This is regarding 2 spec's i ordered and i got a call from your team that product will be delivered even before the scheduled date but now it is showing product as "stocked out". What do you mean by that after taking order and receiving payment? But now i see that this is one of your most common ways to harass customers. Let me know the exact status of the order.

    I am absolutely disappointed with the quality of frames being sold by lenskart especially "vincent chase". I had use frame only for one day and the frame is now broken just because i was taking it out from the box. When i tried to wear it, one of the side arm came into my hand and the temple is broken, i don't know this is happen why because of manufacturing defect or poor quality product. I need replacement please solve my concern as soon as possible.

      I bought two power glasses from lenskart on 8 july. After wearing the glasses only for one day it breaks from the temple. Very poor quality product need replacement.
      I think it is kind of some manufacturing defect or the quality of product is very poor but they claim there frames are air flex. I am wearing glasses from 9 yrs but i never get this kind of problem.
      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        I purchased my spectacles at dr. As rao nagar centre during last week of june'19 which was delivered to me in the first week of july'19. When i received it, that was a defective piece and visited centre to return the same on 9th july and store manager was not available and executive mr. Ramchander told manager will call by evening. But unfortunately i did not receive any call. Such an irresponsible service. Now i want to know about the further process as what is to be done with the defective specs i received. Hope atleast today this matter will settle without my visiting to the store again.

          Hi,

          We have booked the lense for my kid and lensekart is provided the specs with one side cooling glass and another plain glass and my kid is using this glass to the school for more than a month.

          Initially we didn't notice. But over a period of time we have noticed and 2 times we have gone to lenskart store to replace this glass.

          But the store representatives are asking me to handover the glass and waiting for 3 to 5 days to replace. But since my kid is using this glass in the school, we are not able to return since she will be facing the difficulty in the school

          Called customer support and created a ticket and from there also same response for repairing time for 3 to 5 days.

            Hello i'm nisar khan, i worked with lenskart solutions pvt ltd from 23 july 2018 to 05 april 2019. Notice period policy of lenskart is 30 days but because of my family problem i have left my job but resigned officially. Now the employer is asking for money rs_3597 to update the doe in epf however according to labour laws and epf rules, it is illegal to withhold the pf money. If any employer is doing the same, then he is working against the law. We can drag him in the court as well as complain to vigilance commissioner of epf. I mailed lenskart almost seven times for the same issue but everytime i got same reply in which they're asking money and call it recovery.

            I need my pf money urgently but lenskart threatening me, if i won't pay above said amount, then they won't give me my experience letter or releiving letter both are important for me.

            I'm unable to understand how any employer can hold epf, they don't have any legal rights to do so.

            After purchasing spects from lenskart after six days iam getting irritation and red spots on right eye corner. Iam unable to wear because of this problem. I went to lenskart store for resloving my problem but they didnt do anything. Now iam helpless.

              I bought Carrera Matte Black rim Aviator frame from Lenskart few months before and just in couple of weeks I had issue with the screw it had on to fit side arm preciously it's right one. The screw has to get loose and I was not able to use spec because it was not fitting properly when I used to ware.
              I went to the Lenskart showroom where ri bought this and they said they don't have a equipment to fight the screw and later some how they fixed it.
              The problem repeated again in few days. I went to lenskart again and said I am not happy with this product as I have to come every now and then to fix it. After few more days right side arm of lense because screw has come out this time !
              I aksed Lenskart to replace my product as I am certainly not at all happy with this.
              They are not ready to do and they told me to send this to them through courier. I did it since they only arranged for pickup. The whole process they said goona take 2/3 weeks. It's been almost 3 weeks and now they are telling me that it will take 4 more weeks to process this. Literally they want me to wait for more than 45 days!!
              Sometimes I wonder I made a big mistake buying in Lenskart who are least bothered about customers and their satisfaction.
              I paid money and waiting from last 3 weeks looks like again 3/4 more weeks !!
              It is inherent manufacturing defect for which both Carrera and Lenskart the seller should own up responsibility and redress the grievance immediately.

                The same issue has been put up before too. However, the resolutions are blurry hence here i am. Firstly, after using store credits, the customer care calls me up to make a fresh order since they couldn't work out their store credit system. Which i denied because it was the second time they were asking about the refund and cancellation issue. However the person agreed and confirmed my address details.
                4 hours later, when i check the order trackings in the app, the product is 'stocked out'. Can you look into this matter? And clarify the phase which came after all the major procedures of payment and prescription.

                  Today i.e. on 5th July I visited the Lenskart Store at Elante Mall, Chandigarh for tightening of my glass frame as it became loose from the hinges. I asked the staff to make the adjustments and their I was put in contact with the Staff Member by the name of Arman. I was asked to fill a Costumer Service form by the staff and then my glasses were taken for repair. ( Form No. 50413)

                  I was told that the technician wasn't available after 15mins of waiting and submission of my specs. Then after another 10 mins I was told by the same person that he has opened up my glasses by his own and doesn't know how to put them back and told me to come back after15-20 mins. I was without specs for about 40 - 45 mins and then when I came back with my mother, the staff told me to wait for another 20 mins as my specs was being fixed.

                  After so much time I got up, took my specs and went home. After reaching home I realized that my specs were broken from the top, which they were not before I submitted them to get tightened.

                  I want to submit FORMAL COMPLAINT against Lenskart Staff of Elante Mall, Chandigarh specially the person responsible for the damage and I want my frame to be replaced as It was the staff that broke it and cleverly applied some adhesive to cover up their short tracks of misbehavior and deceiving me as a costumer.

                  Now that they are caught in the act, I would request the Costumer services team to get my frame repaired as soon as possible and take strict actions against the Lenskart Staff, Elante Mall, Chandigarh

                      This is regarding order no. [protected] after placing my order and after they successfully accepted my payment, gave me a printed reciept, they have updated the status of my delivery as stocked out. This is sign of extremely bad service, why did they accept my payment in the first place, why harass customers, and not value their time or money? What sort of behaviour is this, i am extremely disappointed, please help.

                        I tried to place an order first on 28 june 2019 within 10 pm to 1 am as required by terms and conditions for rush code. But the error appeared as code can't be applied to the cart. Code was provided to me by app notification of lenskart. Next day i contacted lenskart and they don't accept their mistake. For them they only are right and i was lying as per their thoughts. They asked me to try once again. I wait for one more time and tried within 10pm to 1 am. Still it shows same error again. I have catched screenshots for both these attempts. Nobody believe and accept mistake. No help or remedy provided till now. It make me frustrate and now i want to share this as complaint to lenskart.                             I had ordered a Rayban aviator on 26/06/2019 and a John jacobs wayfarer on 27/06/2019. The first order had been confirmed by call. Now after ordering the wayfarer i see that both the items are given as stocked out. But still these two items are being shown in the app. The amount had been deducted and now it is shown like this. This is not at all acceptable. I immediately need the status of both my orders.

                              Product was so delicate, lenskart store had repaired it twice with the help of warranty in the lenskart store. But third time they have refused to repair it because they said that it was my negligence. One of the frame was broken in front of me in the store person's hand. That's really rude to say negligence for the delicate products which they have manufactured. How do you think we can have trust on your products, it's insane. Even though we have six products from your company. We have lost the trust.

                                I bought 1 golden eyeglasses from lenskart on 15 june 2019 from the bareilly lenskart store but when i received it they were not aligned properly and was broken and when i complained in the bareilly lenskart store they saying it is my fault and the store manager is misbehaving with me so i request lenskart to kindly replace the eyeglasses or repair the eyeglasses

                                  I have purchased two products from lenskart on 11th june, 19. Among two i have received one product on time. Another one i would not receive as of now. I was reach out to the lenskart store, lenskart customer care & courier company wow express also, but not receive any right information about my product. Sometimes wow express assure i will get the product by two days, sometimes lenskart customer care said will get the product by 48 hours & yesterday i got to know from diamond plaza lenskart store that my product has misplaced. However, today is 14th day where i would forced to write a complain against this harassment. I have visited diamond plaza store also 2times but not get the solution as of now.

                                    I have ordered my specs from the lenskart showroom in satyaniketan on 15th june, 2019. The due date for dispatch was today, june 23rd and a message in my mobile says it would be delayed further with the next due date being 1st of july. This happened after the showroom staff promised me of dispatching the specs ahead of the first schedule. I had a series of academic engagements this week and who would bear the inconvenience caused. Any delay should have been informed before taking the order. I see it as sheer lack of professionalism.

                                      frame broken within 2 months

                                      Hello sir/ma'am,

                                      I bought specs from lenskart couple of months back. At the time of delivery too i could easily make out how delicate and prone to damage the full rim frame appeared to be. The eyeglass was very hard to open and close and gave a cracking sound every now and then. I hoped that with use it will get better but it didn't and 2 days back the right hand of the eyeglasses came out while trying to fold the eyeglasses.br...

                                      Today, i received the status regarding my glasses that the product is stocked out. Like seriously, how one can do this to their customers after taking order and payments. I want my order asap. First they send defective product and after the return they stocked out the product. How they take orders without first refering to the quantity available with them. I'm really in need of my product.
