I ordered on lenskart on 15th may.

It was showing that the delivery would be done by 18th may.. but still I haven't recieved any updates.. and the lenskart executive is saying that there is no such order I'd on his system.. i was going to leave delhi on 21st and tickets had already been booked.. it's been more than 10 days now. Still no action on this, have already shifted to my hometown jamshedpur. have mailed several times and in process recieved calls from 5.different representative who have been checking into the matter.they don't call back after that and keep on closing tickets on emails
I will not suffer because of a technical issue on the end of them

Till date i have spent 30-40 k on lenskart products.apart from this also been a gold member for almost 2 yrs.highly unprofessional behaviour.

    I had purchased a Aqualens solution of 500 ml for Rs 599/-on 22/5/22,
    next day, I had to exchange it with three bottles of 120 ml of Rs 240/ each, total worth Rs 720/-. From here my trouble started. I came across of things that I have never heard of in corporate world. Vikas Puri, Delhi franchise refused to exchanged it, saying it"s not company policy to exchange or refund lens solution once sold. On my persistence that I would go to consumer court and lauch complaint against the company, he initiated a approval process with the company for exchange with id [protected]. Next day I received company message for exchange the product to any single product only ( with clause that if one exchange a product with a product of lesser vaue than bought earlier, he cannot place multiple of that product of lesser value to part the gap, multiple of that product would be counted as multiple of orders that is not allowed) nor he is eligible for any refund. Next day, When I reached the outlet, executive refused to entertain my request for exchange of bought product with multiple of lesser vaued product, nor he could refund. It was a strange experience for me, being a customer.I had not thaought of such things for a exchange in my dream even.

    I am really fedup with this company and the way of handling customer and its complaint. There is no contact details of any person (redressal) handling Indian customer issues, no corporate numbers. One has to satisfy himself with their self style customer care.

    I really appeal to people to think twice before landing at lenskart outlet for post sale services. I have really a horrible experience

    Now, I want to get my refund of my money only at any cost. I am not inetersted in any kind of exchange on company terms.

        I visited store with my girlfriend second time to book. Executives started missbehaving saying "Sir, will you book the order today or we are there for window shopping".
        For me it was prestige matter in front of my girlfriend. Though i controlled myself and started selecting frames. They were 3 executives not helping me to select right frames for me. Only standing behind me and by pointing us, they were banging and smiling among themselves, such a irritating situation for me. Then when I selected the frame and started querry about progressive lens technology as I m first time going to use the progressive.. they were again feeling disturbed to answer me. Still I controlled myself as I was with my girlfriend. Then afterwards they were taking some measurements. I was surprised by seeing the manual procedure for measurements of such a big brand like lenskart. They told me to hold a equipment by my both the hands near to my eyes and from other end one executive will see for maybe pupil distance checking, which is totally incorrect procedure or roadside procedure for measurements as holding that equipment by my hand cannot get proper measurement. It should be a proper full setup equipment where i will put my face in a stand. They didn't offered best price for being the second time placing the order. Still I placed the order and paid in full INR 5188 by upi payment as it was a prestige matter for me infront of my girlfriend. The next day I cancelled the order and requested for full refund complaining missbehaviour, they told me that complain lodged but I didn't received any complaint registered confirmation message. I contacted many times for full refund but they are continue saying its processing. But In MY ORDER section of the app it is showing REFUND COMPLETED. But I didn't received any refund or cashfree link for refund.

        I am fully messed up, I paid in full by UPI to LENSKART, they received it instantly, and after I cancelled the order next day I didn't received any refund but REFUND COMPLETED showing in MY ORDER section of the app. Also MISBEHAVED with me by LENSKART STORE EXECUTIVES but not lodging the complain.

        Feeling cheated my hard earned money by booking a essential product from by LENSKART. Taken money but not refunding after cancellation. Though Showing REFUND COMPLETED in MY ORDER of the app

        I can't see properly, i need power lenses. And lenskart not returning my own money, so if any any accident happens to me LENSKART is responsible for it. Lenskart only passing by the issue

        If you are interested in participating in a lawsuit against lenskart by more than 100 customers, I can get you the number. They should be sued for more than 10, 000 crores

          Extremely delayed delivery & False Promises

          I had placed an order on 11th May for a unit of prescription glasses and the delivery was expected on 17th of may which got pushed to 19th and it's still not delivered. Upon contacting Lenskart customer service, i was promised delivery with 48 hours on 22nd May. I have a high power and is extremely hard to function without glasses. I ordered from lenskart hoping that i could get my replacement glasses and this has been the most inconvenient...

          I ordered the spects in sep. 2021. From the. I got some issues with the spects often. 1st frame got loosened temple of 1 side due to poor adhesive quality maybe, it was detached at the junction. then i requestes exchange, they did so. Then. The new spects after using for 3 months the glass of the 1 side got loosened and fall from the frame. Later i again asked for exchange and they did so again. Then for 3rd frame, it was very wide and getting loose from my face and the antiscratch was not able to differentiated from normal glass, the anti scartch also got scaratched after a week of regualr use. Normal glass of the previous galsses are far better as they not got scratch for a period of 2 weeks use. Then i asked for exchange and they accepted and this time the spects got good but after 2 months use, the color is getting peeling off, again anti scartch was not good, thr temple over cover was getting cracks, the nose pads got broken in this 2 months span. Now i asked for the exchange because of the manufactured defect and the poor quality. This time they denied the exchange because, they told in call that, only 3 times u can exachange.

          But they didn't mentioned anywhere that Exchange only for 3 times.

          I need exchange because its just a 2 months use and till now i exchanged due to some issues arised in a span of just 3 months use r 2 months. The quality of the frames and the glasses were really bad, especially of th vincent chase models all.

            The after sale service for product in warranty is dissatisfactory and not up to the mark as reference to the prices in which we by the product.

            The details of the product which was damaged is mentioned below

            There is an Pathetic failure again for [protected]@ Bandra Store.

            I have collected the specs which i had given for repair successfully today but again dissatisfied with the response and the quality of repair work.

            Before the Repair work of the specs only the Right side screw was broken but there was no damage to my frame.

            After the repair work they have changed the screw of the right site but have damaged the frame of the left site while tightening the screw of the left hand site.

            On raising the concern at the time of the delivery the reply I got from the executive was that the break on the frame won't cause any issues..

              I received the frame on 22nd March 2021 and before even 1 year could complete the frame started peeling off. I raised the concern with lenskart team on 12th March 2022. Trying to claim the 1-year warranty they provide with every frame as per the T&C mentioned on their website. On contacting them they denied the warranty service stating there is some internal policy. Now, they have been rudely denying me the promised service. I paid a huge amount for a substandard frame and these guys are scamming me under some internal policy guise and not honoring the policy that they have mentioned on their own website in T&C.

                A product was order on 10th of May 2022 as as exchange for a particular glasses. the very next day the returnable product was picked up and today being 19th May there is no information on dispatch. Their call centre number when calling always disconnects.

                to top it all I continually receive calls from their call centre for baseless you visited the site did you like any glasses, why haven't you purchased any glasses. calls starts from 8:30am.

                I wonder is it a CRIME to visit a site and have a look and then be constantly harassed.

                Its leaving me no other options but to contemplate to file a police complaint for harassment.

                    I bought a pair of lens from Lenskart store on 9/01/2022. I also bought One Year insurance for this product. But when i am trying to claim this insurance on 16/05/2022, The support team is rejecting my claim without reason and not picking my phone .

                      I wanted to buy John jacobs aviators with product id-143351 rose gold colour. But it is out of stock since 1 month.But still it's selling(since its bought count is increasing everyday in lenskart app).How can a out of stock product be sold lenskart.And if it is available at some of lenskart's stores then why they are unable to tell me so that I can buy from there.Lenskart is just misguiding customers by showing it's spectacles fake trendingness.Lenskart's customer support was also unable to help as they said they don't have stores inventory info.Shame on lenskart for doing fraudulent activities.I would like to appeal to consumer court to take strict actions against them.

                        I had visited the Lenskart store at Genda Circle in Baroda, Gujarat on 6th May 2022 and booked a progressive lens glasses. My order number is Order: # [protected]. I was suggested to buy their membership for 2 years which allowed me to get another pair of extra glasses in the said amount of Rs. 6308. I paid Rs. 6308 for the two products mentioned below and I was assured a home delivery of products by 14th May:

                        Vincent Chase 152471
                        Size : Narrow-133 mm
                        Black Tortoise Full Rim Cat Eye
                        Normal Corridor Progressive Lens Package
                        Progressive Blue Ray Blocker for PC / Phone users

                        and

                        Vincent Chase VC 149052
                        Size : Medium-137 mm
                        Black Transparent Full Rim Geometric
                        Normal Corridor Progressive LF Lens Package
                        Photo-Chromatic Coating (For Power below 6)

                        While booking the order I had mentioned that I would be traveling out of the country by 16th May 2022 and I was assured by the store that I would receive both my glasses by 14th May 2022. I received the Vincent Chase VC 149052 soon after in 2-3 days. However, I have not received the Vincent Chase 152471.

                        Since past few days I had been getting sms on my registered mobile number about the product delivery happening on that particular day but I did not receive the product till date. I made several calls to Lenskart customer care and I was assured that my product was dispatched and I would soon receive it. I was getting stressed because of the delay as I wanted the glasses before leaving the country on my trip. On 14th May I got a sms that my glasses have been delivered whereas I had not got them. I panicked and called Lenskart customer care and they took down the complaint. But within an hour the complaint was closed stating that the product has been delivered. I made a call once again and asked customer care why my ticket was closed and I requested to talk to their supervisor. The supervisor told me that they will have to conduct an investigation as their delivery partner claims to have delivered the product (all this without any proof of receipt or signature from the customer). The supervisor said that he needed time to conduct the investigation of 3 working days. I demanded for a refund or a quick delivery of my product as I was leaving for my trip and could not wait for 3 days. But he told me that it was not possible before the investigation. However, today even before the investigation has begun the supervisor has closed my complaint without any further clarifications.

                        This whole transaction has caused me a lot of stress due to constant follow up, loss of money, and trust in a leading brand that is cheating its customers along with its delivery partner.

                          Order stuck at "preparing for dispatch"

                          I have ordered two sunglasses on 5th may and both are supposed to delivered by 13th may. one of them is delivered and another one is "preparing for dispatch" for last 9 days, I have contacted chat support and asked for the status and a expected date for delivery but they are unable to give me one....

                          I had recently purchased glasses from lenskart. The frame looked very thin and prone to damage but I was talked into buying that by the salesman. Now the frame is crooked after simple usage. Kindly get it repaired.

After 24 or 48 no responce frm support if i will cll to support same thing i was listening plzz gave us time 24 to 48 hrs... I am totaly harash nd fedup with lenskart service..                               I had purchased a pair of spectacles from your Janakpuri District Centre, New Delhi shop a few months back. Just yesterday its connector to the bridge of the nose broke. Since its a frame less spects, so I had sent them for repair/replacement of the the centre piece that connects the two lenses. Firstly I was told the engineer will come at 13:00, come again and show. Then the so called 'Engineer' who is just a technician who has nothing to do with Engineering, tells me that it is not repairable. Fair enough, I ask him to replace the centre part. To this he tells me, its not possible since Lenscart does not provide parts of the frame. I should go for a new frame, which is one plus one free!. I dont want a new frame, forget about wanting two frames! He is insisting that there is no other solution, and I have to pay 1600 something and but one plus one free frames. Since he is a non technical person claiming to be an engineer, I just asked him to replace this frame and give me a new one asap. To that he tells me it will take 4-5 days at least. No this is really bothersome, a person who needs to wear spectacles need to wait 4-5 days? How does he manage till then? There has to be an after sales support! If not then it is just fleecing people.

                                  I placed an order with Lenskart on 11.04.2022 and they promised me delivery within 7 days, I frequently checked on the app for my status it showed me delivery for 25.04.2022. When I visited store on 25.04.2022 they told me that my order was canceled due to technical issues and your money will be refunded.
                                  This is not I expect from such company, the eyeglasses were for my mother and she was in need of it urgently. I’d like to file a consumer complaint.

                                    I went to lenskart store saying that i want a durable frame. Lenskart store told me that their airflex frame is unbreakable and we also give one ear warranty on it.

                                    After 20 days the frame is broken and they are refusing to repair it let alone replace.
                                    Also why did they brand it incorrectly as unbreakable and also did not mention the terms and conditions of warranty before hand.

                                    Weather u say yes or no for replacing the unbreakable, please respond fast. I m a student and i need specs all the day so i might consider buying another.
