[Resolved]  Lenskart — Not giving exchange

I ordered a specs from lenskart at 18/04/2021. The frame was not fitting well. So I went for exchange. After getting the product lenskart no giving me exchange link. I contacted customer service they told me it's not possible. Order ID is [protected]
