I had purchased a pair of spectacles from your Janakpuri District Centre, New Delhi shop a few months back. Just yesterday its connector to the bridge of the nose broke. Since its a frame less spects, so I had sent them for repair/replacement of the the centre piece that connects the two lenses. Firstly I was told the engineer will come at 13:00, come again and show. Then the so called 'Engineer' who is just a technician who has nothing to do with Engineering, tells me that it is not repairable. Fair enough, I ask him to replace the centre part. To this he tells me, its not possible since Lenscart does not provide parts of the frame. I should go for a new frame, which is one plus one free!. I dont want a new frame, forget about wanting two frames! He is insisting that there is no other solution, and I have to pay 1600 something and but one plus one free frames. Since he is a non technical person claiming to be an engineer, I just asked him to replace this frame and give me a new one asap. To that he tells me it will take 4-5 days at least. No this is really bothersome, a person who needs to wear spectacles need to wait 4-5 days? How does he manage till then? There has to be an after sales support! If not then it is just fleecing people.
