You are playing with the eyes remember that.

One employee called and promise free eye glasses or worth of same amount in wallet. But as usual this is cheap employees company who do not worth their word.

Let me know how this should be taken to consumer court

    I recently bought my glasses from lenskart store, karol bagh delhi. First they provided me defective frames, i exchanged those frames with another frames. Then they gave me wrong power in the glasses. My test for left eye is -1.75 and they gave me -2 test. I have been suffering since last 15 days because of their negligence. I hope this helps.
    I just want my glasses to be corrected with the submitted test.

      Incorrect specs delivered and customer service no help

      Incorrect order delivered.

      I ordered 2 spectacles from Lenskart, one was delivered on 23rd aug.but it was not the one i ordered, it was of someone else. I called customer service of lenskart since 2days, everytime they take all the details, and assure call back within 24hrs but no help. I want my correct spectacles....

      Returned product on 6th August 2022. Refund initiated on 8th August. It has been 15 days, refund not credited. I was told refund failed and will be re-initiated. I have not received any re-initiation of refund UTR details. On calling they completely deny and threaten to not give refund. Dont take calls or reply to emails. They are clearly doing a fraud and not returning the money

        Product within warranty - after sale service is not provided as promised by the company.

        Order no - [protected] dated 24 May 2022 by the name of G Sakthivel, I had purchase two power spectacles for my son. Out of that one of the power glass frame got cracked and broken. And when I asked for repair or replacement for the same. The Show room representative says that the these are not under the warranty, and it can not be replaced or even for repair also.

        Purchased a 136101 Rose gold tortoise full rim from u r showroom on 02 Jan 2022
        Within 7-8 months of its use rims developed corroded marks.
        When approached to ur showroom at KHARDA STATION ROAD RAHARA Branch they said the same model is not available for replacement at u r warehouse, I have to choose another model for replacement which I refused.
        Then my question is that how the same model is available thru online?
        Is that not supplied through warehouse?
        Whatever, I request you that please make necessary arrangements so that I got a fresh spectacles at the earliest.

          Lenskart delay in delivery

          I had ordered spectacles for my father on 13th aug 22- order no [[protected]]. It was promised that it will be delivered on 21st aug. The tracking on website also showed delivery date as 21st aug, till 21st aug.
          But it wasn't delivered. Std answer on follow up was that it will be delivered within 24th to 48 hrs. I wasn't informed before 21st that my order is not going to get delivered on 21st, so that i could buy different glasses from...

          They just wrongly charge you for the gold membership

          I ordered one frame along with the power lenses. They just add the gold membership by default in the cart to fool the customers.
          I never wanted or added any membership in the card, but still got charged for it. I realised it immediately and sent an email to their customer care within 2 minutes but they refuse to refund any money for membership stating it is non- refundable even though I never added any membership to the cart by myself...

            Please note, a lady name Kalpana in lenskart store located in Orion mall was very rude and pathetic..

            Brief narration:

            I and my sister went to purchase spectacles which was 1+1.
            So we selected 2 spectacles, one thin frame and the other thick frame. She told since power is more, after adding lens to it, the thin frame might bend... So we said.. we had already bought before which was thim frame and no damage happened. So we ordered.

            Later during the pick up.. the thin frame was exactly fine and the thick frame was a little loose on the face... So when we asked, she started raising her voice by telling... I had already told u before, u said it's fine..now u got this issue and started blabbering [censored].. we tried explaining her saying, u said for the thin frame and not for the thick frame. She dint accept it and started arguing and behaving ruthless...

            We customers come to purchase, and this is the treatment we get in return.. we are not taking any product for free. We are paying and we cannot be treated like this.

            I will again mention.. kalpana, store manager at lenskart, Orion doesn't have simple ethics towards customers. She was very arrogant and has a lot of attitude.

            Please take a proper action against her so that others shall not face this kind of treatment.

              Insurance Claim

              My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM' I don't know why is it so and i am contacting the customer care but therecis no response...I had a very bad experience with lenskart, I need a solution for this problem...

              And now I think purchasing 3000 rs specs from this company is worthless......

              I ordered one frame on 4th of august from lenskart store at lulu mall Lucknow and today its 13 august and yet i have not received it .

              Tried contacting the store and customer care they both don’t know where is the order .

              Lenskart is also becoming scam these days . Taking orders which they cannot deliver .

                I have placed an order for 2 Progressive lens on July 10th. Lenskart support called me and requested for the Prescription. As it is not clear for them, they suggested to go with eye checkup at home. The optician who came home cancelled the order and placed a new order stating that the store has good frames. One of them I have chosen was not fit after the lens was added. I went on chat and have requested for an exchange. The agent cancelled the ordered and shared me an exchange link. The courier service called me (a missed call) on Jul 27, 2022 for the return and when I try reaching them there is no response or did not connect. Post which no courier has called. On Aug, 2, 2022 when the exchange product has to arrive, the automated chat informed it may be delayed but I will get. On Aug 3, 2022, the order got cancelled. Post which when I connected with the Lenskart, they informed that the courier has called and I did not pick, which is a lie as on 6th I received a message and the courier came and left without taking the return which is recorded in MyGate. I have again requested to review and check whats the issue as they may face this issue with multiple customers. They are least bothered and mentioned how to return and I have returned at the store and the store agent also mentioned that he has nothing showing up for an exchange and he again redirected me to the support..I have even not received any cashfree link as they have informed...when I have again updated that I have received an email on the exchange for Aug 2, 2022 on Aug 10, 2022, they have not replied till date. Also, when I ask for the grievances email, they denied giving and always referred to the customer support itself. I am not sure whom to contact

                I have received my refund. Anything beyond this, it is the company discretion. I only urged the company to communicate well and requesting to listen to us rather trusting the courier and work with the courier directly for any issues with delivering or receiving the returns.

                Again this is so pathetic service. Some one calls and says they will deliver the exchange which I am waiting since a month as I am getting SMS and whats app messages that the order will be delivered and now they have initiated a refund to force me to take the refund. And the refund is initiated from dealskart which looks like a suspect --- and not from lenskart...do not know why they cannot even have a team follow up for a single customer...multiple emails and multiple calls for no reason..god save customers from lenskart.

                  It's 16/08/2022 but I didn't get my ordered products till now. According to the information given by one of the Lenskart representatives Rahul Singh, one of the products is not in stock. So please cancel that and give me a refund for that product as soon as possible. The screenshots have been attached for your reference.

                  You are requested to provide a compensatory gift voucher during the product delivery as we had already discussed in previous mail. So that I can utilize that to purchase alternative eyeglasses during the product delivery time as per my professional and medical requirements. It will save time. Thanks!

                    There is a store of lenskart in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. My Vincent chase wayfarer got damaged due to manufacturing defects. I visited 1 store to repair or replace it but said they can't repair it because of some issues in the frame of wayfarer so they have mailed for the approval for the product exchange...after 2 days I got the approval and got a message that you can now exchange the product at any store or via online...I was in Hamirpur that time...ai visited the Hamirpur store... waited for around 10 minutes then the store manager Nishant came...i told him about the product and exchange approval, he asked me where have you purchased this product...so I told him that got this from the Kangra (H.P) store...then he told me to show the product and then he denied that we can't exchange this product, we only can try to repair it...I told him that I already spend 1 hour for the repair purpose in the other store but unable to repair it ...he denied that we can't exchange your product...if you want to exchange you can try another store or you can do it via online but we will not going to replace it at any cost.

                      Adarsh came on 25th July we placed the order for 2 progressive lens eye glasses. Order ID [protected]. Rs4480 was paid. After the order was delivered, we saw one of the frames were way bigger in size. So called for home visit for exchange. The same guy came on 3rd August. He had no clue that he had to check the size and place the order. I have an audio call record of him apologising about it. I asked him to check the size and then we placed the order for the exchange. He said he would place the order the same day and intimate me or update me about the same. Today the 9th of August, came to know from the customer care Ashwini that he want placed the order yet. I have a call recording of every call. Now after all of this, this agent calls me Adarsh asking if we want to place the order????? What is the meaning of this? He says that he will place the order and one OTP will come and i have to share the OTP. 1 HOUR PASSED AND NO OTP YET. what is going on with your company agents?
                      What kind of service are you providing us with?
                      Where is my exchange order?
                      Why has it not been placed even after 7 days? I will put this out on Twitter and in every social media platform with the audio recordings photo of the agent Adarsh and his phone number if this is not resolved.

                      Who takes the cognizance?
                      WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH HARASSMENT?
                      SHOULD YOU DO THE NEEDFUL AND KEEO YOUR VAULABLE CUSTOMERS OR SHOULD WE APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT?

                            The nose pads of my spectacles were damaged after the purchase of 1.5 months

                            When I visited the store and asked for the kind of nose pad i want (silicone or air chambered)
                            The employee agreed to that and took my spectacles inside a room in the store
                            And later when he came back…he just installed a very bad kind of nose pad(literally hard like a plastic) its very uncomfortable

                            When i asked him about that…he was irresponsibly saying that we do have is this kind only (plastic) and now i can’t put back the old one…its in the bin

                              Hello,

                              I had placed an order for eye glasses on 5th August 2022 (Order no. [[protected]][[protected]]) and was supposed to get another frame free. Accordingly I was charged 4832.82 and 5600 for one frame (With lens) and the other one (With lens) was free. But when they sent the invoice, they have split the bill amount into two and charged for both the frames. This shows that I have paid 2240 for one frame and 2240 for another frame and Insurance 352.82
                              So basically they are hiding the price of one frame under the other frame initially and this complete idea of getting the other one is #. According to invoice I have paid for both the lenses and none of the frame is free.
                              Kindly take appropriate actions for such Problems I need only one Bill not the split one
