Lenskart — Lenskart cannot replace provide nosepad, now asking to buy a new one despite advertising free minor repairs and nose pad replacement

Bought Crystal Transparent Full Rim Geometric Model No : LA E16163, Product ID : 211430 via order number : [protected] dated: 25 Nov 2024. The frame is being used with expensive (Non lenskart) lenses for the child for study purposes. Now the nose pad is broken and store says it does not have a spare nosepad and model is out of stock. Since the warranty is out so they cannot do anything and customercare says we have to buy another glasses. They are not providing nosepad even on payment basis. Its difficult for child to study and another 5K of additional expense for another pair of spectacles, just because lenskart does not have Rs 50 spare nosepad . Their advertisements are all fake misleading and a trap for customers. Lenskart is just contributing to generation of waste plastic and making use and throw spectacles, with aim to increase their sales.
