Today I visited the lens kart showroom located at 3b2 Mohali...wanted to buy a computer glass for my husband...and asked for an assistance in choosing not received a response even after waiting for 15 mins...then also asked that we want to go for eye test so as to be precise as we wanted to avail the one on one free offer...the salesboy did not tell us that we need to book an appointment and we kept sitting in the store for atleast 10-15 mins...thne when he was booking appointment for someone else who cane after us and when asked that why he did not inform us about the same he started misbehaving with my husband and told him kis tarah k bakwaas aadmi aate hain store p...that felt very demeaning to us infront of everyone...as this was not the kind of customer service we were expecting...pathetic service by him
