Thank you for your reply. We'd like to update you that our Premium Bifocal Lens only comes with a crack-resistant coating, not a crack-proof coating. Please be updated that crack resistance coating can help to prevent cracking to a certain extent. However, according to your complaint, the product was damaged while you were playing, and these types of damages are not covered under our warranty policy for manufacturing defects.
