I purchased 2 specs with 50% cashback offer on dec 3rd..in the outlet they said i will be receiving a mail regarding the coupons within 15 days.. After 15 days i called the outlet and queried them as i didn't received any mail from them.. They said i will take 30 days.. So then i waited again.. Still now i didn't get any mails as it exceeded the time limit they said... Im worried that whether they applied the offer for my order or not... Please look out for this.. The outlet i purchased is in k. K. Nagar, chennai. My order number is 4997032. Will i get the coupon's or not?

    This is bit technical and i hope lenskart team listens to me and acts on it diligently. I recently purchased specs from lenskart pune. While i have no reason to complaint about their service or quality of specs, i have a serious concern on the way they handle customer requests sent on their support email id.

    Lenskrat has tied up with a customer request management company called freshdesk that has its own tool to track and manage customer support requests. They have taken the system online on the internet.

    The issue is that with every support mail received, they create a public url that is accessible to any and everybody who knows the url. All information that you shared with them thru support email is then just transferred as online content.

    So in case i shared my address, order number, name and mobile number in support request mail, everything is now online available for anyone to view at a public url.

    This is freshdesks stupid idea to allow users to view and track their tickets online without logging in and in fact this is breach of confidentiality.
    While the url contains hashes and the chances that search engines shall index it is relatively less but cannot be eliminated. Tomorrow search engines might develop more complex algorithms to penetrate such part of the public internet.

    Lenskart must stop this insensitive practice immediately.

      I am ram, i paid 5800 for sight vision spectacle on 27th dec, i suppose to receive by 9th jan, but send back to chennai by before it reaches me, reason is addresse not found.

      But on the same day when i was paying, i told them my place is such that only indian post can reach so send it through it, but they did not listen and said no issue we will send through your address.

      They shared me courier track no after i spoke to them, they told sent back to chennai.
      Ali & shabbir who is alwarpeta branch now they are not picking my calls also..

      I have 2 numbers, but no response find here numbers.[protected], [protected].

      I am leaving india on 13th evening, i was cheated by lenscart & lenscart alwarpet office.

      See I told you in my 1st complaint that I had 2 numbers but I had given only 1 number to lenaskart, when I have given in Lenaskart alwarpet brach only 1 Jio number how could you peoples were able to call me to my 2 mobile numbers, it seems you peoples never tried to call me simply you are lying to show to others & what is the use when i have not received my Eye glasses, just by calling nothing will happen.

      And more over I called your Customer care center and they told me they resolve issue in 24-48 hours start from 11th Jan after noon 13 Hours.

      And more over i spoke to alwarpet branch Guys, they told me they sent in Speed post which will reach me in 24 Hours, after that gone not responding at all.

      Any How I am thinking to file consumer complaint, i know procedures, I am CA.

        I placed the above order for three frames on 30th dec 2017

        Promptly i received a link to enter the power of the lenses which i did. I then received an e-mail asking for the powers, which i did again and uploaded all the prescriptions. I once again received a text asking for my power. Called up customer services on jan 2nd and was 'assured' by the agent that the powers have been received and my order is being processed and i should hope to receive the same in a week or so. I still kept getting messages asking me to submit my power readings. I therefore called up the customer services today and was surprised and appalled to be told by the agent that i have to confirm the powers again - even though i had sent it twice and it has been acknowledged. I was also told on querying that the date of expected deliver would be around 20th jan when the actual date was by 11th jan. I was forced to cancel the order as it was for a specific purpose.

        I have shopped with lenskart in the past and received good service, but this time, the service was appalling to say the least. I have wasted unnecessary amount of time and effort selecting the frames, placing the order and entering and uploading the power details.

        I would like this to be investigated. I suggest that no order is accepted without entering the power of the lenses at the time of purchase.

          I purchased two boxes of bausch and lomb purevision 2 hd contact lenses online, form lenskart and sadly all the lenses were of extremely poor quality which got me severe eye infection. I had red teary eyes every time i wore the lenses, initially i though it's because of some dry eye problem, but then i realised it's the poor quality lenses. I tried all the six pairs that i ordered thinking that may be this time it will be fine, but sadly every time i got the infection. Later when i tried the same product from a different store, it worked absolutely fine. So it is clearly the lenskart lenses which affected my eyes severely. I am extremely disappointed with the product quality, the pain i had to go through and the price i had to spend on buying the product. Hence i want a full refund of my money without further delay.

          Placed order for 2 frames on Monday and was told in 5 days U will get it. It's been more than that but no glasses have been given. There is one standard answer that order is in courier. There is no escalation point. No store manager. And the people in the store are very very rude and arrogant.

              Frame purchased in 2016 august 8th. A rubbery part from the temples started chipping off on its own. I complained verbally to the store staff around the month of july 2017 (Warranty still on). Sent them a photo and they asked me to wait as they had to send the report to the main office. After a few days i was told that nothing can be done about it, stating breakage not under warranty. This wasn’t breakage, this is chippping off. I have purchased several frames from them for myself, my wife and my son. I recently purchased 2 frames on the 5th jan 2018. Store located in bangalore. Frazer town. Coles road. Hope something can be done. I am not asking for a new frame. If temples could be replaced, it would be fine.

                Would like to bring to your attention an unprofessional behaviour of the sales executive swapnil kasbe at viman nagar branch pune

                I informed him i did not receive the bill on email but he kept on insisting i did, all he had to do was give me a print out however he was not ready ro co - operate and was confused how to operate the system said you can go an complain, very rude and un professional behaviour with all customers around kept on saying i cannot handle everything

                If he cannot handle customers than why is he hired

                Azim on the other hand is very polite and customer centric he helped immediately with the printout

                I want immediate action on this guy as he himself told me to go an lauch a complaint against him

                  I have seen many other complaints regarding the same issue. And also had a bad experience with lenskart previously with the orientation of rimless lens and frame...
                  But still i decided to give it a try.
                  Now it's order taken,

                  But stocked out...
                  Seriously???
                  I began to hate the service and hate it to the core...

                    I am chakradhar purchased two set of john jacobs frames in month of oct-17 from lenskart champapet branch.

                    Last week onwards i started using the frame and saw that there was alingment issue. So i went to nearest branch of lenskart and gave it for proper alingment. Next day i collected the frame.

                    Today when i opened the box and saw that there was damage on frame which mat material and scratches on lens

                    Kindly replace the frame as soon as possible as this is a damage done by lenskart staff when i gave for alingment.

                      As you have asked me on playstore to mail you and explain the issue

                      Recently I have gone through a home eye check up on 23rd of December 2017 during which I have also returned my Tommy Hilfiger glasses (I retured my glasses with the original case, case cover, box, packing, bill, warranty card.) to the Lenskart executive named as Vinod Dahiya.

                      The reason I returned it was as the frame was under warranty period and still the decals on it got fade on the inner side of the frame more over the lenses were also giving me a blurred vision.

                      The reason I am writing this to you is that I want to track the progress for the replacement of my Tommy Hilfiger frame as well as lenses.When I ordered it the first time as shown in the bill the executive (I forgot the name of that executive) told me that the lenses will be blue cut but I got regular lenses which I came to know when I got my eye check on 23rd and when I shown my glasses to Vinod he told me that these are regular lenses.

                      I have spent more than 8000

                      On those glasses

                      Neither I got the blue cut lensed I was promised for and the decals on the frame also got faded as well as the lens.

                      I want you to refund my whole amount else provide me the a new frame of the same model of Tommy Hilfiger with blue cut lensed as promised by you earlier.

                      Vinod promised me to get the frame replaced with a new one and had also promised me that this time I will receive a new frame with blue cut lens.

                      Now I have received this SMS saying "Dear Customer! Reverse pickup for your order [protected] placed for Tommy Hilfiger TH6123

                      Medium (Size-55) Gunmetal Brown C3 Unisex Eyeglasses has been arranged via E com (Ref. ID:[protected]. Please keep the product ready with all original packing and tags intact. Your package will be picked by Lenskart assigned courier by 05th Jan '18."

                      I have also received a call from the courier company saying they are here to collect my glasses.

                      I have already mentioned above that I have returned my glasses on 23rd of December 2017 to Mr.Vinod Kumar

                      Nobody knows where my glasses are

                      You dont want to refund my money .you dont have my glasses neither i have my glasses.

                      Its been 11 days now

                      I am following up with the ticket that i have mentioned since 9 days now.

                      No resolution

                      Nothing

                      What should i do...

                      I am exhausted

                      CAN YOU PROVIDE ME A SOLUTION PLEASE.

                      Lens kart team cooperated and called me to update that they will soon dispatch the new product with bluecut lenses.i haven't got my glasses yet but the guy i talked today was from lenskart social media team And the issue is been escalated to them and so i have confidence in that guy as he was bold and pretty convencing. I hope i will get my glasses back soon. Great and quick response from lenskart social media team Cheers.

                          Hello all,
                          This is to inform and complaint regarding fake sunglasses of rayban that have been delivered to us with this order.
                          I have been using the glasses since almost a year now, but now i have found out that the glasses have been coated with a film which has started coming out by just touching the glasses.
                          Earlier to this i have been using rayban since more than 15 years and those glasses are intact even as of now.
                          Through this email i would request you to kindly check the authenticity of the item delivered and reply. I want a resolution for this since this is absolute cheating of customer by showing sale of genuine items in sale.
                          I hope my query / complaint shall be resolved urgently.

                            I placed an order with lenskart on there lajpat nagar store with reference no. [protected] on 16 december 2017, and the company staff on store claims to deliver the product by 3 to 4 working days. I got a sms from lenskart claiming to deliver the product by 23 december 2017. On 24 december i called on customer care to know the status of my product. Customer care told me it will be shipped in next 24 hours. But on 25 december i got another sms from lenskart claiming that they are moving to new world-class manufacturing unit due to which they would not be able to deliver and the product will get delayed. I really do not want the product as the company is literally playing mind games and i do not want to deal with such company who can never complete there commitment.

                              Expected date of delivery was max 7 days. After 9 days the process is where it was left no progress. After visiting the store personally the staf[censored]pdated the information in their system and asking for another 7 days to deliver the order. Very discomforting my wife has a problem and required specs immediately to keep working at office for long hours. We should be compensated for the discomfort caused and time wasted in follow up.

                              I had recently visited the RT nagar, Bangalore lenskart store in December 2017. The male store manager there was not bothered and did not attend my needs. I left without buying. Please get better store managers who know how to attend customers. Bad experience.

                                I had bought a rimless vincent chase frame[golden tortoise rectangle vc e10427- c6] from lenskart showroom located at koramangala, 80 feet road, bangalore on 11 march 2017. The frame came free since i bought lens worth rs 4189/- (Before discount). I had to pay rs 2579/- after discount. Order # 2626536. The store manager told that the frame has 1 year warranty and the lens is scratch resistant. After 8 months o[censored]sage, the rivet bushing came out suddenly and further there are scratches on the lens too.
                                I contacted the store in charge on 20th dec 2017 and mentioned these problems. I asked them to replace/repair the frame rivet bushing since it's just 8 months o[censored]sage and within warranty. Instead of apologizing or giving me some consolation for the substandard product and service the store in charge had the audacity to blame me as an irresponsible user and not only this, he went a step further pestering me to get it repaired from a local shop or buy a new frame from the store. I was completely bewildered and dumbfounded by this attitude. I gave him a warning that i would complain about the substandard product that was being sold to customers. The person was in complete denial and was saying that i paid only for the lens and frame has come free and hence they cannot do anything. I at least wanted my frame to be repaired, which was completely denied, by the store in charge stating its not there headache. What is the use of a lens when the frame itself given to customer is substandard and saying that problem to frame within warranty period is not their headache. If this is the attitude of lenskart to customers, how can we trust lenskart?

                                  While i showing the lens to the chennai show room during March-2017 and they told simply it is a scratch and the technician conformed me that it not at connected with the lens coating.My lens coating has peeled off completely from 1.6.-2017 on right lens and left lens started peeling off from Aug-17 onwards and it purely of the coating failure.it is a wrong coating done by lenskart.While showing the one lens to them and the told me that it is a scratch and now it almost entire coating has come out.

                                    I ordered two sets of frame and lenses one i went and collected but another one they said two days and i called them on the day they said me they will deliver but they are not responding. Also the next day i called they are lifting the call and not answering anything. When theyift they say give me one minute and after one minute they will not say anything they simply cut the call.

                                      I had ordered for two spectacles and the payment of 2800 is done on time.
                                      It's been one week and there is no update on my order. Order status shown as stocked out.
                                      If it cannot be delivered on time please cancel the order and return back the money. It's been a long time and there is no proper response when i ask to the executives of your company. If there is a delay at least it needs to be informed to the customer.

                                        I bought two pair of lens from lenskart online store. But within 2 months one of got broken. What should i do now? It has given the 1 year warranty and it says its crack & breakage resistant.
                                        Lenskart said the lens are unbreakable still the lens got broken within 2 months of purchase.
                                        Lenskart should have options to replace such a broken lens.
                                        I need to get lens replaced.
