[Resolved]  Lenskart — Pickup date delay and no proper service

I have ordered exchange of my spects on 30th May. The pickup date was scheduled on 1st June and delivery date of new spects was scheduled on 6th June. Delivery will only happen after pickup. On 1st June pickupdate was moved to 3rd, on 3rd it is moved to 6th and on 4th it is moved to 7th, which is a day after the given delivery date. I'm facing lot of trouble with my sight. And I'm a software engineer, can't quit for so long . I'm working with spects. I trusted lenskart because of its brand value. And I'm very disappointed now because of their service. I have called customer support service but even they couldn't do anything.
