Hi lenskart & dtdc courier partner This is bharath Order # [protected] Dtdc courier and tracking number is d71510194. As per your records Fri, 08th may 2020 10:53 hrs received at facility, banjarahills, hyderabad Ordered item is in hyderabad only from 8th may of this month today 20th till date the courier 🚴📦 team not attempted my delivery. Please speed up the delivery process i want my eyewear fast. My present glass was broken that's y i ordered. How can we go a head with my broken glass tell me till 26th may 2020 the standard delivery date tell me...? You told that 26th may 2020 is max date to deliver. But so many people are getting eyewear with in 4 to 5 days. Or else 7-14 days. But i ordered on 25 days back till. Now didn't got any update information about my order. I am not getting any calls from courier partner as well as lenskart team.in this chat they are telling you will get a call with 24hrs. Daily i am contacting but no body responding... Customer care people are listening to me but not resoving my issue Please send me the delivery as early as possible. Now no problem for delivery. Except containment zone all are green zones told by cm kcr. Lenskart whatsapp chat team is also not responding. Customer care executives are telling we will assist you shortly. But no one is assisting me regarding delivery... Not delivering my product. I want my product by tomorrow sir. Please resolve my delivery issue and make an attempt of delivery with in a couple of days... Please respond to my mail quickly... And deliver my eyewear as soon as possible take this as a priority and also take my eyewear as a priority delivery... By 1 or 2days from today... Please dtdc and lenskart its my humble request from me please deliver my order as early as possible with out fail take it as a high priority delivery item.. May 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved they called me and told that if you want me to pick up then go and pick up or else please wait the delivery will be attempted in several days..
