frame hinges

I purchased a Vincent Chase eyeglass on 29 March 2019 through the lenskart app.
After 1 month one of the frame screw is loose and now everytime I wear the glass I have to tilt towards right for the perfect fit.

I enquired with the customer care but they weren't specifying about the above mentioned order.

I would like to know whether lenskart provides any repair service or any return/ replacement....

I placed the order for spectacle from lenskart on 11 feb 2019 and found that inferior quality of frame has been provided which broken easily in just 3 months . Order no is [protected]. Since frame from Lenskart is assumed as good quality as compare to other but it has broken easily whereas there is no brokerage of glass. It is also having warranty of 1 year. I contacted to customer care/resolving officer of lenskart to look into the issue...

I was promised it would be delivered by 31st may, i face very severe issues because of lack of spectacles and why didn't it show stocked out before payment completion? Hi i've placed an order for two sunglasses. The day before (27 may) the status was taken out of warehouse. Today (29 may) it says stocked out. How is this possible? When you have taken the product from warehouse for processing, how you run out of stock mid-way?

If the product was out of stock from before, the order should have been processed. Please help in resolving this and ensure on time delivery.

I had placed an order for a pair of sunglasses on lenskart and right after i made the payment... I recieved an update on the website's order tracking feature that my product was stocked out. The order number is [protected]. This bad on the website's part to take payments in full and then show the product is stocked out.

This kind of bad customer service would make anyone to not want to use the website again at all....

my glasses are not yet replaced

Hey good evening
I have purchased specs from lenskart baroda store bird circle branch it was in november 2018 and i had got two pairs one i kept as spare incase it breaks but after a month i started wearing the second frame i had a severe migraine and had red spots on the side of my nose the quality of the frame was worst and the power was not proper as i had to remove them within half an hour as i would definitely get a headache...

Since than they are not able to see properly as the objects are being shown with dents. Multiple time i have visited the store but the issue remains same.

I always found lenskart products as value of money but these things are really frustrating.

This is to inform that Lenskart has been very crafty to make me buy from their app promising a 2 day delivery and then after I paid an amount of RS 8373 (Ray-Ban RB2140), it showed stocked out in my orders page. I bought this from Lenskart since it promised quick delivery but now it took away an opportunity for me to buy from elsewhere too. If this is not resolved soon, I shall be pursing further in my zonal consumer...

When i ordered these items from your store in my locality told me that product will be delivered even before the scheduled date but now it is showing product as "stocked out". What do you mean by that after taking order and receiving payment? But now i see that this is one of your most common ways to harass customers....

My product was stocked out after 12 hours of me paying the full amount on the app. I also hold a gold membership, i tried reaching out to you via your app customer care and also through call but the ivrs said that customer care is unavailable. Please help me resolve this problem.

in house processing shows product is stocked out

At the time of placing order the products were available on their menu. At around 12 midnight i checked my order status and it's showing "stocked out", 16th may, 2:44am. I called their cc and i was told my order has been cancelled.

the store in doddakannelli on sarjapur road bangalore

I visited the above mentioned store to get a new frame and get my power checked. Its a big store with a good collection however grossly understaffed with two staf[censored]nwillingly doing their job. I patiently waited and saw my turn being given to someone else and the staff doing the check up very confidently said he came before me but since he was an elderly person i let him go.
And i waited and waited seeing them attending to other customers...

One - where you see the final amount before putting your credit card info, and two - the page where you add and submit credit info, where you can put any discount codes, etc to see the final discounted price or if no discount, price from previous page.

Lenskart cheated by arbitrarily changing taxes applicable on page 2.in page one final amount...

Submitted my power and expected it to be dispatched on the same day or probably on the next day.
But much to my surprise, on the next my order status was "stocked out".
