I have placed an order for 2 Progressive lens on July 10th. Lenskart support called me and requested for the Prescription. As it is not clear for them, they suggested to go with eye checkup at home. The optician who came home cancelled the order and placed a new order stating that the store has good frames. One of them I have chosen was not fit after the lens was added. I went on chat and have requested for an exchange. The agent cancelled the ordered and shared me an exchange link. The courier service called me (a missed call) on Jul 27, 2022 for the return and when I try reaching them there is no response or did not connect. Post which no courier has called. On Aug, 2, 2022 when the exchange product has to arrive, the automated chat informed it may be delayed but I will get. On Aug 3, 2022, the order got cancelled. Post which when I connected with the Lenskart, they informed that the courier has called and I did not pick, which is a lie as on 6th I received a message and the courier came and left without taking the return which is recorded in MyGate. I have again requested to review and check whats the issue as they may face this issue with multiple customers. They are least bothered and mentioned how to return and I have returned at the store and the store agent also mentioned that he has nothing showing up for an exchange and he again redirected me to the support..I have even not received any cashfree link as they have informed...when I have again updated that I have received an email on the exchange for Aug 2, 2022 on Aug 10, 2022, they have not replied till date. Also, when I ask for the grievances email, they denied giving and always referred to the customer support itself. I am not sure whom to contact

Complaint marked as Resolved I have received my refund. Anything beyond this, it is the company discretion. I only urged the company to communicate well and requesting to listen to us rather trusting the courier and work with the courier directly for any issues with delivering or receiving the returns.

Updated by konga70 Again this is so pathetic service. Some one calls and says they will deliver the exchange which I am waiting since a month as I am getting SMS and whats app messages that the order will be delivered and now they have initiated a refund to force me to take the refund. And the refund is initiated from dealskart which looks like a suspect --- and not from lenskart...do not know why they cannot even have a team follow up for a single customer...multiple emails and multiple calls for no reason..god save customers from lenskart.
It's 16/08/2022 but I didn't get my ordered products till now. According to the information given by one of the Lenskart representatives Rahul Singh, one of the products is not in stock. So please cancel that and give me a refund for that product as soon as possible. The screenshots have been attached for your reference.
You are requested to provide a compensatory gift voucher during the product delivery as we had already discussed in previous mail. So that I can utilize that to purchase alternative eyeglasses during the product delivery time as per my professional and medical requirements. It will save time. Thanks!
