I have purchased a Vincent chase frame from Lenskart and its paint coating starts peeling off within warranty period. I claimed warranty and send my free to Lenskart but now customer Care representative are denying me replacement stating that product is out of stock hence replacement of similar product can't be done and you can opt for some other products under same brand
I had fitted crizal preventia lens worth RS 4000 in my frame now my lens can't be fitted in any other frame so am I supposed to throw those lens away took some other frame as replacement from Lenskart and buy a new set of lens for them.
who is going to pay for my losses that occurs due to product mismanagement by Lenskart
I have contacted Lenskart customer care several time over this issue but they are not able to understand my problem.

I want either same product as replacement and if Lenskart is not able to provide same product then they should compensate for loss incurred to me due to not being able to replace same frame.

    I have the same problem as others. I had ordered one round frame and one rectangular framed glasses.
    I made a order.
    Order was placed.
    Payment is already done.
    Now it's showing it isstocked out? Seriously guys. Don't fool people like this. Whats with the stocking out after the payment is done??
    I'm already have pain without the glasses.
    Please try to deliver on the given date.

      Hi,
      Lenskart cheated me by taking money for 1.74 index lenses and delivering 1.67 cheaper lenses.
      I have paid approx 13000 rs and promised by dealer to get 1.74 index lenses

      I have replaced the product twice but still they are giving same 1.67 index lenses, this is not the right way to do the business

      Please avoid lenskart.

      Still there is no resolution for the same. Lenskart charged me for 1.74 index which is almost double the price of 1.67, you people could have informed same while booking the order, this is complete cheating .
      The rim i can get for 50 to 200rs in chandini chowk is sold for 1600 to 2000rs by lenskart

        Hi, i placed a booking for eye checkup on last sunday i. E 21th july and after checkup i placed 4 goggles which cost up to 8k and when i had done all this, executive asked me for 130 for eye checkup booking. Dont you think so when someone booking is up to 8k you should wave off this booking charges. If we went to normal shop for the same, he also waved off all these charges when we took from it but lenskart is very big firm still this is happening and moreover when you are taking such charges you should improve your box quality. Its not up to the mark and i will request you change this asap as i have paid such a huge amount.

          Bought blulens with frame for the first time. The lens turned yellow in one month and the frame is broken by now. Hardly used for 5 months for computer use only. Sadly now there is no replacement option in app, whats the point in buying with a premium price?? I bought this for extended period o[censored]se not for a mere 5 months. I need a replacement or refund for this agony

          They asked to mail the images of the lens to lenskart@support and after verification and under warranty conditions, lenskart asked to courier the specs back, I gave it to store in person and the refund was initiated after return

            product is out of stock after payment, but delivery date still showing.

            I had placed an order in the aditya mall, indirapuram branch of lenskart, they didn’t have the product in their store so they placed an online order. And they told me that orders can be placed only for prepaid orders. Now after 7-8 hours after i have placed the order it is showing that the product is ‘stocked out’ then why did they even bother to place the order... For which i have already paid. Its also showing that the product will...

            I ordered a power glasses for my father on addition to sun glasses on june 29th 2019. Order number was [protected]. Total charge was rs 20496 however instead of promised delivery time of 3rd july 2019 i have not received my order.in addition lenskart shop at west end mall pune where i ordered my glasses are making me fool. They are evading my question on delivery of my product.

              I purchased spectacles from lenskart patiala on 26/12/2018 and within 2days of delivery of the product, it started giving problems.. It became so loose that it would slide down to the tip of my nose... On visiting the store they manually tightened it... The same problem occurred in the next 2 days... This way i visited the store at least once every month.. I was so pissed off that i asked them for a permanent solution... The lady on the counter assured me that this time they have fixed the problem and would not trouble me again... While tightening the frame it chipped and when i used the glasses at home the leg of the glasses broke... On 9th june i took the glasses to them for which they assured me that a ticket has been raised and i would get a replacement for the same... Today after approx 40 days when i visited the store i found that the glasses are still lying with them... See the pathetic condition of customer service... No action has been taken till date..

                I got my eye check-up done at the lenskart store in the ECX Mall of India, Noida and ordered specs as per their suggestion. They said it would be delivered in 3-4 days time. When I came to pick my specs, it was not the frame that I chose and they were absolutely clueless what to do. They kept searching for the frame that I selected which even I couldn’t remember now. I had to ask for a refund as they had no solution to offer. It was a total waste of time, also such a pathetic service! People should rather go to an eye specialist and get it done, not to a lenskart store for sure!

                  They lied to my friend merely cos of money and thereby letting him buy another set of specs; they lied by telling they don't posses an extra glass for the specs, whereas on enquiry it was found... That glasses were available.
                  Shame on these people.
                  Shame.
                  How come can u lie merely cos of money.
                  Money will come and go. But once u break a customer's faith, it won't be restored.

                      This is our 4th time repair spect. He is face lot of problems while file

                        This is regarding 2 spec's i ordered and i got a call from your team that product will be delivered even before the scheduled date but now it is showing product as "stocked out". What do you mean by that after taking order and receiving payment? But now i see that this is one of your most common ways to harass customers. Let me know the exact status of the order.

                          I am absolutely disappointed with the quality of frames being sold by lenskart especially "vincent chase". I had use frame only for one day and the frame is now broken just because i was taking it out from the box. When i tried to wear it, one of the side arm came into my hand and the temple is broken, i don't know this is happen why because of manufacturing defect or poor quality product. I need replacement please solve my concern as soon as possible.

                            I bought two power glasses from lenskart on 8 july. After wearing the glasses only for one day it breaks from the temple. Very poor quality product need replacement.
                            I think it is kind of some manufacturing defect or the quality of product is very poor but they claim there frames are air flex. I am wearing glasses from 9 yrs but i never get this kind of problem.
                            Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                              I purchased my spectacles at dr. As rao nagar centre during last week of june'19 which was delivered to me in the first week of july'19. When i received it, that was a defective piece and visited centre to return the same on 9th july and store manager was not available and executive mr. Ramchander told manager will call by evening. But unfortunately i did not receive any call. Such an irresponsible service. Now i want to know about the further process as what is to be done with the defective specs i received. Hope atleast today this matter will settle without my visiting to the store again.

                                Hi,

                                We have booked the lense for my kid and lensekart is provided the specs with one side cooling glass and another plain glass and my kid is using this glass to the school for more than a month.

                                Initially we didn't notice. But over a period of time we have noticed and 2 times we have gone to lenskart store to replace this glass.

                                But the store representatives are asking me to handover the glass and waiting for 3 to 5 days to replace. But since my kid is using this glass in the school, we are not able to return since she will be facing the difficulty in the school

                                Called customer support and created a ticket and from there also same response for repairing time for 3 to 5 days.

                                  Hello i'm nisar khan, i worked with lenskart solutions pvt ltd from 23 july 2018 to 05 april 2019. Notice period policy of lenskart is 30 days but because of my family problem i have left my job but resigned officially. Now the employer is asking for money rs_3597 to update the doe in epf however according to labour laws and epf rules, it is illegal to withhold the pf money. If any employer is doing the same, then he is working against the law. We can drag him in the court as well as complain to vigilance commissioner of epf. I mailed lenskart almost seven times for the same issue but everytime i got same reply in which they're asking money and call it recovery.

                                  I need my pf money urgently but lenskart threatening me, if i won't pay above said amount, then they won't give me my experience letter or releiving letter both are important for me.

                                  I'm unable to understand how any employer can hold epf, they don't have any legal rights to do so.

                                  After purchasing spects from lenskart after six days iam getting irritation and red spots on right eye corner. Iam unable to wear because of this problem. I went to lenskart store for resloving my problem but they didnt do anything. Now iam helpless.

                                    I bought Carrera Matte Black rim Aviator frame from Lenskart few months before and just in couple of weeks I had issue with the screw it had on to fit side arm preciously it's right one. The screw has to get loose and I was not able to use spec because it was not fitting properly when I used to ware.
                                    I went to the Lenskart showroom where ri bought this and they said they don't have a equipment to fight the screw and later some how they fixed it.
                                    The problem repeated again in few days. I went to lenskart again and said I am not happy with this product as I have to come every now and then to fix it. After few more days right side arm of lense because screw has come out this time !
                                    I aksed Lenskart to replace my product as I am certainly not at all happy with this.
                                    They are not ready to do and they told me to send this to them through courier. I did it since they only arranged for pickup. The whole process they said goona take 2/3 weeks. It's been almost 3 weeks and now they are telling me that it will take 4 more weeks to process this. Literally they want me to wait for more than 45 days!!
                                    Sometimes I wonder I made a big mistake buying in Lenskart who are least bothered about customers and their satisfaction.
                                    I paid money and waiting from last 3 weeks looks like again 3/4 more weeks !!
                                    It is inherent manufacturing defect for which both Carrera and Lenskart the seller should own up responsibility and redress the grievance immediately.

                                      The same issue has been put up before too. However, the resolutions are blurry hence here i am. Firstly, after using store credits, the customer care calls me up to make a fresh order since they couldn't work out their store credit system. Which i denied because it was the second time they were asking about the refund and cancellation issue. However the person agreed and confirmed my address details.
                                      4 hours later, when i check the order trackings in the app, the product is 'stocked out'. Can you look into this matter? And clarify the phase which came after all the major procedures of payment and prescription.
