I had given my specs to change the glass/lens. It was told that i will get it in 3 to 4 days. Now 8 days passed i have not got my specs. They don't even bother to call and tell what is the status of the delivery. And when we try to contact the store first of all the have network issues they just keep saying hello hello and hello after that when you tell them the problem they will say we will get back to you in 2 mins and their 2 mins never come. This happened twice. They should understand people don't wear specs for show off they have some health issues that's why they spend so much money and buy the specs. Past 8 days i am having severe headache because of that. When we discuss this with the store people they say we can't do anything if you want to complain about us you can go ahead. Is this the response we get.

    Dear sir/madam,

    On 10th december, when i was visiting your store in rajkot, i ordered two pairs of spectacles after speaking with your manager at your store in mumbai airport who assured me that they would be delivered to me at the international terminal on the morning of the 16th december. We received confirmation that the order was completed on 14th december but when i telephoned your store several times between 7am and 8am on 16th december, your staff member had been asleep and i woke him. He insisted that no order had been placed which was untrue but i had to return to the uk without my glasses. My relatives now tell me that you want to charge me courier fees for your mistake which is unnacceptable.

      It is just a worst experience with lenskart that they just sell the product and doesn’t want to resolve the problem, if any customer is facing for around 3 months.
      I have been escalating the same over phone and on email but in vain. They just reply a copy & paste mail, that’s it. They are just not willing to resolve my issue, but dragging.
      Again, i am writing about my problem which is still pending to be resolved for 90 days.
      The frame they have provided is not large as required for my face and due to the tight fitting, it is digging into my skull and leaving pressure marks both the sides of my head. These marks are getting deeper and darker day by day. I have share the photos as per their request on 28.11.2019 but they just don’t care.

      PROBLEM IS STILL UNRESOLVED
      Order ID:[protected] - Matte Black Blue Full Rim Rectangle Large (Size-56) Vincent Chase Air Classic VC E11965 -C2 Eyeglasses, Product Id: 132691
      Lenskart is just ignoring the issue of physical damage done by the wrong frame provided. I am wearing it for more than 3 months and now they are pressurizing me to take a refund for the frame which is not fitting on my face saying that they are not having the appropriate frame for me. As per their instruction, I have already given the product ID selected from their product list which is still available on their website and the mobile app as well.
      As per their terms & conditions (20) RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
      The refund, return or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product/s in the condition as mentioned above.
      As stated You could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a voucher. If this is not applicable, You could exchange the purchased product for a different product of the same value or higher value. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value.
      They are not even ready to discuss the damage done by the wrong frame I am still wearing for the last 3 and a half months. Every day they send an mail which is almost a copy and paste of their previous mail. This is how they are dealing with customers.

        Ordered a bifocal glass on 3rd dec 2019. Payment completed on the same day. They assured delivery on 15th dec. After 15th contacted to the support team. The person who attended the case, apologized and assured priority delivery on or before 20th dec. Even after 20th they didn't do anything on it. Again when i approached the support team, they repeated the usual apology. Then they cancelled the order and asked me to wait another 10-15 days for the refund. I felt it very bad. Their approach was very rude and careless. Hate lenskart

          Hi,

          I visited lenskart store at mg road on 17th november along with my parents. To get eyes checked and get shades for them and spectacles for me.

          1. First we chose our frames and waited for eye test. The representatives were unprofessional and were laughing with each other, i get it that there might be something very funny but there is nothing so funny that you compromise with your customers that too when parents are present.

          2. After almost half hour of wait my mother was called for eye test. She went and waited at the door again. There was no management of first come first serve basis.

          3.in the meantime, one representative came to me and said the frames you selected are not on the offer that your are expecting. I asked her i picked from the section where the offer is valid. She said the frames got jumbled.
          I was amused, because i almost spent half hour to select the frame, just to end up choosing one more again?
          If the frames are jumbled then isn't it there responsibility to keep frames at there right place. If they were doing there job properly then this wouldn't have happened.

          4. I placed 2 orders.
          One pair of spectacles and one pair of shades.
          First they asked me if i want the receipt (Is this a question to be asked)?
          I said yes i want. They then went and printed my receipt, i checked they printed the receipt fir same order twice.
          I notified them. But at the same time power cut happened.
          She said you will have to wait for some more time. I left the store when she convinced me that i will get receipts for both orders on mail.

          5. I never got receipt for my second order. Even on dashboard i could see only one.
          I reported this issue to lenskart customer servivce on 23rd nov. They said some problem with site is there and you will see it shortly.

          6. Today i again contacted the customer help.
          What i get from his is. Please go to store.
          Why the hell would i go to store if the order is not ready.

          My only concern here is give me refund.
          I don't want my order.

          Its been more than one month and all they are saying is sorry sorry sorry.

          They are cheaters and liers.

            Proper lens/spectacles not provided for more than 11days inspire of taking complete payment by lenskart. They had sent specs which blurred my vision. I cud not read anything with the specs they sent to me and inspite of complaints they hv not yet rectified the lapse. They had taken away the faulty spectacles on the 17/12/2019 with a promise of returning, without fail, proper spectacles next day (18/12/2019) but they sent the same lense/specs thru their rep dilshad. When i contacted them today (19/12/2019) i got a reply that they will replace the faulty lens with the right ones and it could take another 4 to 5 working days. It's not acceptable as i am facing tremendous inconvinienced due to their mistakes.

              I have purchased sunglasses and power glasses from lenskart pune. I picked up sunglasses from the store. Power glasses was delivered at ujjain. When i received the glasses they were very loose. I vist the store and ask them to repair them but they told me to replace it. And from that day i didnt get the specs when i called store they talk very rudely. Mr. Sangram and mr. Subham are very rude in talking. Mr. Anil helped me but still i didnt received the specs

                I had ordered a pair of sunglasses (John jacobs jj tints s 12636) on 10.11.2019 vide order no. [protected] for an amount of rs. 6, 000 which was paid by me through debit card at the lenskart store, hudson lane, new delhi. I was informed orally and the invoice also indicated that the estimated delivery date would be 17.11.2019.
                It's been over one month however i still haven't received the ordered product despite the fact that i have visited the store on 4 occasions. The first time when i went to pick up the product, the frame of the sunglasses was of a different colour from what i had ordered. The second time when i went to pick up the sunglasses it was a defective frame and i was told they would replace the same and remedy the situation. However, to my utter dismay, even the third time when i went to pick up the product, they gave me the same defective frame and when i indicated that this is the same defective frame that i was offered the last time as well, i was informed that this is the last frame that they have of this model which they never informed over the phone or email or message. I had already brought all this to the notice of lenskart when i gave feedback on the lenskart website. However, i have received no response from them either.in view of the above it can safely be concluded that lenskart has engaged in unfair trade practices, there has been deficiency in services rendered by it. I seek refund of the entire amount along with damages of rs. 10, 000 for the harassment and mental agony suffered by me, failing which, i shall be constrained to initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the officials of lenskart.

                  I've given my spectacles for repair at lenskart store gtb nagar. Later i've been informed that my spectacles can't be repaired. And when i went to collect it, the screw part that attaches the lens frame to the side frame has been found broken. When i was inquiring regarding, if the warranty will be applicable to it or not, i didn't even get a proper response moreover the lady at the desk was rude and replied angrily. After buying spectacles worth thousands of rupees can't we get proper reply regarding our queries.

                    My order was for my daughter for 1 fresh pair of specs and another for change of lens in existing frame at your Amboli Shop ar Andheri West, Mumbai. Having received the message from lenskart, I picked up the fresh pair of specs a couple of days back and as already decided with the shop guys, I kept the existing frame with the shop for the change in lens, since the pair of fresh lens had supposedly arrived with the fresh specs as per the message received from lenskart and it was just a matter of fixing the fresh lens lens in the frame. The existing lens had scratches on it and it was difficult to see properly. Today, I went to the shop to collect the same from the shop. After waiting for 10-15 mins the store guy came out with the specs, checked it and handed me the frame with the lens in a box. Trusting the guys and since my daughter was not with me, I simply took the box and went home. Having reached home, my daughter tried the specs on and it occurred that the lens still had scratches on it and it was never changed with a fresh one. I am at a loss of works since I trusted your brand name completely. Feeling cheated and angry that i trusted you and didn't check the specs in the store itself. I hope you understand what has happened here. I have already paid for a product in advance and not received the product. This is called cheating. I demand an immediate explanation on this at the earliest from you.

                        Around last week of october i booked an appointmnet from lenksrat for eye check and i found out my number had increased. The person gave me a suggestive number and i made new glasses from my regular opticians.
                        I got the new spectacles and wore it for but i had no clear vision from the newly made spectacles. I went to the opticians, the person told me it's because the number is high and it will be fine within a week or so. Even after...

                          I bought the eyeglasses on lenskart on 16 sep, i have always trusted lenskart, but one of the frame broke within 2 months even when the store people said the frame are very durable, the frame build quality is worst, the lenskart store response is also not justified, as being a genuine customer, i have always trusted lenskart for the eyeglasses for me and family and this time i have been forced to rethink on my decision, the product is still under warranty.

                            Dear team

                            I had bought speticals from Your door vist team at my office and it was delivered to my home. One was fine and other was damaged reqt raised for exchange and issue started..they dint had alternate product or same product.
                            This complaint is with regards to my refund on reference id [protected]..
                            I had update wrong account number by missing one number in account number details and i called your customer care number immediately to rectify but your people told it's already showing as wrong account number..and we will be regenerate the link only after 24 hrs. But i got mail saying refund is processed.. I had also written mail to stop but it's not done. I need full clarification on the amount is send to which account and it's successful transaction report ..
                            After which i have called your tele support to rectify the issue but it not happened. Expect now atleast this will be taken care..

                              Order id number : [protected]. I was ordered on 25th nov amd received 23rd nov. Within minutes i raised tequest for return&refund. But still now they said we didn't recived product. I dont know how could they said like that, because ecom express said product already delivered to lenskart. feeling that i was pooled very badly. From oct 23rd to still now i mailed twice in a day for my refund. But they said when we recived that product. Lenskart already received product. Am i requseted here to please help me on same. I am the ias aspirant preparing now for interview. So i have lot of respect and believes of our nation constitutional bodies. and also i know our laws gives lacks of rights to the consumers which is not even provided in developed countries. It is your duty to retain my trustworthy as well as our nation. Thanking you a lot for providing these facilities to consumers.

                              They said refund initiated on[protected]. every transaction refund reflected same day or within 24 hours in my axis bank credit card. but this transaction not reflected. So i contacted my bank suports and told transaction number, bank team said refund not initiated or refund not released by the lenskart merchant. i said this to lenskart again and again saying wait for 10days. But bank promised within 24hours refund should process if merchant initiated. And also lenskart not ready to give any details like payement gateway transaction details.

                              I would like to say thanks my bank, RBI Policy and bank supports who helps me for this issue.
                              My bank take this as important issue and they will lodge equivalent amount of refund to my credit card. after completing of enquiries from the payment gateway, they will take necessary action against merchant for their refund money.

                              Anyway i would get my money from the bank!

                                Have returned my products order id-[protected] i did self returned by india post and i m having courier reciept also i returned my products on 4/10/2019 now they are not returning my money they are telling product was not delivered to me if i didn't get product so how should i did self return they are big fraud company. I want to ask with the ministry of finance why this cheater type companies are being permitted to deal on online businesses and i also want to contact with mr, peyush bansal, ceo. My complaint may be forwarded to finance ministry to take the legal action against lenskart

                                I purchased new frame with glasses. Surprisingly it broke within 4 weeks. When checked with your branch, they are not replacing and instead asking me to purchase new one. I am disappointed. Please replace the frame at the earliest.

                                  I ordered a gift card from lenskart for one of my friend for diwali and i ordered as date of delivery was showing before diwali. Then on date of delivery, i. E 25-10-19, i checked with customer care about the status and i got to know that it would take a week now to dispatch. I put my cancellation request and executive confirmed about cancellation. After 10 days i got to know that gift card delivered to my friend. Now, struggling to get a refund as they have a policy to say that gift card is non refundable but do not have anything to say about delay delivery and forcing customer to accept the order after even cancellation.

The specs were told to be unbreakable and flexible but have broken without any kind of force applied withing just six months. Both the sides just broke and it's hard to believe something which was told to be unbreakable and flexible has given way in just six months. This indicates that the quality is really poor.                                       Hi My Name is Manav Goel. Last year i have purchased 2 specs (with power) from a LENSKART Outlet in HALDWANI. My Order Reference #[protected]

                                      I was happily using one of them which works perfectly fine.

                                      But today when I opened my 2nd specs to use it I found out that "RIGHT lens is full of air bubbles in it ". (refer attached images)

                                      As LENSKART has good name in market i blindly trusted them and not checked the 2nd product as lenses were of British Optics with Authenticity Card.

                                      Hope for early resolution wrt to above issue.
