I bought a product "black full rim round small (Size-48) vincent chase air flex vc e11377 - c1 eyeglasses

Product id : 129095" on dec 08 2018. These claim to be air flex. That claim is wrong. The frame broke with no force on it. These are not flexible at all. These broke on 30th july 2019.

I want a full refund of the order.

I bought the airflex 2 for 1 offer for my son. The thought was that these are very flexible and would not snap or break. However now I have four frames with me which have snapped /broken . Its a sheer waste of money. I want a refund. My mobile number is [protected] and my record will show the history of my purchases. I would like lenskart to replace atleast 2 pairs of specs if not all 4. Waiting to hear from them.
