Order no - [protected] dated 24 May 2022 by the name of G Sakthivel, I had purchase two power spectacles for my son. Out of that one of the power glass frame got cracked and broken. And when I asked for repair or replacement for the same. The Show room representative says that the these are not under the warranty, and it can not be replaced or even for repair also.
[But during the purchase they asked me to buy gold membership and gave false promises]. So when I asked for other options, they simply suggest me to buy the new power spectacle from them. I already spent around Rs 4032/- now again they asked me to spend the same. But the spectacles are not even three months old and within the warranty. Please help me on this regard in order to repair or replacement my spectacle. I would appreciate your help.
