Company is rejecting and not answering to my insurance claim

I bought a pair of lens from Lenskart store on 9/01/2022. I also bought One Year insurance for this product. But when i am trying to claim this insurance on 16/05/2022, The support team is rejecting my claim without reason and not picking my phone .

Fraudulent activities by lenskart

I wanted to buy John jacobs aviators with product id-143351 rose gold colour. But it is out of stock since 1 month.But still it's selling(since its bought count is increasing everyday in lenskart app).How can a out of stock product be sold lenskart.And if it is available at some of lenskart's stores then why they are unable to tell me so that I can buy from there.Lenskart is just misguiding customers by showing it's spectacles fake trendingness.Lenskart's...

Order stuck at "preparing for dispatch"

I have ordered two sunglasses on 5th may and both are supposed to delivered by 13th may. one of them is delivered and another one is "preparing for dispatch" for last 9 days, I have contacted chat support and asked for the status and a expected date for delivery but they are unable to give me one....

Poor quality of frame, prone to damage

I had recently purchased glasses from lenskart. The frame looked very thin and prone to damage but I was talked into buying that by the salesman. Now the frame is crooked after simple usage. Kindly get it repaired....

Horrible post sales service

I had purchased a pair of spectacles from your Janakpuri District Centre, New Delhi shop a few months back. Just yesterday its connector to the bridge of the nose broke. Not getting perfect lenses of my choice

I have tried twice for getting my choice of lenses which is bifocal, not made it perfectly, as I am working facing terrific problem and not getting satisfied service from your company. I hope u resolve the problem as early as possible...

Canceled my order without any information

I placed an order with Lenskart on 11.04.2022 and they promised me delivery within 7 days, I frequently checked on the app for my status it showed me delivery for 25.04.2022. When I visited store on 25.04.2022 they told me that my order was canceled due to technical issues and your money will be refunded.
This is not I expect from such company, the eyeglasses were for my mother and she was in need of it urgently. I’d like to file...

Not replacing unbreakable frame

I went to lenskart store saying that i want a durable frame. Lenskart store told me that their airflex frame is unbreakable and we also give one ear warranty on it.

After 20 days the frame is broken and they are refusing to repair it let alone replace.
Also why did they brand it incorrectly as unbreakable and also did not mention the terms and conditions of warranty before hand.

Not getting full my refund

Purchased eyewear from lenskart on 15 April, somehow because of some power issue the product didn't get delivered. The amount which I was paid online is Rs 2257 but now they are playing a gimme with me they sent a link that said the amount of Rs 1900 will be paid and the rest of the amount you will receive afterward. Raised an issue on lenskart as well but didn't get any response on this the order ID [protected]. Please look into the matter...

I ordered from Lenskart and have not recieved the product. The delivery agent has never even contacted me.

Upon raising concerns through the app, you have given me the receipt confirmation from BlueDart. But the delivery note says they delivered it to Asif. I have no clue who that is. Why are you giving the product to randoms on the road. Or have have you delivered it to the wrong address?

Who is responsible...

Delay in order pick up and not received refund

I have place the specks order for my daughter which was recieved by time, however her glasses power doesn't support to her frame hence placed the return request on 30th March but yet nobody contacted me for pickup my order once I have received the call from lenskart support system although I have tried reaching them multiple time the contacted me once but still my issue is not yet resolved.
The registered address is my office address...

Lens Quality is not Good

I had bought 6 boxes of lens from lenskart. I haven't used it for a long time, due to working from home. However, recently I started using it and I find it very uncomfortable, the lens is very blurred and eyes start watering. So i visited the Lenskart, Kasavanahalli branch on 5th April 2022, from where i bought the lens. They checked my eye power and said it is the same in the lens box and they simply asked me to wash the lens in hot water...

Refund is taking too long.

2 months since i returned a wrong delivery sent by lenskart! They say they have sent it but i have not received it. Everytime its some scripted guy saying “I am sorry for the inconvinience” but nothing seems to happen. Then they sent me an ARN number. I have checked with the bank and still nothing. 3598rs. Which i will never get to see. 6 calls, 12 people, 2months and no hope....

Refund Related and product return related

I have returned two products on lenskart and they are saying that they have received only one product and sending the courier guy daily for pickup of the same.And refund of one product which they initiated is not credited in my account even after 4 days and i have shared all the details and bank statement with them also.I want my total refund as soon as possoble....
