Lenskart provide such warrenty over its products that when I went to the kamlanagar delhi store just after 20 days of buying to repair the handle, one of the attendants refused to take it for repairing.

Such a company claims itself as s flourishing business firm of India, is nothing but deceiving people by providing NO CUSTOMER CARE, 0 FACILITY.They should be advertising this bitter truth that they literally take no responsibility after the payment thing is done even if they provide cheap quality material.

THIS FAKE BUSINESS CANNOT LAST LONG.

I already paid for this. What could be action will take from your side. Is this seems good. And i didn't get any call from the courier person.

    I need a remedy for this.. If you are not able to return my product i need a money back

      report for eye testing was wrong

      I purchased 2 pair of spectacles from lens kart and after 2 days went and told them i am not comfortable in it. They told use for a week more but after that also they did not respond to any complaints. After 2 months when i went for my annual checkup, doctor was shocked to see their reading. Now when i contacted the shop assistant, he told nothing can be done now its my mistake he said i must have cross checked long back immediately, means...

      I have taken this frame from Lenskart Dilsukh nagar branch on 11/08/2017 on my last visit to India and after going to UK in a months time when cleaning the frame, the right arm of the frame have snapped. I was awaiting to visit India to get it fixed. I came to India 2 weeks before, so I have taken the frame to the Dilsukhnagar branch to get it fixed. I was even ready to pay the snapped arm for specs. The stores person mention, they were unable to fix it and I have been given the customer service no to sort the issue. The call have been attended by 'Ranjan' in the customer service, after explaining him my situation, the only suggestion I have been given is to take a new frame. I was not ready to through away 5000 rs frame which is hardly used for a month and no replacement accessories is provided. In this regard, I have been promised a call back from the manager to sort the issue, which is a false promise from the advisor.

      Hi Thilak! We regret to inform you that as we have not received any revert from your end, hence we are temporarily closing this case and it will automatically get reopen once you will revert.
      On this occasion after numerous emails and calls Lenskart is offering me 10% discount. Which is waste of money in my view.
      Buying these expensive frames without replacement parts is a big concern, as if there will be a problem again, you need to throw away the expensive frames without any repair or replacement parts to fix them.

      10% discount just a hand wash from Lenskart.

        I ordered a lenskart glass on 31st december 2018 and expected delivery date of the product was on 8th january 2019. After contacting the customer care they said to wait till 16th january 2019. Today when i checked the courier status, it still shows in transit and this was last updated on 5th january 2019. The wait for my lenskart glasses continues... Great service...

        I am absolutely disappointed with the quality of frames being sold by Lenskart. I purchases a Vincent Chase reading Glass from lensKart 2 months back and the frames have broken in to multiple pieces.

        I took the frame with the pieces to the Lenskart outlet I purchased from, the person informed me that he will send it to their work shop for a feedback. In two days he calls back to inform me that they breakage is due to my imporper handling (breaking in to 5 pieces). The plastic used is so inferior that the frame breaks, just to add that the lens is perfect, the frames are the only one which are brittle and just breaks off.

        Very bad experience, will not buy from Lenskart any more and would suggest people to stay away from this company selling inferior quality products.

        I purchased for a total value of Rs.5000 plus, but regret that I did that. I got cheated, I suggest people to not get cheated by Lenskart.

        After successful completion of payment selected my frame.. provided power.. now at the main process of delivery, status is showing ON HOLD because you guys stocked out.. seriously? Instead of lenscart I'm suppose to go nearest opticals .. atleast they could have clearly told us that we don't have this frame..

          I purchased one spek from lensecart retiil store Gokulpeth Nagpur. on a fall I lost one noseclip.Since last two month months I am pursuing store to get me noseclip, unable to get oneI an unable to use my spek for this silly reason !!! Frame no of spek is 107658. Do something to immediately replace it.

            This is regarding order number [protected] of -2- boxes of powered lenses and a bottle of lens solution. The order has been placed on 12th january 2019 and i got a call from your team that product will be delivered even before the scheduled date but now it is showing product as "stocked out". What do you mean by that after taking order and receiving payment? But now i see that this is one of your most common ways to harass customers. Let me know the exact status of the order.

            Hello namrata, I have seen same status order in my lenskart order details
            And contacted the customer service through chat. Were they have responded.

            "Let me clear this.
            The frame was in stock.
            We have stocked that out and sent to the fitting.
            This is what means of stocked out."

            Now i don't know how much truth in this, but I have the entire conversation and hopping for the best.

              I made a payment in lenskart through sbi net banking on 11th january 2019. The money has been debited from my account but in lenskart the payment status is showing 'pending'. I called them and they are telling that they had not received any payment. I checked the transaction status from sbi net banking and it is showing 'successful'. I want my money back. Please take the necessary action.

              Dear Moumita, your refund worth Rs 770/- has been processed and same will reflect in your source account within 5-7 business days in case, you had made the payment via Net Banking. If the payment is done via credit or debit card then the refunded amount will reflect in your source account within 7-10 business days.

              The payment made was via Phonepe and was successfuly made.The order still shows payment pending.
              I heard that Lenskart is a reputed company and trust you on this matter. I hope my issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

                Hi, i placed an order for spectacular on 29th dec 18 and forget to select add power. However i immediately contacted them and they cancelled my order and sent email for refund. Placed another order on 30th which was delivered to me but now they are claiming order was not cancelled and both spectacular delivered. Showing fake proof of delivery. Their currier guy deny to deliver on 1st jan and said he will deliver my order on 3rd. So i went at dwarka more to pick up my spectacular and it was handed over to me inroad near icici bank. Only one packet of second order received by me. Since first one was already cancelled. However i called up that currier guy using my brother phone on that day becoz my phone was not charged. Delivery boy dint ask for my i'd or take any signature and deliver on products.
                I called lenskart for the status of refund of my cancelled order but they said both order were delivered. After that they called my brother number and since i used that number at first place to track currier guy and my brother was busy. So they have started claiming that both packet was delivered. Since he was not aware about anything related to spectacular or orders. He denied. My brother called me to find the reason for the order and lenskart call. However i was in office. So i could not take his calls. He kept getting calls from currier guy and lenskart on that days so. Finally he blocked that currier guy number and said he does not know satya prakash and asked them to stop disturbing him since he was in office too.

                However when i called lenskart again i was asked to wait since investigation was going on. After 5-8 days they send the order delivery receipt to me. It's add salt to my injury. There were not my number and even they put name as sagar mishra and brother number into that receipt and even fake signature was there.
                I challenge them about the fake signature and ask them to provide the refund for the email which i got after cancellation. But they called my liar and he even misbehaved over the call from currier company. Lenskart is not able to take any action against currier guy and said it was delivered. Lenskart kept saying it was delivered to my brother i said that i don't know who sagar mishra is. My brother name is satya sagar mishra. However he kept saying he is on facebook and he took delivery. However he never went to sign or take delivery. I just took his phone to call currier guy frlor delivery. They are disturbing my brother by calling him while he is in office and he stopped responding them and tell them he does not know satya prakash mishra.

                Now my 1195 rupees in lenskart pocket and even there were not spectacular delivered for that order. What the hell i do with power less spects. They are calling me liar after taking 1195/ rupees.
                I have their order cancellation emails. Fake delivery proof. Even though they are playing with me and not refunding my money.

                Even their currier guy did not deliver the second order at my home and i had to go 15km to pick my spectacular for second orders but still they are claiming both order delivered

                I don't need any further clarification from your end. You people are calling your customer liar. Your currier company and guy calling me liar. Your emails shows up that order were cancelled and now you people are claiming it was delivered. Giving fake proof of delivery.
                I have enough evidence and call recording to proof my statement. I will upload call recording soon on YouTube of your currier guy who is calling me liar. You have enough proof to process my refund since my order was canceled and never delivered. you people are harrassing me from last 13 days and hold my money. I want the full refund of paid amount for the canceld order. I want apology letter from Lenskart and wish to know how you people are going to compensate me for such harrassing.

                I will upload my story online for all Lenskart customer to make them aware about the service you people are offering. Even if the order gets cancelled customer is found to pay and you people will force the customer to accept that delivery was done for cancelee order. Shame on you Lenskart.

                    Sir.
                    I purchased my eyeglasses from lenskart store located in noida gip mall shop no 10. Order number:[protected] on 4th jan.2019. I got home delivery of it on 7th jan 2019. After getting my eye glasses i tried it but feels uncomfirtable so i calles lenskart tool free number there its customer executive stated me to visit the store from where i purchased my eye glasses. I immediate went to the store and tell them my problem. After examine my spects they said due to their fault the powers in lenses has put wrong and i have to submitt my eyeglass and within 3 days i shall get it replaced. After 4 days i called them and asked about my replacement they said it will take 4 days more i said you already know that my eye sight is so weak and without spects i am having so much problem, but they repeated the same words, so i called on lenskart toll free number there mr. Sanjay kumar who attended my call said me that your spects that you have purchased is out of stock and we cant say when they can give it to me. I said that your store is saying in 4 days he said no they are saying wrong. I said that you are not understanding my problem so many days have passed and i had not yet got my eye glasses and you all already know that my eyesight is so weak that i cant see properly. Then mr sanjay said you can get your money refundedm i said this is not the excuse your comapny it means doesnt care for the health of its customer.
                    Sir please it is my humble request to you please provide me justice as i am suffering physically and mentaly pain due to this company, my eye sight is very weak i cant do anything without my eyeglasses but the comapny and store is showing very lathargic attitude.

                      I placed and order of two frames from the application and now after the payment the application says the product is stocked out. It was in stock just before i placed the order how could it be stocked out so quickly. This isn't how you are supposed to treat your customers

                        Kindly forward this mail to your gm... Lenskart service are very poor and this is my last order from lenskart. Its better i will order my eyeglass through local vendor (Note if i order my eyeglass through local shop right know im wearing it) but i lose my mind and listen to my friend and order... Lenskart.

                        If any product return to lenskart they check their quality (Are you kidding) why not you check their quality before to send to the costumers. Very very poor service totaly waste of time. Now im wating for my order... Till that time what i wear

                          Order is expected to deliver on 3-1-19 post several mail i got one executive on chat, who confirmed that the order got cancelled as on 2nd and i have to accept store credit. When i said no mail, no message or call has been made regarding this. He said due to power cut order cancelled by mistake. Why will i accept their stupid store credit? Doesn't it clearly reflect they are taking consumer money and putting in their pocket. I want my money in actual payment mode and compensation for the mental harassment caused on priority.

                              The day i ordered my specs i had to spend 500 extra to go to a far off store to get my eye sight checked all because for 3 days the machine in the store near me wasn't functioning. Moreover on the day of delivery i was out of station so the staff told me to give them a call whenever i'll be back and they will deliver my package on the same day by hand but today when i need the spec's they are telling me they will poste it which will take upto 3 days

                                Lenskart gives me a very low quality lenses. After few months it starts to get many scratches even after anti scratch coating and also the visibility of the lenses is vey low. Sometimes they give me problem in night light and in artificial light. I spent a lot of money in lenskart lenses to apply all the coatings but this gives me a very bad result. And now they are ignoring the complaint too.

                                Its barely been 2 months and the frane that bought from lenskart.com has broken from the hinges.Though my first order with lenskart it turned out to be really bad.It broke when i was the folding the specs to keep it in its box.I think lenskart is not good when it comes to quality.My money got wasted ordering with lenskart.

                                  Ordered bi-focal lens photochromatic coating (Vincent chase) along with a vincent chase sunglass on 11th dec which was supposed to be delivered on 20th dec. I have paid 3980/- in advance at sector 12 dwarka, new delhi store.
                                  When i have contacted the store for the status of delivery on 20th dec, i have been informed that because of some technical issue, the order couldnt be processed. Its very disappointing as i had checked with the executives many times before the order was made. They were very confident and convinced me for the timely delivery.

                                  Anyways, since that time, i had been calling the lenskart store regarding the settlement of the issue. Most of the times, they take my number and assure me to call back again. But i dont get any call back. I have also visited the store and talked to the manager. He assured me of the refund of the entire amount and said that i would receive a link for the same. Again i didnt get back any link and again i have been calling regarding the same. And i am getting the same response again. No call backs after giving word.

                                    Hi,
                                    I had purchased a lenskart blu since past 2-3 months. To my surprise, the has broken all of a sudden even while cleaning gently. I use lenskart's lens cleaning cloth and lens cleaning spray though.

                                    While buying they told me that i will get a frame and glasses for free if something happens within a year from the date of delivery.

                                    Now, they are saying that the frame itself will cost us rs.1680/- even though i'm eligible for getting replaced as it's a internal crakes while manufacturing.

                                    I highly recommend other's to get full details while purchasing anything from lenskart.

                                    By the way,
                                    When i checked the frames on amazon the prize was rs.199/-
                                    It was blu smartphone cat eye full frame by vincent chase.
                                    I didn't get a proper guidance by the shop keepers.
                                    They just tell lie in front of you for selling their products that's it.

                                    Here i meant to ask one thing to lenskart authorities.
                                    What will you do when you get a internal cracked piece of frame and when it gets broken just while cleaning the lens?

                                    I will inform about this to higher authorities if i didn't get replacement of frame for sure.

                                    Why would customers do if the manufacturing itself is not good?

                                    Please respond me with an acceptable reason for my few of my simple questions:

                                    1.I can't see the condition which says it's a mandatory to take a gold membership if we want to buy spectacles under buy 1 & get 1 offer.

                                    2.In any kind of business, customer satisfaction is important.
                                    Customer gets satisfaction if the product solves their problems.

                                    3.What kind of responsibility will lenskart takes for the existing customer who faces eye strains caused due to the defected products wear and tear and in case of product which we want goes out of stock?

                                    4.Where do you think that customers would go if the store persons are not co-operative in selecting and guiding in selection?

                                    5. At last, why would a customer think of buying again in the untrustworthy products?

                                    As a consequences of your behavior and services, customer gets irritated due to many reasons so they will think of getting out of it and let's buy somewhere else.

                                    7.What if a customer don't want to buy anything or don't want to go for gold membership for a reason and experience he faced in first time purchase?

                                    8.Why would customers pays money when they don't want to buy anything as a consequences of first time purchase itself?

                                    I suggest you to UPDATE YOUR T&C, REFUND POLICY, PRIVACY POLICY in a precise manner in favour of customers satisfaction without getting into a lose of money.

                                    By the time of my order nothing was included in the T&C and Even now also etc..

                                    Remember,

                                    No one expects breaking of the products while cleaning and

                                    No one will start thinking about asking refund for the product if they are satisfied.

                                    I'm simply wasting my time in discussion.

                                    Most of the products which I wanna buy were out of stock.

                                    It doesn't looks nice for me if I discuss these things with Founder and Manager directly. I know them before buying my spectacles I guess over LinkedIn.

                                    At least,
                                    They should know how to manage stocks and all.

                                    What action your manager took till now I'm not getting?

                                    First fulfil the stock of the products.

                                    So, that I can tell you the product ID number.

                                    Or else,

                                    tell your manager to keep the change as a tip for giving Gold membership which is useless for me.

                                    I don't want to be rude in further communication, in fact.

                                    Note:
                                    I'm experience the problem of eye strain and reddishness, inspite of that all these non-sense. Who will tolerate these things even after prepaying?
