We purchased almost 20000/- worth of Power and Sunglass for myself and for my son on 08/10/22 from your agent at shivamogga Karnataka Branch. While booking we clearly gave all the data of Name and address for issuing an invoice. But unfortunately, they issued an invoice with the billing address and delivery address as their shop address instead of the billing address of the customer.
We have been communicating continuously from the day we purchased to correct to give fresh invoices. In view of the above still, they are not responding properly, even though arguing that when you purchase spectacle in the shop both the address will be our shop address only.
I cannot understand when you are giving the spectacle to a customer, how you can bill, the Name of a customer in the bill and the address for your shop? ( when you are giving something to a customer billing name and address should be in the name of the customer).
Secondly, the invoice was made to split. (Get one and buy one). If you are giving any gift to the customer also can you make an invoice?
Request you to kindly clarify and tell your agent to issue an invoice urgently.
This type of service is not at all acceptable to your company.
