlet in elante chandigarh, the staff told me that the lens are scratch proof, but now i found that it was not true, my lens have scratches on it, so now what should i do? & there is 6 months warranty for scratches, so now what should i do? bad quality product

I bought lenskart's brand frame (Vincent chase) from its air flex range with blucut powered glasses.

The pictures shown on the product shows as if it can be twisted in any sense and it is very flexible and light frame.

But the frame's material is really stiff and broke on its on while wearing normally in sitting position in around 6 months.

old & delicate product

It is not even 1 week of time of receiving my order from Lenskart. The specs are very old and delicate. Also there are lot of scratches on them. The staff has clearly told me that it's unbreakable but its broken.
Not happy with service as well, still the status of my order is not updated in my account, showing as processing.

delayed delivery of my spectacles

I have ordered two spectacles from lens kart. They supposed to be delivered by 12 September 2019. But tracking is showing that my order is not even started processing stage. I have my upsc mains exams soon. How I supposed to give it with my old lower power spectacles? When I contacted the customer care services they are not even giving me dead line for delivery. They are saying it can take any number of days. Even 10 days more might be possible....

I have purchased 2 blue coat glass with frame from lenskart lawrence road, amritsar showroom in may. It within 2 month, one of that frame broken. Against manufacturing defect. Manjoor is sales person he also tell me 1 year full warranty. Becoz we buy flex series frame.
Now that time of breakage he didnt reponse.

I am a frequent user of Lenskart but last year i faced issue with quality of vision so i ordered fresh Order ID:[protected] I was assured before placing the order that if anything wrong happens this time I will be getting resolution and that their coating and other quality been improved but to my surprise one of my two placed spectacles one gave me vision problems within an year (placed in July 2018) and as per the policy of one year warranty...
