This is regarding an order I have recently .
Order Id- [protected].
I had ordered 2 specs from your store in sarjapur.
The customer care representative in sarjapur told me that there are 4 lenses and we had to choose one. We ordered the best quality and the guy in your store assured us that they were clear lenses.
On delivery we saw that they are yellow tinted lenses which is first a breach of trust from the assurance that was committed.
On revisiting the sarjapur store, we met with another guy, Mahesh who told us that we will raise some ticket for us and we will get a response in 2 days.
Its 4 days and we have pinged the guy thrice. Nothing. Not a single response.
Clearly your team at Sarjapur flagship store is clearly deficient in customer service.
Inspite of focussing on sales conversation, why don't you guys focus more on better customer service ??
Please either refund my entire amount or replace my specs with clear lenses and refund the differential amount.
