[Resolved]  Lenskart — My order is not yet delivered even after the delivery date

Recently i have ordered two sunglasses from lenskart using gold membership and the delivery is assigned to purple drone logistics. The delivery date mentioned is yesterday which is 29th of November. One of the product is delivered but still now the another product is not yet delivered to me. In the tracking history it is showing as "soft data uploaded" for more than 30 hours.So kindly give me a reply about what is happening with my package.
