Lenskart — Lost glass and frame

Hi team,
On dated 2nd may 2025 I lost my power glass in ksrtc bus when I am travelling back from bangalore to mysore,
Hence I reported to lenskart where they said insurance is available for my purchase but they will be not able to claim for lost.
I have purchased it paying 6000/- in nov 2024 please help me on this.
