Dear Concern,

This is in reference of Purchase of Lens via order id [protected] dt 28.09 of John Jacob lens from Lenskart, worth Rs. 3150/- and after 6 month o[censored]sage only the product its flare up from joint (brazing joint of frame with screw). As per discussion with their toll free and Store (Sec V - Kolkata) The frame having it was concluded that the frame having manufacturing quality issue and same can not be repaired.
Had raised issued with Lenskart team as well their directors and CEO but still no response from their management team and no resolution has been provided.

I request you to please help in getting either replacement of product with new one with new warranty else arrange refund of invoice value worth Rs. 3150. Also i want compensation of expenditure and my per day salaries which will be wasted for followup to resolve the issue.
