Dear sir

I bought 2 frames with order id [protected]. Among both frames, one frame broke 2 days ago when i slipped the frame. I think the quality of your frames are worst and i have just used for only 15-20 days. It just broked just like it. It was unexpected quality from your side. I thought the frame are not breakable by any means. I have not put any pressure on the product and it was broken by just a slip. Worst quality ever.
I want my glass to be replaced. The vc e10463 was glass frame was broked and i have attached the broken images also. Please check.
I want my product to be replaced as soon as possibel. This has been disgusting quality from your side. Please replace my product as soon as possible. Not expected this type of quality from your side.

    I have purchased my spects in november. They broke after they fell. I have taken them to the shop but the response by the employee was very rude. Its not even 6 mnths that i hav purchased them. They cost 2000 rs. And ur employee tells me to purchase new spects since it wont cover under any warranty.in advertisements you show and manipulate people that they wont break. But in reality if they break, you people wont even cover it under warranty. What's the use of buying ur product? Its not even 6 months. And very arrogant answers given by the female employee. I would never suggest anyone again

      Just a week ago after i bought a specs from lenskart online app, after it was delivered i could easily make out how delicate the product was and it needed to be taken with outmost care.
      It has been almost two week after my purchase and the frame has been slightly curved than to it’s original position while doing some light activity.
      I want the frame either to be fixed or replace.

      These days your customer service has become highly arrogant. It takes one hour for a call back as if your people are doing charity. I pay for services and your company treats customers as dirt.

      I have been a customer since 2014 but with my last couple of experiences I will never ever deal with your company.

        I purchased speck with order no [protected] dtd 6 feb, sales person didn't advise that free specks have to be availed immediately else it will be lost whereas said can be availed in 1 year. Even sold membership. Today when i was contacted for feedback i enquire about free specks. He said now it can't be availed as has to be availed on day of purchase. This is cheating/ fraud. Kindly instruct store to make free specks as promised else i have no option to move to consumer court. Do anyone reject free specks if offered. Plus why i do opt to be member only for offers. Rectify soon. Looking to hear from you soon

          I bought glasses with order number [protected]. From that day I have pain in nose leads to headache, I contacted local store within 15 days they mentioned it will solved soon and continue use the same.

          After 1 month I contacted store the same mentioned by calling customer care, but customer care said it is too late change, if problem exist send the proof of image.

          I sent the proof image it create rashes in my nose throughout email also.

          Lenskart is worst service simply saying 15 days return, if you contact them they will convince you use some more to suit your face, at the end 15 days gone.. no return.

          As per instruction, I returned my Glasses on 25/Feb, I got email with new order I'd on 27/Feb.

          That to with one glass antiglare and another with normal lens, I tried contacting store, customer support for changing order. Still now nobody responds properly

          Please update both lens as antiglare and deliver product asap.

          After exchanging I got damaged product, I visited the store which I returned. They are saying order placed from different store, please go to another store.

          I am a simple question, all returned item should reach same factory or hub then why this problem.

          Do Lenskart people's think customer without any work, I am tired of calling customer support.

          I lost all my hopes for Lenskart.

            How is it that product is stocked out after an order is made and paid for. Cant your website or app show stocked out before ordering

              I had requested for returning the two products i bought from lenskart. They picked up 1 product on 10th jan 2019 and the other few days later. I had bought these products through paytm but they put the refund in the store credit of lenskart. So i asked to give the refund of both the products back on paytm. I then had a lot of emails of asking the status of the refund, they said that they refunded the money on 22nd jan. I did not receive my refund, so we contacted both lenskart and paytm back and forth, asked for the refund reference no. From lenskart and then when sent to paytm they said that the number is wrong.

                Ordered spectacles in lenskart on 9th feb and payment made. No call from them. After calling them they said courier issue. Then got a message that order is placed only today from their system and delivery date is 27, the feb. This is not right before. This is happening for second time. Everytime they take money delay offer and say technical issue

                There is just an email sent fir formality starting that the issue will be looked on to .but no solution.or corrective action .I m in bad need of my spectacles Max by 19th or 20th Feb. What. I m getting is just a formality email from lenskart that gives the same date I directly as 27th Feb. This is really painful .why is our money rotated like this . This is second time and sad to say this.

                  I had ordered a rayban frame order no [protected] it was delivered to me on 7th of february. I dint seek that frame to be right so i opt to return the very next day it was picked up from my place i. E. On 8th of feb 2019. It’s been 9 days and yet i have not been refunded my amount of 6590 rs. And over that the customer desk tell me that the return is still in transit.                     Dear Sir,

                    LENSKART IS MAKING FALSE PROMISES AND CHEATING CUSTOMERS ADN THEY ARE VISITING THE LENSKART OUTLET WITH THE IMPRESSION OF GETTING DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS MADE IN THE ADVERTISEMENTS OF LENSKART BUT THEY ARE ALL FALSE WITH THE INTENTION OF CHEATING CUSTOMERS..

                    Lenskart has put up ADs everywhere regarding their offer of 1+1 at Rs 999.

                    Unfortunately I felt the reality when I visited the nearest showroom at Kakurgachi in Kolkata, when I was told that there is no such offer.

                    However, since I was needing the old specs to be replaced, I visited the showroom on 11 Feb 2019, and selected and ordered a fresh specs, wherein I was offered a only 50% discount on the 2nd set selected, although I am very susceptible, if they have actually provided me any such discount.

                    The total order amounted to Rs 16550/- and it was a full and final payment made to Lenskart as per their policy of full payment to be made in advance.

                    Subsequently, I called the Customer Care of Lenskart at[protected], when a gentleman by the name Mr. Aditya picked up the call, and continued to advocate the matter saying that 1+1 offer is valid for customers who are Gold Members and which needs to be purchased and which is available at a price if Rs 590/- membership fee.

                    Mr. Aditya further continued to say that the second product taken by Gold Members shall be offered totally free of cost.

                    I inquired where is such a matter mentioned in the Ad's and why I was not informed as such, during placing the order in the store, and why was I not provided with the offer during my purchase, as because, as per his version, I should be getting a refund as the 2nd spec. piece should be totally free, of which I was told that only 50% discount has been provided.

                    Unable to justify himself, Mr. Aditya continued to say, that, he is canceling the order.

                    But when told that I am asking for a clarity, and a refund and not a cancellation, I was put on hold for about 40 Minutes, on the con-call with the call-on-hold music playing in the background.

                    I was coaxed in disgust to disconnect the call and call the customer care in the same number again, when another gentleman by the name Mr. Mukesh picked up the call, and on asked why such a behavior was done and the call was put on hold for so long during my previous attempt, after a short inquiry, Mr. Mukesh came back saying that there is record of only 7 minutes of the call being put on hold, that he can see in the system, which is of-course totally false.

                    However, when inquired on the same clarity regarding my order value, Mr. Mukesh gave a fresh version, and said that this offer is not applicable for multi-power, and that there is a small star mark in the ad's that complies to T&C applied, which implies to this.

                    This is a very cheap and a sly means of cheating the prospective costumers of Lenskart.

                    People come to Lenskart and book their order making full advance payment, only trusting Lenskart, and I am issuing this statement on public interest and to create awareness against such means of cheating policies that are being done by Lenskart, and to make all prospective customers aware against this un-professionalism attitude of Lenskart.

                    People should stop buying their products off-front, so that they are compelled to follow the law of the land, and be professional, and not cheat people in this manner.

                    If there is any such policy, which is not known to the outlet, it must be made clear, and adequate refund must be made to customers who have raised this issue, without any hassle.

                      I put my 5 years old daughter's new two spectacle order on 15th Jan-19 but lens kart 3 times to continue wrong order dispatched and till date not received & solved my complain properly even I go to there nearest store, no one has to give satisfied answer and told that you received your payment otherwise you direct follow up with company because I am not responsible for that. My daughter has big cylinder no. in both eyes and she can't see without spectacle and I many times told them but no one to take it seriously and every time say don't worry we solved it but still my issue is not resolved. In this period I minimum 6 times visit at store.

                            I placed an order through lenskart on 9/02/2019. On 10/2/2019 it has been showing product stocked out. I tried to contact customer support but either they are down or saying my order number is wrong. I also called the person who did the home visit for my specs. He is saying he has not got any information. I have already paid on full and don't know what to do.

                            I placed an order through lenskart on 9/02/2019. On 10/2/2019 it has been showing Product Stocked out. I tried to contact customer support but either they are down or saying my order number is wrong. I also called the person who did the home visit for my specs. He is saying he has not got any information. I have already paid on full and don't know what to do.

                              I have seen many other complaints regarding the same issue.
                              But still i decided to give it a try.
                              Now it's order taken, payment successful
                              But stocked out...
                              How is it that product is stocked out after an order is made and paid for. Cant your website or app show stocked out before ordering

                                This is to bring to your i have placed order on 3rd feb for my son which was promised to deliver on 8th of feb, but today when i called to check status of my order,

                                First, executive spoke to make out call on hold for 15min post that call got disconnected, second advisor telling promised date is 11th not 8th then later she is telling it got changed.

                                First, with whose permission date got changed, is this the service lenskart team is providing, second dont have courtesy to speak to customers.

                                I did not order for fashion or style, this is for my son's treatment hope they will understand how important it is for a father.

                                Is this is the service lenskartteam is providing to customers, please intervene and help..

                                    I have purchased two spectacles frames and for one frame I have ordered progressive lenses at Lenskart AskokNagar branch vide order no[protected] dated 9th January 2019. The total cost of two frames and lenses in one of them along with Gold membership is Rs7310. I got my eye power checked eyes by a renowned eye specialist who had been giving power to me for years. The same prescription I produced to Lenskart for preparing the progressive lenses. They delivered the glass on 17/01/19 evening. The very next day I left for Bangalore. At Banglaore I tried the newly made spectacles, but my eye started paining and I could not read at all. Upon coming back on 27/01/19, I went to Lenskart store at Ashok nagar and explained my difficulty. They took the Spectacles back and sent that to the factory for rectification. Today I went to the shop to take it back. I was shocked to see that I am still not able to read book using that Specs. I requested the representative at the store to take it back and refund my money. They informed that money cannot be refunded but they will give me a credit note using which I can purchase any Spectacles in future within that money. There no point again purchasing any spectacles because in the first place they could not make proper progressive lenses and I need specs with progressive lenses within that budget. I request you to ensure that they refund me the money so that I can get it done from a reliable spectacle store.

                                      Received the order in aug 2017, when there is a lens scratches & frame issue under warranty period complained, but lenskart dragged the issue after so many calls finally placed the order#[protected] in sep 2018 and suggested me to upgrade for blue cut lens, i upgraded & paid, for that they delivered the new blue cut featured lens & frame with 1 yr warranty card in october 2018. My airflex frame was broken & and placed a complaint on dec 18 2018, since then i sent 10-15 emails, 20-30 calls, they keep saying everytime my warranty expired. Howcome when lenskart issued a 1 yr warranty card for the paid new blue cut lens & frame. Once they issued the warranty card, they shud replace & support any issue related that order until the warranty expires which is valid until oct 21 2019. Lenskart asking me to oay money. Lenskart top management shud act & replace this seriously based on the warranty card.

                                      How long U guys need to fix this? I logged the ticket on Dec 18 2018 for the order received in Oct 2018 with paid new blue feature lens eye glasses with new unbreakable feather lite frame, but the frame broken with in 60 days of 1 yr warranty issued by Lenskart. Now Its almost 60+ days. I've the 1 year warranty card issued by Lenskart on Oct 21 2018 for my new glasses order. Pls see below. Lenskart is playing drama like its a replacement order to the original one placed in Aug 2017.

                                        I am expressing my grievance i had to face because of this company lenskart. I ordered for a pair of eyewear along with lenses having uv, antiglare and bluecut. But when it was delivered glasses were not bluecut.

                                        They said for this much eye vision we do not provide with bluecut.

                                        Firstly,

                                        Why did they asked me to place the order at very first place?

                                        Secondly,

                                        Why did they not inform while preparing order?

                                        I visited 4 times there in this process for placing order.

                                        I wasted,

                                        My time

                                        My money

                                        I felt harassed by them

                                        I got dissatisfaction

                                        Now they are saying that we will pay you amount just return those pairs.

                                        Why is this after so much harassment they are saying they will refund the amount. I want it with blue cut.

                                        What i want - i want either to
                                        1) provide the same lenses with bluecut feature
                                        Or,
                                        2) reduce the cost of bluecut coating for both pair of eyeglasses
                                        Or,
                                        3) give me the compensation of the same cost as whole order. Because i had wasted my time, faced eye vision issues, cost of visiting their store and harassment by them in this complete exercise

                                        Do you really think customer should Keep on doing whatever you will say?

                                        How many times I have to visit the store each time I spend rupee 200/- and two hours. It will be my sixth visit. Instead of compensation you are asking me to spend more which is irrelevant.

                                        Prior you didn't tell me about this test and also you only agreed for laser beam experiment.

                                        Next time there will be one more experiment and I will be asked to visit store and spend more money and my time which you are not giving any value.

                                        Since 26 eyeglasses are delivered to Kamla Nagar store and they are just " working on your concern rigorously" THEIR SO CALLED RIGOROUS. I have mentioned that eye irritation and headache issues are being faced still asking to have patience, cooperation.

                                        But earlier your backend team said that now they have replaced it and it is with BlueCut as you stated.
                                        So that means they did nothing and did not even bother to take few seconds to check if laser beam is passing through or not.
                                        Now I doubt your backend team also because they didn't even do that simple manual testing? SO HORRIBLE

                                        I will now claim for my amount refund that is the only option you guys left me with.
                                        Also today only you guys check on all your social accounts.
                                        It's been a more than a month, since they picked up the product. Every 4 days they emailed me that they're sorry and refund is initiated. But nothing happened. And now they have even stopped replying to emails. More than a month and I still haven't received the money.
