I had ordered spectacles for my father on 13th aug 22- order no [[protected]]. It was promised that it will be delivered on 21st aug. The tracking on website also showed delivery date as 21st aug, till 21st aug.
But it wasn't delivered. Std answer on follow up was that it will be delivered within 24th to 48 hrs. I wasn't informed before 21st that my order is not going to get delivered on 21st, so that i could buy different glasses from market.
On asking for cancellation, the executive told he can hold the the order execution, but not cancel it. It means i wont' neither get the product nor my money refund. Had no option but to wait for the product to arrive.
A company dealing with a medical product delay is an harrassment to the patient who would need it urgently. My father has high power of lenses, without which he can't read or see properly and is facing difficulties. It also being a fancy product is required for special occasions.
Company shall immediately update website and such clauses and committments of delivery time and cancellation policy and compensate me for the trouble i am facing and new glasses I'll have to buy at twice the price on immediate basis from loacl market. Was this information helpful? |
