Hi,

I recently purchased my spectacles from lenskart tamabaram and when they invoices I asked them to give it against my GST number but they are not having the process and they can only give against my name ..i requested the store ppl they are saying the same things..please kindly help i dont know how to get this escalated further as i am losing my tax money...

Complaint ticket ID regd with lenskart[protected]
1.Glasses were found with defect in power and hence returned to lenskar shop after duly certifying from very highly reputed eye hospital.
2. Received SMS on 5th Jul 2022 to collect new glass from shop. Reminder received on 6th also. Visited on shop on 6th and came to know that glasses are not ready.
3. Spoke to many times customer care and shop and there is no clarity on delivery of spectacles. Similarly no clarity in reply received from their email against complaint sent on mail. Genearlly they will mentionin their email " issue will be attended within 24-48 hours".There was a call received from lenskart on 10th Jul 2022 stating that item delivered at shop and when I have contacted shop on 11Jul 2022, it is came to know that item has not been received at shop.
3.Request to return money by lenskart so that order can be given to reliable spectacle manufacturer.

    I have ordered 2 eyeglasses from lenskart on 10th July 2022 but later I cancelled them for some issue . Then it showed that amount has been credited as a type of some virtual money from which I can buy other glasses later . But I told the coustomer support to give my refund money to UPI account. After that they told me that it will be reflected by 48 hours but it's been 13th July it still not received in my account.
    Worst management in lenskart.

      I have ordered glasses from Lenskart on 05/07/22 and was scheduled to be delivered on 13/07 bit, while tracking my order on the date of 10/07 it shows the order has been delivered to your address which is totally untrue. I requested customer services but no response they raised issue and promised to get back in 3 business days in which they also failed . Neither they provided me courier service information nor the number of delivery boy or agent . I have paid online, is this what makes me accountable for such nuisances. I already texted Lenskart on twitter which is also unresponsive .

          Worst experience ever. They did not mention clearly about their return & exchange policies. They don't provide exchange services at every place. Worst customer support service. Every other customer support ends the call by saying that they are from the sales team & they are trasferring the call to customer support, which they will never. *They promised that by doing self courier they will refund the courier amount but now they are not refunding*. Extremely disappointed. Would never recommend.

            Hi Team,

            I had received my lenskart air full rim frame and eye glasses on may 6th and within 45 days my frame got broken and I faced this issue 3 times in the span of 9 months. When I raised a complaint lenskart customer team taking 24 hrs time and not resolving the ticket.

                I am from chennai. On 20th june 2022 I booked an home eye check up and also ordered 2 pairs of specs. In that I only got 1 pair. The 2nd pair is not yet delivered till now. Order ID #[protected]. I contacted the customer care and also composed an mail.. I neither got an proper reply. On 1st july I received a mail stating that the product has been sent to warehouse. I requested to re-deliver but they said me to cancel the order and once again purchase the product. So I asked for an refund amounted ₹4032 . The link that the provided for refund us not working properly. Really I got fed up with their service . I didn't expected this kind of response from an highly reputed company. Really such an poor service. I even asked for another link even that link is not working.

                Kindly I need my amount back as soon as possible. For the past few days I am really stressed. I didn't even though the company will involve is such kind of fraud.. I really need my priduct

                  Spec lens color has changed to yellowish

                  Regarding glasses taking on a yellowish hue instead of blue hue.

                  Had purchased 2 specs in May 21.
                  Within 1 year the colr of lens of one specs has changed to yellowish. I am talking abt lens and not frame.

                  I believe it is due to substandard lens material used by lenskart....

                    The lens and the lens solution hurt the eyes and leads to severe eye redness, irritation and swelling. It's a very harmful product. I would like a refund for the lens purchased.

                    Please stay away from the product. Strongly recommend not to ever purchase these lenses or the lens solution

                        Hi Lenskart Team! I would like to raise this topic again with you as I have not heard back from your support team over my emails. They keep closing my issue without a resolution.

                        When I purchased my glasses in the lenskart store on buy 1 get 1 offer. I was told that the pair with less amount would be free.(Pair 1 - 4500 INR, Pair 2 - 2900, and that pair 2 will be free ). I expected the same to reflect on invoice and I confirmed this beforehand as it was essential for me that it will reflect in the same way on the invoice (1 on 1 free) as well to get my full insurance claim on the 1st pair costing 4500.

                        Now, on the invoice the invoice mentions partial discount on both the glasses and the price of pair 1 is shown reduced to 2700 as opposed to 4500. Instead of this the cost should have been 4500 for first pair and 2900 for second pair with a discount of 2900.

                        This is not acceptable at all. Requesting you to provide me the correct invoice as you advertised the offer or refund the money I have to loose on the insurance because of the incorrect invoice provided by lenskart just because of your stupid invoicing system!!

I received the product and the store did not provide an invoice stating that it can be downloaded from the app, The app doesn't have an option to download invoice and i have contacted customer case for 2 times for this simple utility and they are not providing me a way forward. I had already mentioned that i need the invoice for a reimbursement...

                          Purchased two glasses of 1499 and 1299
                          Returned two glasses, for exchange
                          Selected two glasses in store
                          Both being 1499 so paid additional 236 rupees
                          Exchange is not being processed from the local store because of application error.
                          They were not able to process the exchange for a day old purchased item.
                          Now its the 5th day, no exchanged product, no refund nothing as if the money is thrown in cash.
                          Wasted my working hours for followup and store visit, for a simple within policy exchange.

                          Have been following up with lenskart support and supervisors and the backend team for a resolution, it's been 5 days now, either people doesn't know what they are doing or are just attitude problem. By this way Lenskart won't survive long for sure.

                            I prachi patil would like to inform you that I had purchased lenskart frame glasses from miraroad mumbai store on[protected] . I was informed by lenskart staff from miraroad store that frame glass is unbreakable but to my disbelief that frame glass has broken as per image attached for you reference.

                            I had purchased the product because I believe I would get best quality product from lenskart but I was wrong, in less than 2year the frame glass broke toady[protected] I went at the miraroad store to inform them about the poor quality product delivered to me, but the store manager was not able to resolve my issue.

                                I would like to escalate the Order# [protected]

                                On June 15th, I explicitly told the chat rep, Shruti, to have the height of the glass of 29mm. She confirmed the same and then later the day I understand that the order which was being processed was for 26mm and not 29mm! Shruti was also arguing with me that the lens size can only be decreased and not increased!
                                There is big knowledge gap within customer service

                                Then I reached out to customer rep- Gurvinder. he confirmed someone will reach out to me to fix this, but no one reached out to me

                                Next day, I bought this issue with another customer rep- Mala Sharma. She was so pathetic with regards to customer service. She doesnt have basic knowledge on how to work with customers. Complete rudeness!
                                Then I understand, its just not me we have people who had bad experience with her:

                                Then, now I ask for a refund, another customer rep is stating they need 24-48 hours. Why should a customer wait that long for a refund to be raised for a mistake which Lenskart made

                                Over all- pathetic service form lenskart. Please fix the online and chat support before customers get frustrated and never buy glasses again from lenskart

                                  I bought 2 specs with insurance, now Lenskart is saying only one specs can be claimed in insurance. Secondly thier insurance policies are not clear. They do not insurance T&C while sell the same.
