[Resolved] Lenskart — product not yet delivered | |||
I ordered a lenskart glass on 31st december 2018 and expected delivery date of the product was on 8th january 2019. After contacting the customer care they said to wait till 16th january 2019. Today when i checked the courier status, it still shows in transit and this was last updated on 5th january 2019. The wait for my lenskart glasses continues... I recently ordered two eyeglasses one broke within one month a small glass broke this isn’t the quality I wasn’t expecting on buying the same before I was satisfied with the quality and hence bought a second pair but expectation led down

i ordered a pair of contact lenses on 22nd feb and expected delivery was 1st then its extendted to 10th marvh and now its showing that it is delivered and i have still not got the product dont know whats going on
My glasses expected delivery is today, but i didn't get the delivery notifications yet from the Ecom express. Why wastage of time if you can't deliver it on time. And in lenskart app there isn't any progress showing for ecom delivery express till now. I can't be able to trace it.
