[Resolved] Lenskart — product is out of stock after payment, but delivery date still showing. | |||
I had placed an order in the aditya mall, indirapuram branch of lenskart, they didn’t have the product in their store so they placed an online order. And they told me that orders can be placed only for prepaid orders. Now after 7-8 hours after i have placed the order it is showing that the product is ‘stocked out’ then why did they even bother to place the order... For which i have already paid. Jul 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Aa told by an executive of lenskart, the term ‘STOCKED OUT’ means that it has left the warehouse and is under processing. Lenskart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
