Today i.e. on 5th July I visited the Lenskart Store at Elante Mall, Chandigarh for tightening of my glass frame as it became loose from the hinges. I asked the staff to make the adjustments and their I was put in contact with the Staff Member by the name of Arman. I was asked to fill a Costumer Service form by the staff and then my glasses were taken for repair. ( Form No. 50413)

I was told that the technician wasn't available after 15mins of waiting and submission of my specs. Then after another 10 mins I was told by the same person that he has opened up my glasses by his own and doesn't know how to put them back and told me to come back after15-20 mins. I was without specs for about 40 - 45 mins and then when I came back with my mother, the staff told me to wait for another 20 mins as my specs was being fixed.

After so much time I got up, took my specs and went home. After reaching home I realized that my specs were broken from the top, which they were not before I submitted them to get tightened.

I want to submit FORMAL COMPLAINT against Lenskart Staff of Elante Mall, Chandigarh specially the person responsible for the damage and I want my frame to be replaced as It was the staff that broke it and cleverly applied some adhesive to cover up their short tracks of misbehavior and deceiving me as a costumer.

Now that they are caught in the act, I would request the Costumer services team to get my frame repaired as soon as possible and take strict actions against the Lenskart Staff, Elante Mall, Chandigarh

This is the invoice copy of my returned product, they have to replace worth as they mentioned in the invoice as a replacement is been denied for 10 days they agree that invioce amount but not ready replace same worth to me as they actually

The lenskart people r adamant to replace same worth of product as I asked for replacement which is breach of trust and cheating as they have to give me full worth of product as it is mentioned as unit price harassing me for 10 after 7 days they agree the invoice but not ready to provide the replacement of same worth is it a fake prepared invioce in that case should be

    I have bought navy blue half rim rectangle large (Size-54) as per product id 124867 inclusive of lens package against your tax invoice no. 828 dated 06.04.2019 from your authorized shop m/s. Krk electricals and electronice, bhopal. But the frame of sun glasses has been broken even though it has been handling with proper care.
    I therefore request you to register my complaint id defective product and arrange to replace by new frame.

      This is regarding order no. [protected] after placing my order and after they successfully accepted my payment, gave me a printed reciept, they have updated the status of my delivery as stocked out. This is sign of extremely bad service, why did they accept my payment in the first place, why harass customers, and not value their time or money? What sort of behaviour is this, i am extremely disappointed, please help.

        I tried to place an order first on 28 june 2019 within 10 pm to 1 am as required by terms and conditions for rush code. But the error appeared as code can't be applied to the cart. Code was provided to me by app notification of lenskart. Next day i contacted lenskart and they don't accept their mistake. For them they only are right and i was lying as per their thoughts. They asked me to try once again. I wait for one more time and tried within 10pm to 1 am. Still it shows same error again. I have catched screenshots for both these attempts. Nobody believe and accept mistake. No help or remedy provided till now. It make me frustrate and now i want to share this as complaint to lenskart. You can see screenshots and video.

          Lenskart says that by stocked out they mean the specs have been taken out for fitting and also it has been dispatched so it's all right now hopefully they will deliver on time.

            I had ordered a Rayban aviator on 26/06/2019 and a John jacobs wayfarer on 27/06/2019. The first order had been confirmed by call. Now after ordering the wayfarer i see that both the items are given as stocked out. But still these two items are being shown in the app. The amount had been deducted and now it is shown like this. This is not at all acceptable. I immediately need the status of both my orders.

              Product was so delicate, lenskart store had repaired it twice with the help of warranty in the lenskart store. But third time they have refused to repair it because they said that it was my negligence. One of the frame was broken in front of me in the store person's hand. That's really rude to say negligence for the delicate products which they have manufactured. How do you think we can have trust on your products, it's insane. Even though we have six products from your company. We have lost the trust.

                I bought 1 golden eyeglasses from lenskart on 15 june 2019 from the bareilly lenskart store but when i received it they were not aligned properly and was broken and when i complained in the bareilly lenskart store they saying it is my fault and the store manager is misbehaving with me so i request lenskart to kindly replace the eyeglasses or repair the eyeglasses

                  I have purchased two products from lenskart on 11th june, 19. Among two i have received one product on time. Another one i would not receive as of now. I was reach out to the lenskart store, lenskart customer care & courier company wow express also, but not receive any right information about my product. Sometimes wow express assure i will get the product by two days, sometimes lenskart customer care said will get the product by 48 hours & yesterday i got to know from diamond plaza lenskart store that my product has misplaced. However, today is 14th day where i would forced to write a complain against this harassment. I have visited diamond plaza store also 2times but not get the solution as of now.

                    I have ordered my specs from the lenskart showroom in satyaniketan on 15th june, 2019. The due date for dispatch was today, june 23rd and a message in my mobile says it would be delayed further with the next due date being 1st of july. This happened after the showroom staff promised me of dispatching the specs ahead of the first schedule. I had a series of academic engagements this week and who would bear the inconvenience caused. Any delay should have been informed before taking the order. I see it as sheer lack of professionalism.

                      frame broken within 2 months

                      Hello sir/ma'am,

                      I bought specs from lenskart couple of months back. At the time of delivery too i could easily make out how delicate and prone to damage the full rim frame appeared to be. The eyeglass was very hard to open and close and gave a cracking sound every now and then. I hoped that with use it will get better but it didn't and 2 days back the right hand of the eyeglasses came out while trying to fold the eyeglasses.br...

                      Today, i received the status regarding my glasses that the product is stocked out. Like seriously, how one can do this to their customers after taking order and payments. I want my order asap. First they send defective product and after the return they stocked out the product. How they take orders without first refering to the quantity available with them. I'm really in need of my product.

                        I had placed an order last year which has had problems since the vey first day which had been informed to lenskart whose personnel kept delaying me with flase promises after replacing my spectacles once. The issue never ceased and i kept emailing, and eventually was told that they can't refund my money because i didn't claim replacement in time. Lenskart had been informed about the issue from day one and yet chose to be ignorant and sly, avoiding me and taking advantage of the fact that i was being polite.

                        This harassment has proceeded for too long and if my issue isn't resolved, i'll drag you to the courts.

                          I have ordered for my daughter glasses with Lenskart HSR I received glasses with lenses of more power than prescribed power .Then I complained to near by Lenskart centre Koramangala they said they order for new one and took back glasses .It has been with them for more than one week till more no order has been placed .                             I had ordered specs for my mom and dad on 15th June. Their present power changes so they need to use spects asap. So I checked with the store manager whether it will be delivered within 10 days and he said it usually delivers before the expected delivery date - so then placed an order. However, now when I checked the status it shows 'Stocked Out' on 16th June and it stays the same till date. I mean seriously...if you are running short of stock then dont take new orders that too we placed order from store
                            My parents would have to use their old specs if the order is not delivered on time.

                              After payment how can item get stocked out. One should not take order for stock out products. I was in need of product on required delivery now can't expect to get delivered on those dates. Seen various complaint on same topic why serious action is taken. They have found a method to just hang the customer. Even the customer care number non responsive on this context.

                                As I purchased a specs from Lenskart outlet based at Boring Canal Road, Patna Bihar. After using few days I went to lenskart outlet for alignment of frame. A person of Lenskart at outlet said to me that leave your specs at there and please come another day as it will take time. I reached on another day and when I reached next day I saw my specs frame was totally damaged. In reply they said to em that while alignment it got damaged and now you will have to pay only 75% of MRP for a new frame.
                                Kindly let me know why should I pay for a new frame. It’s their responsibility to keep properly the coustomers belonging. Due to damaged frame I am not able to use my specs and I am unable to do my job properly. Kindly help me

                                  I went to the lenskart showroom and purchased a ray ban Rx5337 medium (size 52) Black Red 5528 unisex Eyeglasses.
                                  Product ID- 106238
                                  When we received the specs we also fitted crizal lenses in it.But now even though it has barely been a week the glasses are too loose and its not possible to wear them.
                                  This is a manufacturing defect as we received the glasses in this condition.
                                  The ones we tried in the showroom were of perfect fitting.
                                  I would like a replacement of these glasses and a full compensation of the lens that we had to fit in this faulty frame.

                                      Order placed at Lenskart store on 4th May for two frames. - one full frame and one rimless. Full frame was delivered but it was informed to us the the glasses of the rimless frame broke and it will not be delivered that day. The next date that was given to us, the same thing repeated itself. This happened 3 times. Now all we want is the refund of the amount of the rimless frame because Lenskart is not able to deliver the rimless frame. But the call centre executive and their floor managers are denying and are forcing us to take store credit. After these incidents we do not intend to patronize Lenskart.
