Most obnoxious staff who behave so rudely with us... Went we call them they hv the audacity of cutting calls. The prices are so xpensive n at least we deserve to b treated properly! No follow up calls... Immature guys handling billing. They employ trainees who don't even know how to respect elders. I will never purchase from lenskart. I shopped at chandralayout vijayanagr branch, bangalore. Wish u wud give them training in manners than sales!!

    I purchased a lenskart frame with a premium lens. Initially frame seems to be very less durable, after 10 day of regular usage, the frame gets separated from the lens. What is the point o[censored]sing such a frame which could not even last 10 days. This is very disappointing.

    I do seek assistance from the lenskart team regading this matter. There is no point of having a lens without a frame.

      On 27th july i have purchased frames from lenskart, in chandigarh. That was for rs 4446.. And i have paid them from phonepe app. My first transaction was declined but the amount was deducted from my account. And the second was was successful, so again 4446 rs were deduted. So the balance was deducted twice from my account on a single purchase.. But they have not refunded my amount till now. Instead, they are asking me again and again for the transaction id's.. Which i gave them but still, they have not initiated my refund

        I have orfered aqualens 6 lens pack and a contact solution with a lens cleaner spray on 29th july 2019.after payment in my account it shows stocked out but I got message that the lens and solution are dispatched via ecom then what about my cleaner spray.why you are doing like this there is no even any calls.please provide me a valid information as soon as you possible

          I ordered eyeglasses (Blue light filter) from lenskart site on friday 26/07/2019. I received the message on 29/07/2019 at 1:34pm that your eyeglasses will be delivered today. But i received the message on the same at 1:15am that your order [protected] is delivered and i did not receive the eyeglasses. How any item can be delivered at 11:36pm? My order no is [protected] and tracking no. Is pp[protected]. I sent them mail on their support mail id and also had word with them on phone regarding this. But they have sent the mail in reply and the mail says that they are arranging for the proof of delivery.
          What a pathetic and 3rd class service? I am expecting delivery of sunglasses and they are arranging proof of delivery. This means that they are trying to avoid the delivery and already the amount 1446 is debited from account.
          I am very disappointed.

            I bought a product "black full rim round small (Size-48) vincent chase air flex vc e11377 - c1 eyeglasses

            Product id : 129095" on dec 08 2018. These claim to be air flex. That claim is wrong. The frame broke with no force on it. These are not flexible at all. These broke on 30th july 2019.

            Hi,

            Lenskart does not have a proper replacement policy with them. Every time you will get a different executive on call and they will promise you different things and when i had a word with the floor manager mr jason he was so rude and not wanting to listen at all and agree to his executive mistake what they had mentioned to me and not even listen to the recording of what they spoke to me that also 3 of the executive just fooled me into this. They are here to just fool the customers at the end of the day and earn the money. Lenskart is one company which makes the customer suffer for its own employees mistakes.

              I have purchased 2 blue coat glass with frame from lenskart karve road, pune showroom in february. B it within few months, one of that frame broken. Although service was good while purchasing new frame, service afterwards is really not satisfactory. I was just opening my specs to use and it broke. At the time of purchase the material was looking not that durable. But i continued to buy bcoz of reputation of company.

                I have purchased a Vincent chase frame from Lenskart and its paint coating starts peeling off within warranty period. I claimed warranty and send my free to Lenskart but now customer Care representative are denying me replacement stating that product is out of stock hence replacement of similar product can't be done and you can opt for some other products under same brand
                I had fitted crizal preventia lens worth RS 4000 in my frame now my lens can't be fitted in any other frame so am I supposed to throw those lens away took some other frame as replacement from Lenskart and buy a new set of lens for them.
                who is going to pay for my losses that occurs due to product mismanagement by Lenskart
                I have contacted Lenskart customer care several time over this issue but they are not able to understand my problem.

                    Lenskart cheated me by taking money for 1.74 index lenses and delivering 1.67 cheaper lenses.
                    I have paid approx 13000 rs and promised by dealer to get 1.74 index lenses

                    I have replaced the product twice but still they are giving same 1.67 index lenses, this is not the right way to do the business

                    Still there is no resolution for the same. Lenskart charged me for 1.74 index which is almost double the price of 1.67, you people could have informed same while booking the order, this is complete cheating .
                    The rim i can get for 50 to 200rs in chandini chowk is sold for 1600 to 2000rs by lenskart

                      Hi, i placed a booking for eye checkup on last sunday i. E 21th july and after checkup i placed 4 goggles which cost up to 8k and when i had done all this, executive asked me for 130 for eye checkup booking. Dont you think so when someone booking is up to 8k you should wave off this booking charges. If we went to normal shop for the same, he also waved off all these charges when we took from it but lenskart is very big firm still this is happening and moreover when you are taking such charges you should improve your box quality. Its not up to the mark and i will request you change this asap as i have paid such a huge amount.

                        Bought blulens with frame for the first time. The lens turned yellow in one month and the frame is broken by now. Hardly used for 5 months for computer use only. Sadly now there is no replacement option in app, whats the point in buying with a premium price?? I bought this for extended period o[censored]se not for a mere 5 months. I need a replacement or refund for this agony

And they told me that orders can be placed only for prepaid orders. Now after 7-8 hours after i have placed the order it is showing that the product is ‘stocked out’ then why did they even bother to place the order... For which i have already paid.                           I ordered a power glasses for my father on addition to sun glasses on june 29th 2019. Order number was [protected]. Total charge was rs 20496 however instead of promised delivery time of 3rd july 2019 i have not received my order.in addition lenskart shop at west end mall pune where i ordered my glasses are making me fool. They are evading my question on delivery of my product.

                            I purchased spectacles from lenskart patiala on 26/12/2018 and within 2days of delivery of the product, it started giving problems.. It became so loose that it would slide down to the tip of my nose... On visiting the store they manually tightened it... The same problem occurred in the next 2 days... This way i visited the store at least once every month.. I was so pissed off that i asked them for a permanent solution... The lady on the counter assured me that this time they have fixed the problem and would not trouble me again... While tightening the frame it chipped and when i used the glasses at home the leg of the glasses broke... On 9th june i took the glasses to them for which they assured me that a ticket has been raised and i would get a replacement for the same... Today after approx 40 days when i visited the store i found that the glasses are still lying with them... See the pathetic condition of customer service... No action has been taken till date..

                              I got my eye check-up done at the lenskart store in the ECX Mall of India, Noida and ordered specs as per their suggestion. They said it would be delivered in 3-4 days time. When I came to pick my specs, it was not the frame that I chose and they were absolutely clueless what to do. They kept searching for the frame that I selected which even I couldn’t remember now. I had to ask for a refund as they had no solution to offer. It was a total waste of time, also such a pathetic service! People should rather go to an eye specialist and get it done, not to a lenskart store for sure!

                                They lied to my friend merely cos of money and thereby letting him buy another set of specs; they lied by telling they don't posses an extra glass for the specs, whereas on enquiry it was found... That glasses were available.
                                Shame on these people.
                                Shame.
                                How come can u lie merely cos of money.
                                Money will come and go. But once u break a customer's faith, it won't be restored.

                                  I orderd a frame from your model town new delhi store and its been one week i have been waiting for glasses and the eyes are paining like hell without the glasses. Not even thr customer care is ready to help either way they just keep giving further dates. Is this the way to harass your customer why dont you # shut your company if you can not provide service.                                     Please accept our complaint against your lenskart service product.
                                    This is our 4th time repair spect. He is face lot of problems while file
                                    Working.
                                    His phone no is - [protected].
                                    Complaint is they are repair but after 3-4 days again the glass is fallen
                                    From its frame. We are spent money but it is waste. Therefore it is
                                    Humble requested to take necessary steps.
                                    Our desire of final repair and we don't want to run for repair spect to
                                    Your shop. Money is not a issue. Our time waste to run your shop in
                                    3-4 days to get that spect.
