I ordered a spectacle and was told that it will be Rs.2700/- and if opt for Lenskart Gold membership paying additional Rs.600/- I will get another spectacle completely free. I asked him can i buy sunglasses if possible, he said u can buy with the same price I repeated asked if it is of the same quality and I was told yes at the price of one for additional Rs. 600/- .
As it sounded like a good offer, I choose that. Then the marketing executive said as it is progressive lens which is preferred the amount will come to Rs.5499/- which includes the Gold membership. I agreed and then he gave me more discount at the time i finalize my order. so i book cod order with amount 3338.
After receiving the spectacles they were loose so returned them and said to tight them. The sunglasses quality was not good and was too small so i exchanged that and get another sunglasses after 4-5 days with my spectacles also.
The spectacles were still loose so i visited their store in Mohali. When i visited the store then i came to know that the frame which was suggested by their executive Mr shivam from online customer care are suppose to take weight of the glass till -3 and mine number is -5.25.
So i cancel the order and send the spectacles return and ask them to refund. Initially they denied for refund. They told me that in exchange order we don't refund then i told them that my spectacles are not exchanged that were loose so i tighten them from you. So finally i receive a call from them and told me that they will initiate my refund so i asked them how much so one of their executive told me that both the refund will be around my frame purchase cost so i agreed and thought that 500-600 loose i can bear.
at the time of refund i came to know that the frame which i bought at the price of 2700 they are paying me 1331 and the other free sunglasses they are paying me 590 rs. The gold member ship is non refundable initially which was after discount 638 rs now they charged me 1417 at the time of billing the
These people have some misinformation in their billing system. If you check the bill of the each product it has same pricing and discounts.
i think a gold membership is a eyewash. please somebody has to look after it at the time of buying any products the price are high and at the time of refund they play with the price and taxes,
its not good for customers. in a simple calculation for me like customer my glasses price was 2700 and getting two at this price and the balance 638 rs is for gold member ship everybody will find it attractive but the truth is different.
So i want my full amount refund and these people are not listing and saying me again n again that gold membership is nonrefundable. how can i left me hard earned money. please i need my full refund.ni don't was gold membership because i don't think in future i will purchase anything from lenskart so i have no use of this membership.
