[Resolved] Lenskart — Order stuck at "preparing for dispatch"

I have ordered two sunglasses on 5th may and both are supposed to delivered by 13th may. one of them is delivered and another one is "preparing for dispatch" for last 9 days, I have contacted chat support and asked for the status and a expected date for delivery but they are unable to give me one. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
