I had visited the Lenskart store at Genda Circle in Baroda, Gujarat on 6th May 2022 and booked a progressive lens glasses. My order number is Order: # [protected]. I was suggested to buy their membership for 2 years which allowed me to get another pair of extra glasses in the said amount of Rs. 6308. I paid Rs. 6308 for the two products mentioned below and I was assured a home delivery of products by 14th May:

While booking the order I had mentioned that I would be traveling out of the country by 16th May 2022 and I was assured by the store that I would receive both my glasses by 14th May 2022. I received the Vincent Chase VC 149052 soon after in 2-3 days. However, I have not received the Vincent Chase 152471.

Since past few days I had been getting sms on my registered mobile number about the product delivery happening on that particular day but I did not receive the product till date. I made several calls to Lenskart customer care and I was assured that my product was dispatched and I would soon receive it. I was getting stressed because of the delay as I wanted the glasses before leaving the country on my trip. On 14th May I got a sms that my glasses have been delivered whereas I had not got them. I panicked and called Lenskart customer care and they took down the complaint. But within an hour the complaint was closed stating that the product has been delivered. I made a call once again and asked customer care why my ticket was closed and I requested to talk to their supervisor. The supervisor told me that they will have to conduct an investigation as their delivery partner claims to have delivered the product (all this without any proof of receipt or signature from the customer). The supervisor said that he needed time to conduct the investigation of 3 working days. I demanded for a refund or a quick delivery of my product as I was leaving for my trip and could not wait for 3 days. But he told me that it was not possible before the investigation. However, today even before the investigation has begun the supervisor has closed my complaint without any further clarifications.

This whole transaction has caused me a lot of stress due to constant follow up, loss of money, and trust in a leading brand that is cheating its customers along with its delivery partner.

    Order stuck at "preparing for dispatch"

    I have ordered two sunglasses on 5th may and both are supposed to delivered by 13th may. one of them is delivered and another one is "preparing for dispatch" for last 9 days, I have contacted chat support and asked for the status and a expected date for delivery but they are unable to give me one....

    I had recently purchased glasses from lenskart. The frame looked very thin and prone to damage but I was talked into buying that by the salesman. Now the frame is crooked after simple usage. Kindly get it repaired.

      I will exchange my order... On 17th April bt still not recived nd custumer support asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs... After 24 or 48 no responce frm support if i will cll to support same thing i was listening plzz gave us time 24 to 48 hrs... I am totaly harash nd fedup with lenskart service.. This was my first order bt i dnt thnk i revel lenskart service again... I am connected with all type with the cst support via internet chat, mail, whts aap here nd there no satisfied responce...

        I had purchased a pair of spectacles from your Janakpuri District Centre, New Delhi shop a few months back. Just yesterday its connector to the bridge of the nose broke. Since its a frame less spects, so I had sent them for repair/replacement of the the centre piece that connects the two lenses. Firstly I was told the engineer will come at 13:00, come again and show. Then the so called 'Engineer' who is just a technician who has nothing to do with Engineering, tells me that it is not repairable. Fair enough, I ask him to replace the centre part. To this he tells me, its not possible since Lenscart does not provide parts of the frame. I should go for a new frame, which is one plus one free!. I dont want a new frame, forget about wanting two frames! He is insisting that there is no other solution, and I have to pay 1600 something and but one plus one free frames. Since he is a non technical person claiming to be an engineer, I just asked him to replace this frame and give me a new one asap. To that he tells me it will take 4-5 days at least. No this is really bothersome, a person who needs to wear spectacles need to wait 4-5 days? How does he manage till then? There has to be an after sales support! If not then it is just fleecing people.

            I placed an order with Lenskart on 11.04.2022 and they promised me delivery within 7 days, I frequently checked on the app for my status it showed me delivery for 25.04.2022. When I visited store on 25.04.2022 they told me that my order was canceled due to technical issues and your money will be refunded.
            This is not I expect from such company, the eyeglasses were for my mother and she was in need of it urgently. I’d like to file a consumer complaint.

              I went to lenskart store saying that i want a durable frame. Lenskart store told me that their airflex frame is unbreakable and we also give one ear warranty on it.

              After 20 days the frame is broken and they are refusing to repair it let alone replace.
              Also why did they brand it incorrectly as unbreakable and also did not mention the terms and conditions of warranty before hand.

                Purchased eyewear from lenskart on 15 April, somehow because of some power issue the product didn't get delivered. The amount which I was paid online is Rs 2257 but now they are playing a gimme with me they sent a link that said the amount of Rs 1900 will be paid and the rest of the amount you will receive afterward. Raised an issue on lenskart as well but didn't get any response on this the order ID [protected]. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as earliest.

                  I ordered from Lenskart and have not recieved the product. The delivery agent has never even contacted me.

                  Upon raising concerns through the app, you have given me the receipt confirmation from BlueDart. But the delivery note says they delivered it to Asif. I have no clue who that is. Why are you giving the product to randoms on the road. Or have have you delivered it to the wrong address?

                  Who is responsible for this mix up? And how can it get resolved? I need my product asap.

                        I have place the specks order for my daughter which was recieved by time, however her glasses power doesn't support to her frame hence placed the return request on 30th March but yet nobody contacted me for pickup my order once I have received the call from lenskart support system although I have tried reaching them multiple time the contacted me once but still my issue is not yet resolved.
                        The registered address is my office address and I have specify it en number of time to the team but they make sure to send me msg on weekends that pick up attempt failure I have asked support team to send pick up boy in weekdays but no resolution from the team yet. Still now I have 2days holiday Saturday is my working but no response from the team.
                        Dear grivence team pls help me for my refund amount, as lenskart nither picking up the order nor they are giving me refund.Pathetic service from lenskart

                          Lens Quality is not Good

                          I had bought 6 boxes of lens from lenskart. I haven't used it for a long time, due to working from home. However, recently I started using it and I find it very uncomfortable, the lens is very blurred and eyes start watering. So i visited the Lenskart, Kasavanahalli branch on 5th April 2022, from where i bought the lens. They checked my eye power and said it is the same in the lens box and they simply asked me to wash the lens in hot water...

                          2 months since i returned a wrong delivery sent by lenskart! They say they have sent it but i have not received it. Everytime its some scripted guy saying “I am sorry for the inconvinience” but nothing seems to happen. Then they sent me an ARN number. I have checked with the bank and still nothing. 3598rs. Which i will never get to see. 6 calls, 12 people, 2months and no hope.

                            I have returned two products on lenskart and they are saying that they have received only one product and sending the courier guy daily for pickup of the same.And refund of one product which they initiated is not credited in my account even after 4 days and i have shared all the details and bank statement with them also.I want my total refund as soon as possoble.

                              Even my case I visited branch and payment done by my ICICI card but store claimed they not received money then I paid by cash for purchase. But still deducted money not received in my bank account..

                                I am dr neha. I placed an order for two specs. They noted down wrong power in the left eye and gave me the wrong one. I complained and returned both the specs for correction. They have taken it back and its been more than a week. They have not reverted nor updated me regarding the same. When i called they replied that it was out of stock whereas all they had to do was to correct the left eye power and give it back. Please help me its been 10 days.

                                  I had bought a Vincent chase sunglass from nearby sunglass store on 30th March.
                                  Anyhow, after a day or so when I tried the sunglass I found it a bit misfit for my face, and wanted to exchange, but the store did not allow it, saying it's the company policy.
                                  I really want to know the logic why a store bought Sunglass can not be exchanged within 7 days even if it's unharmed.
                                  Even in the clothing store we get some return days, even after trying the same in trial room for fit and all.
                                  I know there will be no action taken even after this complaint.
                                  Trust me, I will never buy any pair of glasses from Lenskart after this horrible experience.
