Lenskart — Lenskart is delaying my refund since 14th may no response despite multiple follow-ups!

I placed two orders on 14th May 2025 from Lenskart:
1. Order ID: [protected] at 5:33 PM
2. Order ID: [protected] at 7:17 PM
Both were cancelled at the Lenskart store, and I was assured the refund would be credited within 12 hours.
I only received one refund, but the second refund (Order #[protected]) is still pending, despite 5+ days of continuous follow-up.
Your customer care keeps giving new dates — 42 hours, then 19th May, then 20th May — and now it's 21st May, still no refund!
This is pure harassment. I have full bank statements and complaint proof.
If this isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll move legally.
