[Resolved]  Lenskart — Order showing delivered but still not received

I have ordered a specs at a local store at home town so i kept the order address as my clg so it was shown it will be delivered by 12th so i got a msg like it had been delivered with no number or no call from the delivery person so how can i receive the order and i need to give them the otp to make it delivered without sharing those things how can they keep it delivered i have asked everywhere in my clg but no order was received i cant even contact the person
