Aqualens and aqualens solution

The lens and the lens solution hurt the eyes and leads to severe eye redness, irritation and swelling. It's a very harmful product. I would like a refund for the lens purchased.

Please stay away from the product. Strongly recommend not to ever purchase these lenses or the lens solution...

Payment already debited but still showing pending

I have purchased 2 sunglasses from lenskart along with gold membership, My bank statement also reflect that payment is already made but app shows that it is till pending.

Issues with Insurance Claim as discount offered while placing the order does not reflect correctly in the invoice

Hi Lenskart Team! I would like to raise this topic again with you as I have not heard back from your support team over my emails. They keep closing my issue without a resolution.

When I purchased my glasses in the lenskart store on buy 1 get 1 offer. I was told that the pair with less amount would be free.(Pair 1 - 4500 INR, Pair 2 - 2900, and that pair 2 will be free ). I expected the same to reflect on invoice and I confirmed...

I purchased a pair of contact lens from lenskart physical store in nanganallur, Chennai on 17-Jun. I received the product and the store did not provide an invoice stating that it can be downloaded from the app, The app doesn't have an option to download invoice and i have contacted customer case for 2 times for this simple utility and they are not providing me a way forward. I had already mentioned that i need the invoice for a reimbursement...

Product returned and exchange denied for 5 days now

Purchased two glasses of 1499 and 1299
Returned two glasses, for exchange
Selected two glasses in store
Both being 1499 so paid additional 236 rupees
Exchange is not being processed from the local store because of application error.
They were not able to process the exchange for a day old purchased item.
Now its the 5th day, no exchanged product, no refund nothing as if the money is thrown in cash.br...

I prachi patil would like to inform you that I had purchased lenskart frame glasses from miraroad mumbai store on[protected] . I was informed by lenskart staff from miraroad store that frame glass is unbreakable but to my disbelief that frame glass has broken as per image attached for you reference.

I had purchased the product because I believe I would get best quality product from lenskart but I was wrong, in less than 2year...

Order not delivered till now

I ordered two sunglasses on 12th June and they told the delivery date will be 16 th June but most probably it will be 15 th June. Today is 16th June and my order has not been delivered till now and they don’t know where my order is and I want to wear that sunglasses Tomorrow...

Product incorrectness and refund delay

I would like to escalate the Order# [protected]

On June 15th, I explicitly told the chat rep, Shruti, to have the height of the glass of 29mm. She confirmed the same and then later the day I understand that the order which was being processed was for 26mm and not 29mm! Shruti was also arguing with me that the lens size can only be decreased and not increased!
There is big knowledge gap within customer service

Broken spectacles not replacing in insurance

I bought 2 specs with insurance, now Lenskart is saying only one specs can be claimed in insurance. Secondly thier insurance policies are not clear. They do not insurance T&C while sell the same.

Refund not yet completed

I ordered a return for a lenskart eyeglass of Rs.566 on 7th of June...my product was picked up on 8th of June but still the refund is not completed.In the app it always increases the last day of refund completion... previously it was 12th then it became 15th, then 16th and today 18th...I also emailed lenskart support but no response from their side either...

Air bubbles on my and my mom's spectacle glass lenses

Address:Karve Rd, pune

It has been 2-3 years since I bought a pair of glasses for me and my mom worth 12k each. I have noticed that in recent times the glass has started developing air Bubbles on the surface maybe because of green coating or whatever. Had also visited a lenskart showroom where they told that it cannot be fixed. Why would you charge such a high amount of it's the same quality as any other brand...

John jacobs eyewear

For quite few days i was having conversation as well as chat with lenscart people including senior support person named Ashida (if i am correct) regarding the wrong allignment of the glass i got. They promised me several times the solution. But till date nobody resolved the issue . I got cheated from lenscart customer service people.i need the solution and want to escalate this issue to the senior people/authorities concerned as this should...

Return/Refund

Lenskart has worst customer support and worst escalation, infact I have first time whose CEO's doesn't care of.. Otherwise every Good CEO's care for their Brand Value.

It's been days and days for my Return for the Order ID [protected] which I received absolutely different than what I ordered. I ordered Carrera 147mm and received 145mm in Cheap Vincent Chase Box.. I don't know but it seems Lenskart selling used items.
