I ordered two spects from mahim (Mumbai) store of lenskart 0n 09/02/2019 and paid rs.15990. As usual i was told that specs will be delivered after receiving from workshop. On repeated follow up, the store was not able to deliver the satisfactory product and hence i was diverted to bandra store being a bigger one and have more varieties. Accordingly i did. But there too they were able to deliver both specs after repeated visits one in march and other in april 2019
As per the website details all products are subject to warranty for one year from the date of delivery.
Both the specs were of poor quality.in one case its glass got chirped and for other frame got broken into two pieces as it got rusted, both within a period of one year i. E. Warranty was available and accordingly on contacting their customer care, i was advised to visit the nearby store and get the products verified. Accordingly i visited their atria mall (Mumbai) store and got the product (S) verified. On getting satisfied the store manager told me to go for replacement one by one looking to avoid any inconvenience to me. Accordingly the replacement for one was delivered on 04/03/2020. The second one (Which was broken into two pieces) and is lying in store since 15/02/2020 was taken into consideration for replacement. With lot many calls and follow up some of the executives were ready but some are refusing and has created lot of confusion not only for me but for their own also. At last for second one the company is refusing to honor and saying that it is out of warranty.in the meantime the one which i got delivered on 04/03/2020 its glass again got chirped within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. This indicates the poor quality of the product supplied by the company and also disowning their own warranty conditions informing that my product is out of warranty by counting it from the date of order and not from the date of delivery. Thus company is acting against their own policy.

    I ordered a eye glass before 16 days and the promised delivery date was 27th march. Due to lockdown the delivery got delayed and after that they gave me delivery date that i'll receive the glass within 5 to 7 days but again some executive called me and told that i'll receive the glass only after lockdown.
    Finally i received on april 6 and which i received was empty parcel and again i called to customer care and complained about the same and after 2 days they placed a replacement order and they promised me that i'll receive the glass within 7 days but it's been more than 10 days i haven't received the glass and the parcel has not yet reached my destination. This shows that lenskart is very worst in their services and giving fake communications to customers. I want lenskart to cancel this order and refund the full money i have paid. I'll never receive the order if it reaches my location... I don't want anything from lenskart hereafter.

      I'm hereby requesting a refund as soon as possible due to the cheap quality of frames being sold in lenskart store, kammanahalli branch next to naturals icecream store.
      I bought 4 frames, buy one get one offer spent rs.32, 000/- out of which 3 are progressive and being a progressive lens user my line of sight shouldn't move, frames after 15 days o[censored]sage is falling of my face, it doesn't sit well on my ears at all. I'm unable to drive it keeps falling off. I cant climb the stairs when i look down it falls, as a matter of fact i cant do any work because it's constantly sliding and falling off. I've tripped and fell several times because of altered vision and frame keeps coming off. I'm suffering with this problem with all 4 of my frames due to this i'm getting severe migraine headaches whenever i'm using any one of the 4 frames instantly all thanks to lenskart for providing me with such horrible quality of frames which cant stay in its place as intended. How can a frame get loose within 15 days o[censored]sage? This shows the utterly cheap quality of frames being sold at unbelievably higher price, i'm getting the same frames on sheen for less than rs.500/-
      I went to the store regarding this issue all they had to say was use both your hand while taking off or while wearing your specks. I've been using specks even since i was a child from 2nd grade until now i. E. Approximately 30 years plus since i'm using specks i know how to handle it! I've bought frames throughout my life but never have i encountered such a problem.
      Staffs at the store tightened the screws which i thought the matter was resolved at the moment, frames got loose again within the next day, the frame which i was wearing to drive back home fell by the time i got back home! I visited the store the second time all they did was tightening the screw again which was of no use at all even the second time. The staffs are not taking this issue seriously and washing their hands off by giving careless response but when i was buying frames they were all good showing me all the frames and options i have at their store and carving a bill amounting to rs.32000/-
      I'm very disappointed with lenskart and feel robbed after spending rs.32000/- at the store i'm not able to use the frames as it's not serving the sole purpose. Is this the kind of quality and response i get from lenskart? I feel i've made the wrong choice by choosing your brand over others!
      Im hereby kindly requesting a full refund of my amount i'm not one bit satisfied with my buy failing to which i'll be forced to go to the consumer court.
      When i reviewed on play store your people gave me the wrong email address '[protected]@lenskart.com'. Is this some kind of diversion to avoid a customer's issue?
      I even spoke to customer care they were very ignorant and i wasn't heard my problem isn't solved and made me feel i've made a big mistake by choosing lenskart frames.

        My specs has damaged on and it's been date for 11 months. Now they are not ready to give replacement, saying only 25% can be paid out of full.. really very cheap service. Now customer care is telling its already 1 year completed. So we can't give replacement. On that they said they can't give.. Really poor communication

            The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered two eyeglasses from lenskart, one is with anti glare and other is with blue cut ( which is expensive one ), but lenskart send me both eye glasses with anti glare lenses, . And totally it is waste for me . And I believe that is is totally fraud as my money is totally waste. Moreover i am habitual of wearing blue cut eyeglasses, and therefore I am not able to use this one . I wrote mail to their contact center but no one is responding and it is 72 hours already . I request you to please look into that matter

              As i am here for another complaint for the same company and keep watching how they try to rip of customer and provided very poor customer services.
              Picture one show order which i ordered first with gift coupon which they gave it to me due to previous complain.
              I got txt message and app status for such a order which is in pictures 2 and 3.
              I got couple of call from marketing personal once even i open their app or go to their site to check offer.
              For my order due to corona lockdown they send me message that it will be delivered after 12 april.
              I made call and they told me cash on delivery was not available with their courier provider, so i have to order again. I argue why i have to order again. I am happy to pay online to get delivered again.
              They didn't listen ask me to reorder and when i argue than they said that product frame 132730 is not available and didn't show online stock.
              I went online again and try to check my order in app. They come up with whatsapp chat and said frame is available. Big game. Ask me to pay more. For my order they don't have frame but new order with more money they have frame available.
              Try to rip customer off. They didn't call back for me for lowest price order for delivery and online payment but new order they followed up several time.
              I need my order must deliver asap with online payment in same price rs.279.00

              I had chat with support team of lenskart and I asked one simple solution of this problem which they raise about different package of lens quality.
              My question is very simple that what will be answer if i do not select your high value lens and ask for only frame which is a same as my previous order and she said to me no because they increase price of frame.

              So over all they attract customer and now change the price of frame and asking more money.

              I attached screenshot of support team who agreed to provide same frame with glasses with same price as i order once they get frame available.

                    No steps have been taken by Lenskart to deliver our specs so far, cancellation of Gold card membership and refunding Rs.600 has not been made so far. The company is simply harassing us for a considerable period of time.

                      Hi! My name is SUSMITA. I made an order via lenskart for Rs.6720 on 01/04/2020. I made the online payment through net banking payment mode. After i made the payment, they deny that the payment was made at all. I have also submitted the receipt for proof for them. They still do not agree and keep sending me options and links to make repayment.

                        I got a message of rescheduling order dispatching but still now I get no notification about the shipping status.
                        In app it is showing order is returned or something. I have sent many mails. They called me at very odd times. They do not inform me when they are calling. Sometimes it become impossible to attens calls in odd times.

                          I have returned my spets at lenskart store at boduppal, hyderabad on 14th of march, 2020. I returned 2 spets. The lenskart employee placed a refund by taking pictures of spets and ordered for refund. I got a message to my mobile that the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days. I made payment for the spets through my bank account via debit card.
                          Haven't received the refund amount. It's been a month. The refund policy clearly mentioned that i will receive it within 3-5 business days. Have'nt received the amount of rs 1680.

                            Pls. block this company sending me sms frequently. I don't use glasses or lenses or never subscribed for it still they are sending me sms.
                            Moreover, they don't provide complain number to stop it or remove my number from their database.

                              Order id [protected] is picked up 2 days ago still my exchange order is not placed. They told me 2 days ago they are fixing the error and cannot place exchange order. I have mentioned my new chosen frame also. All frmaes are going out of stock. They are so careless and now the 21 days lockdown maybe my order would not be placed. How irresponsible they are. Not replying my mails. Call option totally unavailable.

                                I am writing to you regarding deficiency in service by lenskart, when i have failed to get redressal from resolution officer. Please refer order reference no [protected].
                                I had purchased a sunglass by redeeming toi/lenskart voucher of rs 700/.
                                The sunglass was defective. I approached lc consumer complaint. They told to send pictures of defective piece, which i did. They called me and told, yes it is defective and they will change it. They arranged return pickup. It reaches to them. Then
                                They wrote me that they are giving voucher of rs 700 which can be used for fresh purchase.
                                Since there is no sunglasses available in that cost and i do not expend more, i request them to give me sunglass of lower value for which they don't agree. Then i asked him to return the same piece which they have collected from me. For which they don't agree.
                                They want that i go for higher value of sunglasses and pay the difference. For which i am not comfortable.
                                In today's mail mr manas denied to return the product. Mail is appended below-

                                I could not understand my fault. Why a customer is i'll treated. How can lc hold my product /not return the product. It is a gross negligence from his part as well as deficiency in service in the eye of law.

                                  My name is john polex, i brought an eyeglass from your company six months before. Unfortunately on of is legs hinges screw lost. I went to your sasthamangalam shop for repairing it. While they repairing it its leg broken and they register for an exchange. Exchange no [protected] dated 7-3-2020. The salesman assures that i will receive the glass within 5 to 7 days. But it is regret to say that i haven't received the eyeglasses till now.                                     I visited to u r kind outlet in dlf shopping mall at dlf phase 1 gurgoan on 11 march 2020. My wife who wanted have new reading glasses, shortlisted some design, for the billing u r executive asked my mobile no at least 5 times this was strange anyhow without getting irritate i offered my no on each occasion. After taking my no u executive instead of free me started entertaining other young visitors who came after me. I apprised u r executive that i am getting late but not only both o[censored] r executive ignored us but they were not bothered that we r leaving u r showroom. Hats off to the attitude o[censored] r team. R u deliberately deputing down-market staff or there is lack of training or their gromming.                                       I got my product and then started using it. I was not comfortable so i exchanged it and again i was not comfortable, so they convinced me to again exchange and i did that again. They made me do this for 1 month and now when still i am not comfortable they are not refunding my money.                                       Went to Lenskart @ Good Earth City Centre, Gurgaon store and experienced a completely non- professional attitude. Was made to wait for as long as 30 mins in order to get an eye checkup done, wherein I was forced to leave the store after such ignorance from the employees who had no advice to offer inspite of a perpetual call to my problem.
