[Resolved]  Lenskart — Product within warranty after sale service not provided by the company

Order no - [protected] dated 06/02/22 by the name of Santanu Mallick, I had purchase two power spectacles, out of that one of the power glass of one spectacle got cracked. And when I asked for replacement or repair the same, the company representative says that the glasses are not under warranty, it can not be replaced or even for repair also. So when I ask for options, the simply suggest me to buy the new power spectacle from them. But the spectacles are not even six months old and within warranty.
In that case, I need the replacement or repair that one. Please support and help.

They replace the cracked power glass on the same frame by free of cost .I only need to visit their nearest store to rectifying the same Thank you Consumer complaints.in for the support to resolve the issues. Thank you Lenskart also.
