Dear Sir:
With refernce to my order no [protected] dated 26 sep 2022, i uploaded the prescription at the time of order.

The delivery committed was 30 september 2022.

I received a information regarding delay in delivery with message of "delay in power confirmation"

This is a matter o[censored]tter surprise to me and it is not acceptable.

KIndly arrange sheduled delivery on 30 sep 2022 .

    It’s been more than a month that you have failed to deliver my product despite of being your loyal customer since years.

    It was pathetic experience in one of your store of JM Road Pune where one of your executive has given wrong pair of lenses and despite of giving correct information the he has given me only one single lens though after complaining it was promised to me that would be providing me another pair of lenses but they fail to do so and it’s been more than 40 days now .

    Kindly initiate my refund

      It was delivered yesterday and today it was accidentally broken by me.

          Hello i had ordered glasses from a lenskart by going to their store which was done on 13sep 2022 those people gave me the date of 17sep 2022 and the product didn't deliver then gave next day 18 but that day also didn't come by doing this these people 5 The day is over and the daily dates are changing and on calling these people say thatYou will get it by 8 pm but completely disturbed, I am a medical student and I have to give FMGE exam in December and read a lot more time to give me laptop tablet pe, in that affair I read to put eye drops and I am having trouble with a lot of things I want to oppose against thembe empowered

            I had paid an amount of 2251 Rs on 12/04/22.The app is showing as the payment is pending.I contacted the customer care and each day they will say to wait for 24-48 hrs.Today is the fifth day from the payment.Yet they doesn't have a proper reply.

              This issue is regarding the employee named Mohd Saqib who works in the Kamla Nagar Banglow Road store of Lanskart New Delhi. We went to the store regarding an issue that we were facing after receiving our order. He was extremely rude to us. Taunted us. Didn't help us at all.

                My self Mahesh Kumar purchased eyeglass on 13.09.2022 against order ID [protected]. Frame quality is very poor.
                Visiblibity is also very poor while using eyeglass. Difficult to use such type of poor quality eyeglass. I want my refund.

                  I have returned my eyeglasses because frame has got rust and corrosion. Lenskart has taken back the eyeglasses. Now when I am ordering new eyeglasses, they cannot provide service where they used to provide service. Store locator is about 90 KM from my location and I need bear the travel expense(about 300-400 Rs.). Now the eyeglasses costing about 2100. They can pick up the old eyeglasses but cannot service the new eyeglasses on same location. This is pure case of Fraud

                  Lenkart updated that they have called me but the have not. They are lying.
                  Lenskar is not able to resolve my issue. Such Third class company. They must resolve my issue ASAP.
                  Last option is go to Consumer court and get the monetary and harassments compensation. I dont have any option left.

                    I exchange my frame with new frame. In new frame it gets loose in every 3 days. I received it on 28 aug and visited to store 4 time and store representative told me you have to bear this problem or else throw it.

                        After taking order - Promised Delivery date is 8th Sep 2022. Out of 2 items, only 1 item has been delivered. As the APP shows that 2nd item is also delivered to the store.

                        Executives says that it cannot be given to customer today.

                        What is the policy in lenskart, if lenskart fails to delivery the order on delivery date?

                          Had been to lenskart store, one of attender fixed my glasses[loosened frame] horribly.
                          I went and asked at store for faulty correction. They told me to buy a new pair of glasses, since they can't repair it anymore.

                            It was informed to me that after refund i will get Rs:2700. However when i processed refund i got only Rs:2072. This how Fraud works here. Due to there miss communication i went to loss now they are not agree to listen anything.

                              I returned the product and they acknowledged, but i did not get my refund and contacted them multiple times and they always say that someone will get back within 48 hours, but the problem is not resolved.

                              They are not responding me emails. I need my 5130 asap, its been more than 10 days since they collected their product. very worst customer service.

                                I have an issue with Vincent Chase Powered Glasses that I order. I got the delivery on 27th of August and it was seal opened package. When I opened the package, it was old used and bent glasses which I did not order.

                                  I had visited the virar west global city 401303 lenskart store on 17th August and there were 2 amounts that were deducted.
                                  The first amount was of 2889rs (last ss of bank statement) and 2nd of 2810rs. The store person told me the 2889 transaction hasn't gone through and no order is place so I should get my money by 3 working days which I haven't received yet.

                                  I received the eyewear costing rs 2810rs (the 2nd amount I paid).

                                  I am following up with the store guy and lenskart support team but not getting any support here.

                                  Lenskart team is just giving me fake promises about refunding the money, even after telling me that they have received extra payment.

                                  they keep asking for the proof again n again but still are not giving me my refund back.
                                  I am not getting any specific timeline regarding this issue, it's more than 2 weeks now

                                    I have been wearing specs of lenskart since one month, they suggested me while buying that my number is changed and they checked using there device and gave me new numbered lens. I used it for 10 days and reported that I'm facing headache and nausea. They said it happens wear it. Till today I wore it and my condition is getting even worse. I reported to the store, the store representative talked with me in unprofessional way and said that I'm lieing and I'm not wearing it on daily basis that's why this issue has been arised. I'm completely unhappy that lenskart is least bothered about their customer's health.

                                      Hello Concern,

                                      I am writing this mail to bring your attention to the poor service provided by your Talab Tillo, the Jammu dealer.

                                      On 8th August my aged father placed an order from your talab tillo, Jammu outlet (invoice attached).
                                      After that, he had pathetic experiences with your dealer which are specified below:-

                                      1) Your dealer called him to pick up the order from the store, he visited but as per the doctor's examination, they have put his right glass lens on the left side and left glass lens on the right side.
                                      After complaining dealer asked him to visit again.
                                      2) After 1st pathetic experience, he visited again, but he found one large scratch on his left lens. He asked to fix it but your dealer was taking it easy and forced him to take it. He denied and requested to fix it again.
                                      3)After some days he visited again and confirmed on call but this time they said by mistake your box have been taken by another person and it will take some more days to get from there.

                                      Above are the experiences, which my aged father is facing from your dealer. Being aged he is travelling 25 km from home to get his lens fixed and for the past several days, he is not able to see properly. Requested you to take immediate action on this otherwise, we have to approach customer court for this.

                                      Being a reputed company & this kind of service and behaviour is not expected from you.

                                        I went to the lenskart store located in Bhilai, Supela...
                                        They are good and talks healthy at the time of purchasing the lenskart product.. everything was good..

                                        Then one day i exchanged my glasses on warranty because it has some scratches on its most premium quality lens.. they agreed and exchanged the item on warranty.. now the item delivered in my house.. and i see that there is some changes in the lens... it was made of poor quality the weight was also increased as compared to the earlier one.. and looks very different as we taught by that shopkeeper..
                                        After one day when i went to replace that item too becoz of its quality.. they refused and the person who sold that product to me was quite and the store manager starts arguing me that we cant
                                        Do anything blah blah blah... We asked for the online order reciet on thier computer.. there is also a minor change on the name of the lens... And they starts telling lies..
