I had ordered a pair of sunglasses (John jacobs jj tints s 12636) on 10.11.2019 vide order no. [protected] for an amount of rs. 6, 000 which was paid by me through debit card at the lenskart store, hudson lane, new delhi. I was informed orally and the invoice also indicated that the estimated delivery date would be 17.11.2019.
It's been over one month however i still haven't received the ordered product despite the fact that i have visited the store on 4 occasions. The first time when i went to pick up the product, the frame of the sunglasses was of a different colour from what i had ordered. The second time when i went to pick up the sunglasses it was a defective frame and i was told they would replace the same and remedy the situation. However, to my utter dismay, even the third time when i went to pick up the product, they gave me the same defective frame and when i indicated that this is the same defective frame that i was offered the last time as well, i was informed that this is the last frame that they have of this model which they never informed over the phone or email or message. I had already brought all this to the notice of lenskart when i gave feedback on the lenskart website. However, i have received no response from them either.in view of the above it can safely be concluded that lenskart has engaged in unfair trade practices, there has been deficiency in services rendered by it. I seek refund of the entire amount along with damages of rs. 10, 000 for the harassment and mental agony suffered by me, failing which, i shall be constrained to initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the officials of lenskart.

Thanks for looking into this matter. I was particularly disappointed that your 24/7 store at Mumbai airport was unwilling to provide a service at 7am and that your staff member was asleep when we called him and refused to deliver my spectacles as had been agreed with the manager. It has given me a bad impression of your company.
