[Resolved]  Lenskart — No after services

Address: Kota

I had bought Lenscart spectacles against order number [protected] dated 30th May 2023 at total cost of Rs. 9184, which is quoted inclusive of offered Two year Gold Membership.
Last week, frame of the spects got broken at screw connected point. I went to store in Kunadi, Kota from where I had bought it, requesting for repair or frame.
The staff at the store raised the hands, saying it cannot be done by them, I should have gone for insurance.
Most unbecoming of store was poor and rude response.
I shall recommend prospective customers not to go with Lenscart. I certainly am not.
