I ordered specs (Frame and lens) on 12th oct 2021. Recieved a message on 13th oct 2021 that order is delivered. Have not received the order but message and status still shows delivered. Please help and resolve.

    Shahid Khan, the manager of lenskart Maninagar, Ahmedabad branch can be awarded as the worst store manager. I had given my glasses for repair and this is how it comes to me like. When I asked him about the reason of the damage he did not bother to answer me and started attending other customers. He argued that I didn't receive the otp and all, which has no co relation with how my specs are repaired. I have been buying products from lenskart since long and this is what I get in return? A poorly soldered and damaged specs! I am absolutely offended by his rude behavior and the service provided by lenskart.

    I am awaiting revert from your representative since 3 days. I am not sure how seriously you take your customers complaints and act to them. I am getting the same copy pasted message on all the platforms I have written on. Certainly you're not setting a good example.

      From my 2016 i am buying products from lenskart especially Rimless eye wear with BLUECUT poly carbonate lens package, After 2021 the quality of the lens had been compromised ( Low quality). For Rimless eye wear the lens corners should be polished and buffed, but if it is a low quality Poly carbonate lens then polish and buffing is not possible because the lens will get shatter.

      I got 8 Spectacles as replacement but not a single frame lens is polished, even though i had asked the store about this concern thing but the Store manager is replying me that now a days lens is not getting polished finish why we don't know... then i asked him to polish my eye wear in Lenskart lab he replies me that is also not possible.

      Truly lenskart is fooling the customer with a low quality lens in the show off .

      Every private Optician is saying that this is a low quality lens so the is not polishing the lens.

        I've ordered a eyewear for myself and the quality of that product is not that good and I thought it will remain the same throughout but after 14 or 18 days it got loose from the sides badly .I have not used that pair roughly as my work is to program for the whole day on the computer .
        Either I want full replacement with some other premium pair than that or a full refund for that pathetic product which cost me around 1800/-.

          I have made a return of a partial product on, 3rd oct 21 for which a refund should be made My order Id is [protected]
          The lenskart team is making fool out of me..they are saying to wait for 24-48 hours and I have waited more then that but my refund was never initiated..this app is a fraud I'm really disappointed and heartbroken..don't make fake promises if you can't make it right lenskart ..I want a necessary action to be taken against such

            I need to clarification about my today's appointment, if you're representative is not able to come at my place for check up that's not my problem. I already asked your representative that i can go near by outlet for eyes check up and your representative said that no. Our representative will come at home and check your eyes free of cost with your flexible time.

            If you're not arrange people for home visit that's no totally Customer's problem . It's totally your coordination problem. I want to compensate for this I'm ready to go to the store tomorrow and check my eyes. But I want to compensate for the inconvenience.

            One more thing is your two representative cut my call without resolve my queries. This is what I expected from your Team. Very bed experience with lenskart.

              On 3rd October I have purchased the gold membership of lenskart by considering an Advertisement by the Company stating 2 pairs of specs for 600 (only for mew exclusive gold members) and now no such option is provided by them.
              executives stating that the offer is only meant for the first order and I have purchased membership so they counted it as the first order.
              how can someone get gold membership without purchasing or they must have mentioned.

                      Claim rejected 6 time Due to the model number not available on the frame. Again 7th-time claim submitted ( I visited the store almost 15 times within 2 months) and set email to Lenskart (Naresh Sharma).

                      Thanks you please fix the issue ASAP.
                      My claim firstly approved and due delay it got closed and raised new claim request from store Karimnagar at July 4th 2022 after visiting several times to store and follow up they did provide any update till 2 weeks and after 14 days that they are saying my claim was rejected today, I want the resolution as soon as possible.

                        I have placed 2 pairs .. out of the 2 pairs, one pair is damaged ( glass is out of the frame ) . Upon asking to the store, the executive reply ( sir as you have cylindrical power so the lens will come out of the frame )
                        This Lenskart people as so much unfamiliar about the products .. (Even if you go to a local store also they give a spec with is completely in size the glass in the frame )
                        This also don’t know the Lenskart store assistant.. online assistance helped me with replacement
                        it’s my second time happen the same previous Oder no . [protected]

                        Very bad experience.. I totally won’t suggest or would recommend anyone for Lenskart

                          Im using lenskart since 2016 without gold membership and had brought buy one get one free offer glasses in Hyderabad Begumpet, but in goa 2021 Panjim outlet lenskart named Pinky forced me to buy gold membership to avail the buy one get one free offer, where I had already informed her that I have been using the lenskart since 2016 without gold membership and had brought buy one get one free offer glasses, then she told me that the policy has been changed and I have to buy the gold membership. Second thing is that I had told her that the frameless glass frame is hurting me and she promised me that they will do the customize and the second full frame which I wanted was not ordered without my knowledge.

                          This is the worst lenskart customer service I have faced where I had to spend 5000/-, which was not ordered. After giving low rating she called me recording the call and asking me that it's my fault.

                          Lenskart kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue as I'm staying in mapusa and they are forcing me to come to the store to make the adjustment of the frameless frame by bending it, which will soon or later will be in bad shape.

                            Regarding Anti-Scratch Lie of Lenskart

                            I had bought a glass (with blue cut lens) and it has many visible scratches. I was going through Lenskart website regarding their warranty cover for it. I found that they are not providing warranty for the same. My question is, If you don't cover this in the warranty than why you provide it as a feature of any Article?
                            P.S I am looking for alternatives, You guys fooled me......

                            Not giving refund

                            I ordered eyeglasses from lenskart on 10 August 2021 for Rs. 420. The product I received had problem with the itsu frame so I returned it purchased a replacement by paying Rs.112 extra, Total Rs.532. The replacement product which I received was different from the one I ordered. So I requested for return on 2nd sept, the return was done on 3rd sept at 9am. And later in the evening I received call from lenskart customer service to confirm if...

                            Pure scammers - fake brand

                            I have ordered 2 glasses from Lenskart. Tbh the executive from Lenskart keep on calling & texting me always and trying to push me to order from them, they’ll literally irritate you and insist you to buy from them anyway. I ordered 2 eyeglasses which costs me 2766/- INR. I ordered them on 13th sep and received them on 17th sep. i found that i gad received 2 empty boxes without any glasses! I immediately reached out to them asking for help...

                            Regarding refund

                            I bought glasses from lenskart on 2nd September from lenskart. Order id:[protected] from lenskart store of Rs 4032.
                            The shopkeeper messed up the whole thing. The address, the power, everything was incorrect though I told him to check thrice. That order was cancelled and I opted for refund. I got cashfree link on 7th September (one of Rs 2520 and the other one of Rs 1512).
                            I gave my UPI details n got the refund of Rs 2520. But...

                            I booked order on 4th September from Viviana lenskart. My order id is [protected]. At the time of booking they promised me to deliver order at my home address but when I call them for status of the order they told order is delivered at store. I recall them their promise they gave me for home delivery but after there is not update from store as well as from store attendee. I want my order to be delivered by tomorrow or else cancel the order and process my refund. Because it's almost 10 days there is no clue for my order.
