[Resolved] Lenskart — problem with the lenses and no help by the company

I have problem with the contact lenses, i have purchased it from lenskart store from ludhiana. Your online consumer helpline said that please contact the store & when i contacted the store he always tell that the query is raised and i am awaiting for the reply from the company. I have visited the store 4 to 5 times. But there is no solution for me.
